@Rmd123 last pill was 1 Nov I think. This is my second "real" cycle after my withdrawal cycle. Good that your periods are back so quickly!

@Elsie2021 very enthusiastic! Brill. I read that you can be highly fertile after coming off the pill, so fingers crossed!

@Kay00 glad you got some more tests. I think it's good to try and see the cycle out if you can. Hope you get that surge.

@ACNass what day do you normally ovulate? Do you know?

Btw ladies idk if it's still on but I bought 2 packs of FRERs for £5 something pounds on amazon this weekend!

@Sperr seen as you are 4 days late I think you will get an accurate result if you hold for 3/4 hours!

@Juno231 @ChinChilly I got an FRER- but only one! Regretting that decision already 😂. should I hold for 4 hours or wait until the morning?

@Sperr I’m voting for a 4 hour hold!! I can’t bare the suspense!

I did not just order 2 FRERs and a box of 50 ovulation tests 😂😂😂 FFS being off work/TTC is not helping my bank balance 😂

@sperr 3-4 hour hold, you'd def get a decent/strong line at this stage!

@Sperr selfishly a 4 hour hold as we all want to know 🤣 But wouldn't blame you for waiting until FMU as you only have one test!

Which apps do people use for OPK's? I log mine in both Premom and Femometer. Just did one now and it's 'low' on Premom but 'high' on Femometer - I'm so confused!

@Sperr definitely do it on a 3-4 hour hold!! I think using FMU is only if you are testing before af is due.

@MissC07 I usually use Femometer but I use Premom as well sometimes if I want to verify the % it gives me. I have so many apps 🙈

@MissC07 I use femometer but I also specifically use femometer OPKs that are not as sensitive as the premom ones I don't think. E.g. @MintGreenLife would have constant double lines with some types of OPKs and then swapped to femometer ones to have it a bit more of a clear cut view of whether or not things are happening or if it's just a baseline LH.

So when I get a "high" on my femometer I know my ovulation is imminent even though the line is relatively faint. But that's because it would be literally blank outside of my fertile week :). I hope that makes sense!

@Juno231 thanks so much! I have the Femometer OPK's too but put the info in both apps and always wondered what the difference was.

I've had lines on my OPK's since CD3 with CD7 and today showing as high, I didn't know if that was too early to be showing as high. Sorry this is all so new to me!

I use the Femometer test strips and the Premom app. I have been getting OPKS between 28% and 39% for over a week now... and all have been low. I this these are above my 'base' whic is about 15% but... who know. I'm so confused by the OPKs.

I'm interested to see how these Superdrug tests work... they are huge like pregnancy tests, such a waste of plastic! I'll keep you posted!

@MissC07 I use the easy@home ones I just find them the easiest to read. Mine are normally stark white at this point but I’ve got 2 lines not high or peak but not blank like they normally are 🤔 hopefully I’ll ovulate before CD18 this month

Oh god! I need to remember to stop drinking soon. I feel like I’m soooo thirsty though and I’ve been to the toilet a million times today but I think that’s more that I’ve checked if AF is coming every 3 seconds

@ChinChilly not long for your fertile window to start hopefully! Lols at your amazon shopping. Every time I buy a new contraption, my OH rolls his eyes. He thinks I am being way over the top. The other day he asked "does every couple do all these things when TTC"? Think he is overwhelmed - poor lamb.

@MissC07 I use premom too, but enter the info in manually as I never trust their interpretation and reading of the lines. Especially if there is even a hint of glare on the camera.

@Nellieee I just tell my OH ‘lady things’ then he’s too scared to ask. Last week he was moaning it had been over a week since we had sex and I said it’s been 3 days and he was like how do you know do I pulled out my Premom calender 😂😂 he was horrified 😂.

@ChinChilly Oooh that's good, will keep everything crossed for an earlier ovulation for you. Hows your temping going?

@Nellieee funnily enough if I have the bathroom light on when doing the pic of my OPK it reads as 0% when there is a line. I wish things were simpler 🤣 My OH is the same, he keeps saying it's too confusing for him and to just tell him what he needs to do. If only it was that simple!!

@MissC07 hopefully! Although I’m sure FW is going to fall over OH night shifts again 🙄 Temping is going ok, not much on there yet but I’ve attached my chart! I also find the reading on the OPKs is dependent on the lighting

@Nellieee I’m at work so we’ve got a long wait! I had my last drink and wee at 4 so by the time I get home it will be 6. Then I’m going to go for a run (still pretending to be dedicated to fitness) and then I will test! I haven’t done any work this afternoon I’m so nervous

@Sperr I totally get the worrying. I’m such a worrier too but I agree with the other ladies that it’s better to know what you’re dealing with and it may actually make you worry less. Fingers crossed for you!

I’m CD21 here and still no ovulation. I got 44% today on my OPK which is the highest it’s been so fingers crossed but still not a positive. So I’m thinking I’ve either messed my cycles up by taking Agnus castus or I’ve recorded CD 1 wrong and I’m not as late as I think I am. So I had a 12 day period which is obviously way too long but realistically a good few days if not the first week was super light so maybe that should be counted as spotting and not period which make it all sounds a bit better aside from the week long spotting before AF of course. Why is it all so confusing!! If I count it as spotting does that make my LP longer? But it’s still not a good lp if I’m spotting throughout it is it which is why I started the Agnus castus. The ttc joys eh 😂

@ChinChilly hahaha I do the same but for the opposite reason! I'll be saying it's been ages since we DTD and OH will claim it's only been 3 days ago. So I whip out FF and show him it's been 10 days or whatever lol. He was also convinced we had BD 3 days in a row this FW and just wouldn't believe me when I said it's been every other day all week lol.

I'm sure I've been in one of these threads before but I lose track.
I came off the pill a year ago(also had a year of medical issues to sort in order to be able become pregnant before this) and no luck. Slowly losing hope it's gonna happen😂. I know it's nothing compared to some but I've had no hint of a bfp in anyway. Especially seeing a million lockdown pregnancies. A lot of accidents, some even on the pill or straight after coming off! How?!
I'm very close to AF now. The excitement I used to feel is now dread. I hate the wait at the end, I'm fine the rest of the month.
I don't track anymore as I found it so stressful as did dh, I know around the time to go for it and also go by my ewcm.
I can't ever think I'm pregnant anymore, not being negative, i just find it harder when AF comes so I think that I'm not, and hope for a surprise. It's still crushing when it comes.
Anyone on here a year down the line or more or have older dc they conceived after this time that shocked them?
I know I don't sound it but I'm actually very positive for 2021 in that I have a whole new year of hope. But now AF is approaching I've got that dread in the pit of my stomach at how upset I know I will be! So I'm hoping to hear some good stuff from others who have been on the pill. I still of course have that hope there though for this week, it's just so hard to imagine AF not coming. Xx

@Lovebug06 hi! I’m 9 months ttc so not too far off where you are so I completely understand! It’s nice to have the support of people in the same boat. I really hope 2021 will be all of our years x

@Lovebug06 it is hard. I am only 7months into this journey and find it so disappointing each month, it's easy to lose hope and convince yourself it will never happen. Can imagine it's worse the longer it takes. Just have to keep going, try to stay positive and think it will happen at some point!

I caved and took a test. BFN on a FRER, completely stark white so not very hopeful now at all now. Femometer and OvuSense both say I'm 9dpo rather than 10dpo as FF thinks, so just clinging onto the fact it might be too early 😂
