When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

@DJmum83 glad to hear you're going to focus more on yourself and family I know its hard to say no to wider family and friends but you need to think of your own mental health first before you can help anyone else.

Got a very high today so expexting a peak either later tonight or tomorrow so I am literally both going to be ending this year and starting the new year off with a bang 😂

I will start this post with saying I'm impatient, a bit obsessive and need to know things. I'm naughty and know this is early and things could go wrong but I can't help it. 4 hour hold and a FRER gave me a much better line and is pink. Starting to feel the flutters of excitement.

So girls, it hit me today that we're supposed to be going to Mexico in June, but because there's Zika virus there I can't go when pregnant and have to wait 3 months after we get back before trying again, and the cut off date to cancel your holiday to get your money back except your deposit is April 8th, so basically we need to conceive before that date or we can't try from April-October, what a fucking shitter!!

GAH I’m feeling confused girls.

So AF was due yesterday but hasn’t shown up yet which is out of character...

I took a clear blue digital last night but it said BFN...

This morning I had a teeny tiny bit of brown spotting in my CM but it’s gone now & still no sign of AF...

I haven’t got any of my usual PMS symptoms but I had a nosebleed two days ago & ive been peeing way more than usual the last week or so but not sure if I’m just overthinking everything?!

@DJmum83 glad you managed a quickie and hope work isn’t awful for you tonight.

Just had an unexpected call from the doc, the scan yesterday wasn't as much of a fail as the woman at the hospital made out. Doc said she had my scan pics sent thru and could see one ovary and it was totally fine it was just the other one that couldn't be seen in the scan. Tho she said there was also fluid in my womb cavity (dunno what problems that may cause and was caught too unawares to ask, it took me till after the call to process what she'd said). And that the fibroids may be a possible reason for the recurring CPs but the fertility clinic will look into that more once I get my appointment. The largest fibroid is 13cm and grows into my womb so it might be its taking blood supply away from placenta trying to attach. But removing fibroids that are attached to the womb can also cause infertility and problems during pregnancy and if they are removed it can be up to 6 months before you're allowed to ttc again. Decisions decisions, leave the fibroids as they are and go thru potentially lots more CPs in the hope one eventually manages to develop as I do have a son so it can be done or get them removed but run the risk of causing even more damage or more fertility problems, 6months before being allowed to ttc again and they have a high chance of them growing back again anyways 🤷‍♀️ I don't need to make a decision until I've been to the fertility clinic but not what I was wanting playing on my mind tonight, I'm supposed to be eating, drinking and being merry shagging my way into 2021!

@dkdk123 I'm glad the scan was more helpful than originally thought. It is alot to process & think about, try to not let it become all consuming. The fertility Dr may have other options available to you. Sending love to you though because that's alot.

@minster2012 I need to ask you about pomegranate juice etc. I want to help make my uterus lining nice and nourishing after all the bleeding to give my little eggs a chance to snuggle in and I know you were drinking pomegranate juice... Tell me about this.. Any other tips for a nice cosy Womb? I know i was eating 3 Brazil nuts a day from ovulation when we caught last but I can't for the life of me remember why 🙈

I don't know about the other girls who were around back in the summer but I feel the thread was in a different place back then, there was lots of discussion about seeds and nuts and jucies and I cannot for love no money remember what we decided was helpful and what wasn't. Xx

@Sausage1990 yes, it started as an usual thread on tips and things to try for TTC, and then we rolled the bus, and with that, not starting a new bus all the time, we got horny, the sex toys, the pegging and bum pics the last.....

@DKDK123 sorry I was mid write when you wrote that! I think just see what the fertility clinic says really as to how much that might be impacting on the CPs and if there's anything they would suggest to help stop that whilst not having the fibroid out maybe but it's good to know more 🙌🏻

@Sausage1990 ah you see I've been a bit quiet today cos I'm composing my updated list of how to get pregnant & pomegrante juice features on it! As do nuts! My clinic suggested Pom juice all cycle a glass a day & every time I've drank it (compared to not) my lining has been considerably better. Its also recommended after heart surgery as it's full of antioxidants but it's meant to assist blood flow. It's natural so why not. I also like Pilates for same reason. Brazil nuts about 2 a day after OV is for the selenium to aid implantation

@DKDK123 if it’s any consolation my friend had several fibroids and although it took her a little longer to conceive she has now had three children.

@Minster2012 love your slant on things! Ah who knows maybe?! Not sure I can hold my wee long enough to do it tonight so might have to be a morning test.
