Here we go ladies! The last thread was a lucky one so let's keep up the success on this one!

I’m hoping it is @jessi60 I’d had a pint of juice at 2pm ish and a coffee around 3:30pm then nothing until OPK test at 6pm. I also realised I didn’t pee between drinking and testing. Usually I go to the loo then wait two hours to test with no drinks etc so I think it might be that.

Will test again tomorrow around 12pm. Glad I’m off to a client site to stock count in Darlo tomorrow so I’ll be busy counting engines for the morning then will be home just before lunch so will keep my mind off it 🤣

@Bells20 @GreenApplesYo @PowerOfFlowers hows pregnant life ladies? My nausea hasn't been as bad these last few days weirdly. I had expected it to peak as I'm 8+5 but hoping it is just my body getting used to it and nothing more sinister. One week until my next scan, assuming nothing goes wrong inbetween 🤞🤞🤞

How is it Christmas next week?!?!?

Hi @AMS19 I'm doing ok, still waiting for the realisation that I'm pregnant to kick in! I've got a scan next week too so hopefully that will help and everything will be ok. Hope yours goes well too!! I tried the alcohol free kopparberg cider at the weekend. It tasted like slightly fizzy squash and I was irrationally angry about it 😂. Can I ask when your nausea started? I'm 5+2 today and haven't noticed any yet!

@bells20 mine only really started week 6 and has been there on and off. I've only been sick once, the rest of the time is just feeling the nausea. The last few days there has been lots of dry gagging/heaving but that also seems to be easing off a bit. Boobs are getting sore now, but only really had that the last week or so! Overall I think I've been quote lucky!

Did my temp this morning and it's shot up .4 of a degree! So that's good I think ☺️ I'll take an OPK now hopefully it's gone down

Still a little worried about lack of CM, I'm wondering if it's because I wasn't drinking as much water to get OPK peak? Hopefully it was still in there!

@AMS19 I'll bare that in mind. it's a funny one isn't it, I'm here thinking where are my symptoms and there will be people feeling absolutely rotten wishing they weren't feeling so sick. Definitely a be careful what you wish for situation isn't it. Also can't believe it's Christmas next week! But I'm looking forward to finally telling my parents about baby bean! Did you say your scan was on Monday? You'll have to update us when you get back!

Obviously I've done some more POAS, they've stopped getting darker now I think they're as dark as they're going to go so I think that's a sign to stop testing!

@DrS44 I reckon that is a fab sign you ovulated!! Just need it to stay high for another 2 days and ovulation will be confirmed and you'll be in your TWW!!! Eeeeek! Maybe a BFP just before the year is out!!

@bells20 yeah I preferred having the nausea. I still have it a bit but definitely no where near as much and that makes me so uneasy! I liked being sick last week as I felt like all the hormones must be surging too. It is so weird wanted to feel sick! Really odd. Praying all is okay next week at scan, it is on Monday. Then if everything is fine and I'm just getting passed the nausea I'll be very happy! I would quite like to be able to enjoy Christmas Dinner but want to no bean is okay, so hopefully the scan will give me that comfort!

@AMS19 keep us posted on your scan! Nausea sounds awful for you gals!! I'm not looking forward to all the anxiety and worries that a BFP brings 🤣🤣 have you gals decided how to tell the family?

Oohhh is that the logic? Ok fab! Fingers crossed it does!! I had a dream that my temp was 39 and I was like yup I've ovulated alright 😅😅 having CoViD/serious illness didn't spring to mind though 🙈🤣 such a loser! Xx

@DrS44 that looks great!!! Fingers crossed for another two days of temp rises. I do remember reading that sometimes people can get little EWCM on the tissue/knickers but it doesn't mean it isn't up where it needs to be if that makes sense so might depend where you were looking for it!

@AMS19 I imagine its quite normal for symptoms to come and go rather than being constant, maybe you're just having a quieter day and it'll come back in full force tomorrow! Really hoping everything goes well with the scan on Monday it would be so nice to be able to enjoy Christmas in the knowledge that everything's ok!

Yay @DrS44 that's looking good! I hardly had any cm when I concieved so I wouldn't worry about that too much? 🙂Didn't seem to be a factor in the end for me.

@bells20 I started feeling sick around the end of week 5. I felt bad for a few weeks and then it faded away around 8.5-9weeks. I'm glad I had the scan at 9wks as I was worried about not feeling as sick. I feel normal now except for sore boobs. And burping loads. Haha I burp all the time, it's gross. I think it's normal for symptoms to come and go, and all pregnancies are different. I've seen women on here saying that they had no sickness with their 1st, but horrendous sickness with their 2nd, or vice versa.

@DrS44 forgot to say I only had one tiny but of EWCM 6 days before ovulation. Ever. So definitely do not worry!! Yeah you need 3 temp rises to confirm ovulation. Great start!!

@GreenApplesYo ah that puts my mind at rest as mine is definitely better now which sounds like the same time as you!! When is your NHS scan?

@Bells20 mine has actually been better for a few days now so definitely turned a corner. But I know week 9 is the week for HCG then it starts to go back down so hoping my body is just getting used to it.

@Bells20 @GreenApplesYo @AMS19 thanks gals! That's made me feel better! Opk is down low and this is my chart now! I'll keep ye posted to see if temp stays high 😊🥳💗

@AMS19 still not for 3 weeks! And I thought the 2ww was bad haha. It's going to be a 13wk scan 🙂it's on the 4th Jan. I am hoping the next few weeks fly by, they usually do at this time of year!

Looking forward to being able to tell my family, especially my Mum. She'll be so excited!

@GreenApplesYo eeeek so exciting! Yeah my mum is going to lose her mind when I tell her. Hopefully all is good next Monday so I can tell her Christmas morning 🤞🤞

P.s. just puked. My body telling me not to stress about less nausea 😂😂

I'm not too bad thank you @AMS19 So weird being refered to as pregnant 😂 I phoned my GP this morning and said it out loud to someone other than my DP and they said 'aww congratulations!' it felt weird but wonderful! They asked me to choose between Kings and St Thomas, so I've gone with St Thomas (at least I'll have a nice view ehhh!!) and filled in a form online. Energy dipped slightly this morning. Did a low impact hiit and tried a leg and glute workout but my body just didn't want to do it.
Ooohh hoping your scan goes well next Monday!! I'm sure it will ☺️ Great that you've just puked too 😂 I don't feel any nausea at the moment, but knowing my luck it'll hit me Christmas Day! I'll be 5+5 by then so the timing is perfect haha!

So today’s update I woke up and felt it a really low mood like to the point where I was about to burst into tears for no reason. Which is so unlike me I would say I’m quite a happy person normally. My mornings been rubbish too having to walk around a warehouse counting train engines but home now and done for the day

Done my OPK and temp and have posted results it’s good it’s gone back up and feel a bit happier after seeing it. Last night must have just been diluted wee. Will try squeeze a bedroom dance in too The line is as dark as the control line so maybe a peak tomorrow?

@PowerOfFlowers it really is strange saying it out loud isn't it and then I thought isn't it strange that my GP receptionist knows I'm pregnant but my mum doesn't haha. St Thomas' should be nice, lovely views! I think I might join you with the shloer, fake alcohol is just depressing.
