Got a BFP on a digital test this morning but it hasn't sunk in and I keep looking at it think it will change it's mind like "sorry only joking". That said I have had the worst constant indigestion and heartburn since yesterday lunch time (which I have never experienced except for a few minutes after eating burger to quick), so my body is deffo up to something. Hoping that heartburn doesn't last much longer.

So ladies I've had the clinic call. It didn't go well. Ended up sat on the driveway in tears. Not actually on the driveway, in my car, I have SOME dignity. (A small amount granted). Basically she was mean, said "we don't know when, feb maybe March why are you calling?" All I know is to take northisterone from day 21 but not how long, I've had to persuade my doctors to give me a prescription to save me driving 45 mins each way to you but they don't know how much?" "We don't know yet & we don't know when we'll know, we've been inundated with a lot of periods this week...you sound disappointed (I explained it gives me headaches) she said do you want to take the pill instead?"

Errrr I don't f ing know, you are the experts????
So as it stands still taking northisterone from day 21, wait to hear.

But anyways. We know TTC is a shit bag of waiting.

So rhr has flatlined today after dipping yesterday, it went up by 1 this morning but has since come down 1, and I feel like I have af pains, not being negative but just don't have my hopes up as much as I did! On the positive, I can get absolutely steaming over Christmas, cheers to that ladies🎄🥂

So this month I just went by EWCM and I last had that two weeks ago yesterday. I usually get AF on 15 DPO so thought it would come today but now I’m wondering if it will be tomorrow. What do we think is that last day of ewcm usually the day you ovulate? I looked at my previous bbt charts and I usually do ov on last day of ewcm but sometimes it’s been a day after.

@amy2503 this is my 6th cycle, fell more easily with my others but it’s taking longer this time. I’m 38 though now. It’s not a problem I’m lucky I’ve got 3 days already so this is just to see if it happens really. You never know it only takes once!

@LaceyMermaid I usually ovulate the day after the last day of EWCF. It does vary but I think that's the most common pattern.

@kalidasa thank you that means I’m due AF tomorrow follow my last 2 cycles luteal phase pattern. I knew where I was when doing bbt but I have felt al it more relaxed this month not knowing, until today! 🤣 still not stressing about it though I know it’ll come over the next few days

@Minster2012 my work mates and me have a wee WhatsApp group and one of them just shared that pregnant women from work's scan photo from Facebook in our group. We're not even friendly with her and we're in different departments 😭 I don't want these things in my face right now. I know it sounds nasty but honesty it hurts. Can't tell my work buddies that that's not a nice thing to be showing me. Sorry rant over haha

@notyetamumbuttrying rubbish to hear the clinics full, hopefully a cancellation comes up before then. You'd think they could just make a list of people willing to take a cancellation space and phone them if one comes up rather than make you have to keep phoning up.

@DKDK123 😆 thanks I think I'll have to try something like that. Hopefully there won't be anymore announcements at work any time soon. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that others are having better luck but I really just struggle to put on a happy face when AF has just arrived for me. I'm always feeling my worst about TTC just after a failed cycle when I'm sore and bleeding as I imagine most of you feel too. Almost finished work for the holidays at least 😅

When is everyone finishing up work for the year? I'm off from 3pm on Christmas eve until 5th January. Can't come soon enough!
