@juno231 any sign of your fertile week starting yet? I'm still getting negative OPKs, zero fertile CM and my temps are low.

I have been doing a lot of research into Soy Isoflavones... I think I might be a good fit for trying them: im 35+, have irregular cycles and a weak ovulation. If I have another unsuccessful cycle then I think I might give them a go 😬😬😬

@ChinChilly would love if it was a BFP for you when you test!! :) it’s hard to not get your hopes up because you want it so badly like the rest of us. Can defo see a line but like you say can’t be sure if it’s an evap or not!! I hope it isn’t x

Morning ladies, BFN this morning there isn’t even a shadow of a line so I haven’t bothered with the fake FRER also some cramps and pink CM so I’m guessing AF is on her way 🙄

@Kay00 @MissC07 thanks both, I’m surprisingly ok about it, I’ve got a lot going on & I want to lose some weight before i get pregnant, and to be honest with my thyroid levels I would be more surprised if it was a BFP

Soo... I’m confused. After having three ‘peaks’ the OPKS have settled down after the strongest one but my BBT didn’t really rise a crazy amount. There’s 3 days of it rising but not really high and then it’s slightly dropped this morning. Do you think I’ve ovulated? Am I just crap at temping 😂

I’m CD19 today and I’ve just had some red blood when wiping :/ I’m so frustrated as I was hoping for a normal cycle.... I guess I will have to monitor and see if it turns into AF!

Makes me wonder if I did ovulate on CD9 as that’s the time when I got a high reading and then never got any more after that?!

@Robyn101 I’m no expert but I still think that looks like you’ve ovulated! Hopefully your temp goes up a bit more tomorrow but I think that looks positive x

@Moocher90 aw sorry that is frustrating 😔 ovulation on cd 9 is certainly a possibility! I don’t suppose this could be ovulation bleeding?

@chinchilly how many DPO are you?

@robyn101 I think you probably have ovulated, on the 30th. I highly highly recommend you put your temps into the Fertility Friend mobile app, its free and 100% easier to read.

@moocher90 sounds like you are having a bit of a roller coaster cycle. It can be so frustrating when your body that easy to read! Its possible CD9 was your peak, do you have a temperature chart to share?

@moocher90 im CD19 too and I haven't ovulated yet, so it might not have happened for you yet either... mine is a little all over the place, my latest was CD34!

@Kay00 I think im 11dpo today

@Kay00 my temps have been relatively low and then I changed my thermometer as I though it was broke and tried oral temps and comparing them with the vaginal ones...so I’m not sure. It feels like AF, there’s slight cramping and had to use a sanitary towel.
My temp today orally was 36.27 but my vaginal one was 36.73 so who knows. I will just monitor and whilst bleeding I won’t be doing OPKs. If it’s a few days worth of bleeding I will just log it as CD1 from today. Then hopefully next cycle is longer :/ 19 days is not long enough would make it a 10 day LP if I did ovulate on CD9

@Moocher90 and I'm sorry your body is still being a fuck boi :( kinda hoping it could be ovulation spotting?

@Robyn101 I agree with the others - looks like a slow rise with a pattern that's harder to spot because of femometer - try FF!

@Kay00 yeah my FW has been slow this time! I had tiny bit of EWCM on CD9 and nothing again until today (CD14). My opks turned blank yesterday and today so I'm sort of in limbo I guess!

@Juno231 don’t think u could get ovulation spotting at 4dpo. That’s what FF puts me at!

I will just have to see if it becomes full blown AF. I had red bleeding but also had CM and blood mixed in and it’s light. My cervix is still high too and not low like it should be for AF. My OPK is still stark white too. This body is a total fuck boi! 😂😂

@moocher90 @juno231 hmm... about the ovulation bleeding. This might be TMI but DP and I DTD this morning, i snuck out of bed before he woke and used some preeseed... so super lubricated 🙈 but during sex I bled. Not just a tiny bit of spotting as I used a pad, but not heavy as a period as it has stopped now. As I had used the preseed it was all mixed up together... and quite messy 🙈🙈🙈 sorry!! But I think I might have had ewcm... but now I'm not sure because of the preseed.

Do you think this could be ovulation bleeding or just a burst blood vessel?

I ask because although I haven't noticed ovulation yet I didn't take my temperature at my usual 6am... I took it at 8:30 and it was quite high but im discounting it 🤦‍♀️

@kay00 the only way to know is if your temps go up over the next 3 days xx did you get a peak Opk?

@moocher90 yes, I agree, I need to keep monitoring. Hoping its not the start of an early AF 😬 as I certainly haven't ovulated yet. No peak OPKs. I have been off the pill for 7 months and only caught my peak OPKs twice. Im either rubbish at peeing on a stick at the right time or I get the briefest of peaks/a weak ovulation.

I'm wondering if my body is maybe gearing up to ovulate again (bloody hope so!). Not been using OPKs , just temps at the moment because we wont TTC again until after the next AF.

@Juno231 never mind I’ve learnt my lesson. DO NOT GET TESTS OUT OF THE BIN 😂😂 just a waiting game for AF now.

I’ve had some high readings on OPKs (pic attached) so hoping my body could finally be doing something after the attempt at ovulation last week. BD’d yesterday and will again later today!

Thanks @kay00 I’ve tried the fertility friend app but can’t work out where to see my BBT chart it seems to keep directing me to premium content - doesn’t seem to like that I haven’t had a period either (join the club 😂) . I’ve tried a couple of times but just can’t get my head around it

Guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens 🤷🏻‍♀️

@mol234 oh wow, yes thats a strong +OPK you have there. Hopefully this is your ovulation now!
