@Bells20 @AMS19 @DrS44 I had a withdrawal bleed that lasted five days and then one period 28 days after that so this would be my second period. And yeah I did have the implant, So it could be messed up off the implant aswell I guess.
Didn’t have a frer early one but done another normal one which was negative and surely if I was pregnant I would have a positive by now as I’m 11 days past the 28 day mark and then based off the second peak I had, my app has me down as 3 days late. It’s just so annoying just want it to come now so I can move on. Wonder if it’s possible to skip one all together 😂 x

I’ve tired to google things and it can take months for your periods to settle down after removal I always was just naive thinking after I got my first one at a perfect 28 days that things would continue. Apparently it shouldn’t effect your fertility though 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just have no idea when I could start opk testing again though or whether I would need a period first. So confusing xx

@jessi60 sounds so frustrating! I wonder if you did ovulate? AF could be late for all sorts of reasons though annoyingly. Have you done any OPKs in the last few days?

Oh sorry didn't see your 2nd message 🙂 @jessi60 if you have loads of cheapies you could just do the OPKs to see if anything happens?

@GreenApplesYo Yeah I’ve still done them. Don’t know why cause they’ve dropped right down which it’s mean to before af shows, well that’s what my app says. I don’t know how to make my app continue to count the cycle days, as you can see from the photo it’s started counting CD 1 when it should be CD 35 at that point xx

@DrS44 that will definitely be your peak!! It just hasn't said peak cause it will wait for it to go back now!! But I would say you've hit your peak and should definitely DTD today! Twice is possible. Test again this afternoon!!

@jessi60 it should give you the option to "remove predicted period day". Then it will continue to count it as one cycle. Mine keeps starting a new cycle as I havent told it I'm pregnant. If you click the remove bit it will keep counting from the same CD

@jessi60 ya those wilko ones look so strange!! And their numbers don't really correspond?! So frustrating hopefully you'll know more soon! As @AMS19 said maybe with not being well this month it has affected you?!

DTD this morn 🥳 and tested again and I've got an even higher OPK! It's come up as 2.07 on Premom 🥰 stole some dye from the control line! Will try and DTD again this evening! Feeling so much more chill this time around 🙃 how come Premom has moved my chart and said I've a low chance today?? So confused!

Never mind I've managed it by marking it as my peak 🥳 here she is the beauty 😅

@jessi60 so annoying but your body will get there. It's Christmas, maybe just have a couple of relaxed weeks looking after yourself 🙂and allowing your body to recover from being poorly, and maybe things will get back on track x

I'm off to get an Xmas tree! So excited. I asked DP if he'd mind getting the decorations down from the loft... He reappeared with a box of random stuff that looked like it was from the 80s. Goodness knows who it belongs to! I sent him back to get ours but now I'm reconsidering... retro tree for the win!?! 🎄🎄🎉hehe

@DrS44 I was gonna say just ignore premom, it's probably having a funny half hour and it'll sort itself out but sounds like it's done that now! That really is one hell of a surge!

@GreenApplesYo I LOVE a retro tree! Don't get me wrong I think the pretty trees with colour themes are beautiful but for me you just can't beat some multicoloured lights, tinsel and loads of tacky decorations haha

My OPK was a whopping 0.5 today and I was actually overjoyed to see if go up.

When do you think I should start testing twice a day? I usually try to test around 11:30/12pm so maybe like 5/6pm for a second test?

Ridiculous really when this was my first month of trying. Just can’t get onto the second month without having my period and knowing where I’m at. Realistically I’ve only been off contraception for 8 weeks and the first month I didn’t stop having my withdrawal bleed until the middle of October anyways.
Atleast I can have a drink over Christmas. I’m working Christmas Day and Boxing Day this year. And they’ve also put me on night shift over new year so that’s annoyed me too 🤣 x

@GreenApplesYo well according to the app my period is due on the 26th- so technically could test Christmas Day! I think I'll wait til the 27th! My OH & I are staying in our wedding venue the 26th so it would be amazing to wake to the 27 and test a positive if no AF! We were due to get married there this summer and next summer but we have postponed it again til 2022! Nightmare! So that would be quite nice!

@Dex1521 if you got .5 that's really good! I would test twice a day from now! What CD are you? When does the app predict you'll ovulate? I got to a .39 or something last night and felt it would probably surge today so you could be super close 👏🏻👏🏻 xxxx

@jessi60 oh I'm so sorry you're feeling crap! I know what you mean 💛 I was like that last month, I'm so much more chill now! There's definitely no reason to think anything is wrong, but definitely allow yourself to feel like shite today and park yourself up for tomorrow! Remember this could be your last Christmas without a baby to mind 🤣👏🏻 xxxxx

@DrS44 oh really I might be close then even though it’s not predicted until mid next week I’ll do another test this evening then too 🤞I’m CD 12 today and both FF and premom app predict ovulation for 22nd which would be CD 22. But we will keep DTD every night then over the weekend just to be sure and see what happens with BBT and OPKs

Another “friends” pregnancy announcement on Facebook tonight = an extra large gin for me to drown my sorrows

On the kinda plus side I did an OPK at 5:30pm and it was 0.55 so it’s still going up so we have dtd last night and this evening straight after I’d tested 🤣 definitely feel like I’m going to ovulate sooner than expected

@jessi60 I was like that last month I was all over the place. I thought I’d ovulated but when I look back I don’t think I actually did so I’ve everything crossed for you that your cycle comes back normal as there is nothing worse. Us POAS addicts are in this together 💪🏼
