When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

@Vil10 hair tomorrow (which I actually hate having done cos it takes about 3.5 hours and I always think there's so many better uses of my time but hey Ho necessary & I drink Prosecco whilst doing it 😂least at Xmas I won't get weird looks! And nails weds. On the nails I will prob get dark grey with glitter at the end or maybe chrome actually hmmmm

Hi everyone

So sorry I have been missing in action.
Well it was definitely a chemical pregnancy I have been in bed for days with the worst AF of my life pain was terrible and soaking pads and bed until I passed a clot last night, pain has eased today and it's a light flow. Glad I'm over the worst xx

What have I missed? Can't believe we are on a new bus already. Well done @Minster2012 for being the best bus driver.

@amy2503 yes it took me 16 cycles, 16 long cycles where I was losing my mind and thought it would never happen. We was planning on fertility intervention for January! I got my bfp in November, the month I was booked in for a Laparoscopy and really put it to the back of my mind because I thought well I'm having my operation done so it doesn't matter!
I remember 2 days beforey period was due I was getting period pains as I usually would, I even took a cocodamol 😩 anyway low and behold I was pregnant and I'm nearly 9 weeks now, it does happen and yes the period pains can feel exactly the same. My cervix was low until around 7 weeks pregnant so that's not a good indicator, but the morning of my late period my cervix was squishy when normally its rock hard but that's just me and everyone is diff but I hope this helps!!

@Minster2012 how are you crazy lady? God ivf is something else isn't it? My sister had 9 eggs only 4 of them were good, 1 didn't fertilise 3 did then only 1 made it! They put it inside her it was about to hatch and now she's waiting. If this one doesn't work 😭 my heart will break for her! X

@Missgoldilocks yeah ivf isn't fun or easy or guaranteed a baby as a lot of ppl think, god I hope your sis gets her BFP, when is she testing 🤞🏻 the "will the embryos fertilise and grow onto day 5" or 3 is often the worst bit I find. I got the call whilst in the queue at Aldi check out. 😭

Aww @Franklydear gutted for you but at least AF will be out of the way for Christmas. I do wonder if chemicals can actually screw up the following cycle(s) as I didn't get another BFP the month after in either of the 2 chemicals I had. Keep positive for January!

@2020mission thanks, well, it was spotting one time, it has stopped, I wish it would come once and for all and not mess with me, .... I don't feel my usual telltales though

Got another referral letter through the post today - they seem to have moved it to Feb 3rd! I'm so excited yet nervous. I think in the new year I'll have to contact my old gp just in case to get my blood results from my day 21 and day 3 tests as my new gp was concerned they might not have access to those. Thankfully we've already got the SA results in pdf :)

@Juno231 @Minster2012 i did point out to the nurse that I'll have no blood left. She also showed me the screen. They need to click that thing for what's required and it tells them what to do and prints the label, so I've no idea how it was wrong. The nurse reckoned the last one was mortified. Who knows. But ffs.

All gone, spotting only once in paper, sort of an opaque red, put a pad on, I need to take ds to his appointment, will update later....

@Franklydear Oh there's still a chance then 🤞 the spotting screws with me every month I always think maybe this time it's implantation 😂 it can happen! Keep us posted
