When TTC feels like a proper TWATFACE, we’ve got each other’s backs. We’ve had trolling TTC charts, f**k boy bodies and a few of us are giving up and handing our bodies to the fertility doctors instead. Maybe they can do a better job eh?

We are TTC in often weird and wonderful ways and that’s the way we like it...long as we are there for each other, be it DTD, SMEP, syringe, IVF we don’t care 🥰

Loving the nail photos. I sliced the tip of my index finger chopping veg last week so can't really do my nails nice as one of them is plastered up 😅 I guess I could still paint the others...

I sorted the last of the Christmas presents today and did the Christmas food shop last night (would not recommend, horrible, packed with people, empty shelves and no turkeys!!! Aside from some truly huge turkey crowns so we'll be eating turkey for the next month 😂) so I'm finally feeling more chilled. Also picked up a pregnancy test. Theoretically supposed to be due on on Christmas Day, tempted to test but I'm fully prepared for disappointment. Kinda feel like I'm just running down the time until March when it's been a year and I can go back to the GP 🙈

@InkyPaper it hasn't yet.. but I know it's on it's way. I get the same dull ache in my lower stomach and back every month xxx

As for keeping a tamagotchi alive I’m not the greatest... actually does this mean I’m capable of caring for an actual live small human at some point. I mean if I can’t keep a tamagotchi alive then I’m screwed really 🙈

@InkyPaper mine doesn't grow fast it just looks scruffy. 🤣 Prior to lockdown I did go every 10 weeks to have it dyed. But haven't been since January. I'm currently sat with purple hair dye on it.......

I'm not a girly girl at the best of times. Or clean. I shower like, but i always wonder how those people with nice clothes, hair etc maintain it. 🤣 I never seen to stay looking ok for more than 5 minutes! I've given up....

@AHobbyaweek I only got about half of the Christmas dingbats don't worry! And I was sat at a hairdressers for hours 😂

@paintfairy this is my first nails this year, and my hairdresser replies to me when I say "how long will it last?" She says "well you don't wash your hair so ages!" I literally wash my hair every 4/5 days? But apparently that's best for it?! It takes soooo long. So boring. Dont start me on shaving legs. Defluffing the foof is the only thing I do fairly religiously.

@InkyPaper LOVE that your mum helped with your tamagotchi!! That's good practice for assisting, I couldn't keep one alive but have a small human who has made it a few years vaguely unscathed & no NSPCC involved so far so I think you & @Florence13 might be ok. I think they had built in obsolescence, the tamagotchis, not the small humans! Though tonight I've had to give DS (& DH & I) a worming tablet just in case after an email from nursery. I didn't realise that's a thing but apparently so??!! @InkyPaper are you going to test tomorrow??? God everywhere was sooooo busy today, the queue for M&S was MASSIVE.

We've got to get the rest of our food tomorrow but that's not much. & I'm feeling horny tonight. 😂🤣

@Minster2012 I was doing twice a week before lockdown (originally every other day but it isn't good for it) and now I'm once a week because no one sees me! I also have started using natural shampoo. I've got crap fine hair.

@InkyPaper I remember my mum looking after my tamagotchi whilst I was on a riding holiday in Wales. It was pretty old. And she let it die on the beach! Traumatised...... 🤣

I was my hair every 3ish day (ok less in lockdown) but the longer you leave it the better.

We got given a tamigochi at the end of of NCT classes!!

I tested my Tamagotchi like my son, is fun to torture them and watch them due, luckily for ds, I don't do that with children....
On the hair, I wash it every 3 days or so, is long so takes ages to dry it... or if it looks manky ( and I need to go anywhere)

I'm defluffing the foof tonight and tanning!! It's my mums 50th tomorrow so I'm staying here tonight and i ordered a build your own balloon arch kit on Amazon, just finished building it and it's huge, can't wait to set it all up for the morning!!
