Hi everyone

I am not suggesting this is pregnancy so please don’t come at me.. I just want some advice really!

My usual cycle is around 26 days but has occasianally been under and over that buy a few days. I don’t properly track my ovulation anymore as I have been trying for a 2nd child for nearly 9 years!!! ( partner has fertility issues) And after obsessing over everything for so long I have managed to relax a little as it was taking over my life. According to the app I use to track my cycle I ovulate around CD 10/11.

Normally the arrival of my period is very predictable.. I start cramping a few days before and get headaches and I am very grumpy. The bleeding is heavy, painful and lasts for around 4 days and then stops. This month to my suprise, on CD 16 I started spotting. It was very light and only there when I wiped and was brown/pink. I am now on CD 24 and the spotting has not stopped. The last day or so has been slightly heavier but still only on wiping. I thought it was the beginning of AF this morning but the next time I went to the bathroom there was nothing. I have no cramps AT ALL, no headaches, no mood swings. I took a HPT about 4 days ago as I had one in the cupboard and just thought why not.. obviously it was negative.

I have NEVER had anything like this before. Literally spotting for 10 days! I am worrying that this could be the start of my own fertility problems eg cysts, polyps, fibroids, hormonal imbalance.

Have any of you experienced anything similar to this? I am officially due to start AF in 2 days and would really appreciate any thoughts!
