When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

@paintfairy I'm glad I'm not alone in feeling that way about just us 2 for Christmas 😅 I love him of course but Christmas to me is family coming together and so with not seeing family it really just won't be Christmas. I think I'm also feeling it more as it will also really highlight the fact we have failed to start our own family this year.

I'm jealous of you all who can have a meal and drink in a pub. My area in Scotland has had pubs closed for ages and we've only had cafes and some restaurants open until 6pm with no alcohol allowed and no music. The last time I ate out it was so quiet I felt like I was having lunch in a library 😂

Actually I think I'm more jealous of @Justanothercyster being in Dubai haha ☀️

@Minster2012 I absolutely love Yorkshire I used to live in West Yorkshire and my fiancé used to live in North Yorkshire. We’re both from and back living in NI I miss the ‘yarkshur’ accent so much. What am I meant to do with my 6 Prosecco now??? I’m not sure yet, it was just a crazy idea that passed my mind. I would love to tell my mum Christmas Day it would make her year but I feel it would just be too early to get her hopes up just incase. My mum had 3 under 2. My brother and sister are twins and 18 months later I arrived. I was a little ‘whoopsie’ she only realised she was pregnant with me when she passed out after opening a tin of tuna lol

@2020mission we are the same, no cafes and no pubs open here since the summer, at all, not even to a certain time, can't remember what actually "eating out"
Is like! We rarely have a takeaway usually but now it's a lifeline to a "date night". It's not just that, if you go shopping I'm stuck for places to go have a wee?!!god knows what I'd be like pregnant?!!

@Franklydear I know I just meant the general feeling, going tier 2 to 4 in the south. DH s cousin was like "ooooo Sunday lunches out so good" and shops open all fine now since summer & lockdown in general he's like "OMG end of the world is nigh" whereas we've had shops open, hairdressers open but not pubs/restaurants and yet rates drastically fallen it's all a bit hmmmmm what are we doing differently? Glad MIL is ok and feeling in good spirits 🥰

@2020mission do you have any friends nearby that you could arrange a socially distanced Christmas day walk with? I know it won't be the same as a Christmas dinner/party but it might lift your spirits a bit more.

@catherinettc can't wait to see your scan! It's different when you see scans or here of bfp on here as you know the ups and downs of everyone's journeys so are genuinely thrilled for them.

No way @juno231 is it legit from the app? Why is it only 6 days I thought the minimum was 10? I've 3 days of work left and terrified someone in my class will end up with covid causing the whole class to isolate over Christmas. It happened the 1st day of the October holidays, I dont want to do it over Christmas too and know sods law it will probably happen.

But I guess there are worse things happening elsewhere.
