@Mol234 @Juno231 it really is hard to not get your hopes up! I just really don't want to see a bfn. I will see how I feel later about testing. My chart usually drops at 11dpo so might try to wait until tomorrow and will test if I don't see the drop.

@Kay00 sorry about your frustrating cycle! I think it’s probably best to presume you haven’t ovulated yet so you don’t get complacent and keep DTD!

@abi555 how are you OPKs now? It should be the same or darker to be a peak but if you’re struggling to tell the difference then it’s definitely on the way either way so get BD!

I got a positive OPK yesterday at CD17 so DTD twice yesterday 😳 will DTD tonight when DH gets back from work but won’t be till late! And then tomorrow as well before going back to every other day. (It’s out first month TTC so we’re very enthusiastic, not sure how long it’ll last though 😂)

Ladies... I have 2 x OPK left. I have tested over 30 times this month and haven't caught my peak yet. This morning my Cervix is very high and soft (although its not quite a squishy as it has been) and open. Do I test or not test.

And if I do... do i test soon (with 2nd urine of day, when I usually get my highest reading) or later this evening???

Urgh... you would think I would know the answer by now

I'd say SMU today and tomorrow? Also I've got amazon prime if you want me to send a new pack of OPKs to your house by tomorrow??

Hi ladies! Looking for your opinions on my recent OPKs. I'm wondering if I have a faulty batch of OPK strips. I've never had so many OPKs be "0". They always seem to be the same
faint colour. I'm currently CD12. Usually my OPKs have a bit more colour to them than this by now.

@ACNass they look fine to me considering it's early days in the cycle still. Btw I think the apps tell you to take them on white backgrounds as it can affect the readings - in case it helps with the future pics x

@Kay00 I used a whole pack of 40 OPKs last cycle 😂😂 At one point I must of POAS every time I went to the toilet...I have a problem 😯

@ACNass I think it is still early depending on when you normally ovulate, mine were stark white until CD15 last cycle and then got a peak CD17/18, keeping testing it will come 😊

Hi guys, I need help! So I’m currently 4 days late for AF. I know you’re all thinking I’m crazy for not testing but I just don’t want to get my hopes up- I just can’t bare to look at a BFN or I think I don’t want to know if I have a chemical. I stupidly read somewhere online that miscarriage is highest in the first 2 weeks so I’m so paranoid (I haven’t even confirmed I am pregnant and I feel like I’m a worrier already) My cycles have been 28 days on the dot since stopping the pill. I actually can’t sleep properly because of how anxious I feel. My RHR has dropped today so I’ve spent the entire morning reading feeds about women who say theirs didn’t change at all during pregnancy and people who say theirs rose and then dropped (which is what mine has done). I just feel like I want to wait until I’m a week late to test. Also a friend of mine is pregnant and she had mentioned a while ago when we were going to the gym together that she didn’t notice a change in her RhR until she was about 8 weeks. I might just turn off my heart rate monitor for a couple of days because it’s stressing me out so much. I haven’t even told OH that I’m late (although he could probably figure it out himself as 2 days before AF was due I said we didn’t have to DTD anymore cos I’m due on). I’ve had terrible nausea the past couple of days and (TMI) loads and loads of white lotiony CM. To the point where I keep thinking it’s AF. Sorry for the big rant I just needed to get that off my chest 😂

My temp is trolling me - shot up to 36.67 yesterday... down at 36.13 today 🙄. I'm just hoping that the tests on thursday wont show any issues.

@ChinChilly oh no! haha I have used about 30 this cycle so far.

I have just nipped into town and bought some of the Superdrug own brand ovulation tests (7 tests for £15... eek!), so that should hopefully get me through the next few days... I hope I ovulate soon!! CD28 here!

@Sperr .....Urm I think you need to test! 😂😂😂 I know what you mean about not wanting to know if you have a chemical but I wish I knew for sure from the cycle I think I had one. POAS woman!! 😂😂😂

@sperr you need to know either way so go ahead and test! And think of it this way - even if you miscarry you won't be doing anyone any favours by not having confirmed it with a BFP. Instead you'll keep wondering if it was a CP or just a late AF and if you have more CPs down the line you need to have 3 of them to have further tests done.

Ignore the RHR, it can be variable anyway and doesn't mean you're having a CP. Trust me - I'm the bus driver for the RHR thread on here and have seen aaaaalll the variations.

@Sperr You definitely need to test, it will put your mind and ease one way or another. 🤞 Waiting another week or so will just make your anxiety go through the roof!

@ChinChilly I know what you mean about the wait time between the end of your period and FW! I'm currently CD11 and my different apps are telling me diff FW! Off to do an OPK at 2pm to kill some more time 🤣

I’m going to go to get one now. I’m so scared. I think I’m more scared of it being nothing and me just being late. 😩 but at least I can move on

@MissC07 I’m CD7 and so tempted 😂😂 even though it’s way too early, I don’t think being off work in a lockdown helps! I’ve got a physio session tomorrow so that will kill abit of time 😂

The test is purchased (wish I’d thought in advanced and bought one online as they are so much more expensive in the shops!). I really don’t know how I’ll sleep tonight 😣. Please let this day and night fly by!!
