When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

Was out with family for food and drinks there and loved it. Went to a country pub outside town. Lovely and quiet. Food was just fab, so were the pints lol but really enjoyed seeing my mam and sister 🥰

@Franklydear glad your mil is doing alright hope she makes a speedy recovery but sounds like she has plenty of support.

Sorry all missed the end of the bus. Must admit the news that we are now in their 4 and my first Christmas with my dad for 20 years was cancelled caused quite a lot of tears and much gin.
Got to a much better place today and made food plans and all as I wasn't going to be cooking for shopping at all as we were going there.

Will try to catch up. Oh and app things ov tomorrow. Not feeling particularly sexy atm.

@DOB78 congratulations. Something must be in the air today! Don’t tell him. I’m gonna wait til Christmas Day and hopefully by then a digital will tell me I’m pregnant. If it turns out to be a sticky bean I think I’m gonna tell my family the day of our wedding which is in 7 weeks. We’re having a lockdown wedding so only 25 guests which will be family just.

@Joanna1009 Venting on here is fine, as we don't know you. So that's the best thing to do. Do you moan to your friend or is it more the things she's picked up on herself? I will say that if you constantly moan then she'll have a poor view of him. Also you need to be careful that you don't get into the habit of only ever doing that and not talking about much else to her! I've been on the receiving end of that. And it becomes wearing. You get to the point where you can't be sympathetic because nothing is fixing and there seems to be no resolution. If its things she's picked up on herself, that's almost a bit more concerning if she's physically witnessed stuff? And it is hard to constantly feel concerned for a friend who appears not to be listening. It is difficult.

@paintfairy Thank you. I've had some clarity from her now. Back in February she was insisting I leave the relationship which was something I did not feel right for me. I eventually sent her a quote that said "if your friend is dealing with a controlling partner the last thing they need is you mimicking that behaviour by forcefully telling them what to do". She took offence to that and felt I was calling her abusive. My integrity is calling me to hold to that statement though. I have more peace about it all knowing this.

@Luna57 4 days!! Jesus I genuinely think we've got ACTUAL longer bus rides around Yorkshire 😂, must be a record? Think my ovaries have just shrivelled a bit in a jealous rage (or they may have just pickled a bit more in the red wine I was downing at the time of reading....much more likely!) and how do you plan to tell ppl at your wedding that's so exciting? Hope you don't feel too sick...eek. Our friend was about 11 weeks at her wedding & we genuinely had no idea, she was acting her usual pissed self (as were we though so that could have been part of it & her hubby is very over the top 😂) she's now got 3 kids under 5 fertile bitch 🤪

Haha @Minster2012 wrong audience, only been drag to a pub twice this year, both precovid, not my favourite place, rates are rising, but I've been home with D's for 2 wee s and have leave until 4th January so not too bad timing, we need to catch the bus tomorrow as D's has a routine appointment in eye hospital, shocked it hasn't been cancelled,
Mil is home and in good spirits, brothers are keeping an eye, nothing to worry about, just a virus
