Hey everyone, hope your weeks are going okay!

@AKcheer Aww I bet you guys have really got to know each other! I wish women would do better at supporting each other rather than going against us 🙄 we need more ladies like this group! Just seen that AF has just arrived for you, sorry this wasn’t the month.. mine came as well and at first I was pretty miserable, I think it’s okay to allow yourself a bit of time to feel rubbish about it, but hopefully you’ll feel better in a couple of days and can start to look ahead to your next cycle.

I’m glad to hear your husband’s SA results have come back fine, same with your bloods. Have you spoken to your GP about what they would suggest moving forward? My boyfriend follows Luisa Zissman on Instagram (he fancies her lol) and apparently she has a website with advice around TTC, he said we should look into it as people always come to her to say they’ve been struggling to conceive for a long time then followed her advice (including taking supplements that she recommends) and have now fallen pregnant! Might be worth a read? I’m going to look into it as well but will speak to GP about tests first. Think her page is called Maybe Baby? Not sure if anyone else has come across it?

@Tabbycat92 Congratulations on your BFP!! Sounds like you’ve got loads to look forward to, house renovation is exciting! Keep us posted with everything 😁

@Lynne425 I hope you are doing okay with your recovery. Hopefully they are wrong about the molar pregnancy but it sounds like they are being really proactive which is good. Try to stay rested and whatever the outcome is you will cope and get through it 💪🏼

@Rose2108 Lockdown is definitely taking its toll isn’t it! How do you feel about restrictions easing and being able to see people outside? I’m sorry to hear you’re not feeling excited at the moment, are you going to look into private scans or anything? AF arrived the evening it was due, gave me the day to think perhaps she wouldn’t come, but she did. Felt pretty flat that next day but I’ve accepted it now and just looking ahead to this next cycle. Planning to call GP to see if they’ll let me get bloods done or anything, but I’m worried they’ll just say no because they said they wouldn’t usually investigate until a year of trying, but it’s worth asking!

@8LPS Hahah yes that’s the best one 🤣 yeah it’s so sad, and I found out today that another friend’s mum passed away yesterday, it’s heartbreaking. Death is one of the most uncomfortable things to talk about but recently I’ve been trying to be more open about it and have those conversations with family, because you just never know what’s around the corner and I want to make sure people’s wishes are kept, I’ve asked everyone to have a notepad somewhere with all of the things they would like to happen when they go. It sounds strange I know but I’d hate to think I’d buried someone that wanted to be cremated or something!!

Aw it doesn’t sound nice at all, glad you’re having a better experience with Conceive Plus. Hahah I read that with SevenSeas and did the same 😂 Ahh really, what do you do? I’m in mental health too, I work for an IAPT service delivering CBT based interventions! Always talking about challenging negative thoughts and managing anxiety, but yes I should definitely practice what I preach a bit more sometimes!! Yeah unfortunately AF came the evening she was due, what a bitch lol. OMG I love friends, bless him comparing himself to Chandler!! I’m sure that’s not the case but hopefully you get an answer soon. Wow wondered where you were going with the humongous.... 🤣🤣 I can definitely relate to the comfort eating and sweet tooth, it’s the worst viscous cycle!! Have you tried calling GP to see what’s going on?

jules5232 · 23/03/2021 13:05

@Tabbycat92 no way!! I thought that was what you meant but didnt want to assume if you meant an opk. Awesome news! I'm so happy for you.

Lynne425 · 23/03/2021 13:44

Hey All

Thanks for all your comments. I'm good thanks - bleeding now all stopped so now it's the wait for test results!!

Hopefully they come back as retained tissue and I'm on the 3-5 weeks waiting for AF to arrive to then finally put this behind me and move on to TTC cycle with you all again!!

If it does come back molar they suggest you put TTC on hold for at least 6 months until the follow up appointments have finished - but let's not think about that!! ☺️☺️

@AKcheer aww I'm soo sorry AF showed for you again, new month so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for you this time!!

@Tabbycat92 congratulations that's lovely news. How long have you been trying?!

Tabbycat92 · 23/03/2021 14:02

@jules5232 @Lynne425
Thanks both 😘 this was cycle 6 of trying.
I really recommend the vitamins I took as I really feel that's what helped this time!

Vitex (stop taking after ovulation)
Calcium and magnesium
Coq-10
Macca root
Turneric
Folic acid
Selenium (after ovulation)
Ate pineapple core (around ovulation and up to 8dpo)

jules5232 · 24/03/2021 14:28

@AKcheer I'm sorry you are #feelingshit 😕
Dont beat yourself up for feeling down though, because we all get that way after AF shows and rightly so. Ttc is hard for those of us that dont get that positive after a month or two of trying! Your tests are all good though, and that's such a positive thing. Remember that bfp is even closer now than it was last month, and will be even sweeter because of the wait.

JLP256 · 24/03/2021 15:38

Hey ladies/cuddle buddies 😜 how are you all?

@Tabbycat92 congratulations! How are you feeling? Thanks for the recommendations on vitamins.
@AKcheer so sorry AF has come. Fingers crossed for this month for you! It really will happen for you, please don’t feel guilty! I know it’s so rubbish. Hope you’re feeling ok today. Try and go easy on yourself if you can.
@Lynne425 hope you are recovering ok. Really crossing fingers the results give you good news and you can be back to TTC soon.

Also @BumbleB1 @8LPS I’m a big friends fan and have been thinking about the Monica and chandler storyline loads too lately 😂.

Little update from me. I think I mentioned that I was booked in for a mini fertility assessment at a clinic near me. We’re at nearly a year now and I have history of a few issues in that area (painful periods, abnormal smears, all sorts!) so I was starting to stress myself out and wanted some peace of mind. Anyway, the consultation was yesterday. Long story short me and DH both had normal results. The doc was lovely and very reassuring. She said the whole TTC can be very stressful and that we should go easy on ourselves, that it just takes some couples longer than others even if they’re perfectly healthy, and that some cycles we just won’t produce a quality egg so it’s just a matter of time. She said just carry on DTD every other day during ovulation week - she thinks OPKs are useful but definitely not 100% reliable. Really relieved that everything seems ‘normal’ down there and guess I need to remind myself it will happen eventually but I’m soooo impatient!

Rose2108 · 25/03/2021 11:16

Hi ladies, we have booked a private scan for 10 weeks which is in about two weeks time. I really want my husband to be there at the first scan!

Oh @AKcheer this makes me sad :( I'm just gutted for you it hasn't happened yet, seems like everything is as it should be and you are both so ready. I remember always telling myself each month right, it's a new month, pretend this is month one of ttc! It was like my coping mechanism! It happened for us at month nine... I feel like you are soooo close xxx

Maybe tell yourself you are going to try for four more months, and aim to book something in at the one year mark. It might be that a specialist can give you some more advice or things to try? I'm not sure. TBH for me the thing that I think was a game changer was to DTD the day before and day after ovulation, pinpointing it with opk tests and bbt tracking. The very first month I did that, it happened. Sorry if that's really annoying and you do this already lol.

Hi @jules5232 lovely to hear from you, so exciting you have made it to 12 weeks! When is your NHS scan? Yes I have booked a private one in! I am mostly fine but have this weird reflex when anyone brings it up (even my husband) I change the subject!

Congrats @Tabbycat92!

@8LPS Thank you lovely! I feel okay to be honest, I really shouldn't complain. Just feel like things have really slooowwweeddd down, even walking up a hill on Sunday I needed to stop and have a break!! Sorry, my midwife appt is at 12 weeks. My friend had hers at 7, and almost everyone I know has said you're supposed to have certain tests at around 10 weeks. Hey ho... The first ultrasound isn't for 12 weeks unless you have special circumstances I think.

OMG I love handmaids tale, it's absolutely brilliant. New series soon!

Hey hey @BumbleB1 OMG I cannot waaaaait to see people again! Go back into work! Go into a shop and buy things I don't need! Pay £4 for a coffee! Dreamy. Worth speaking to the GP if you are concerned, they can at least get it on their records.

I watched the friends episode where Rachel was having the baby and Janice was sharing the room, so good! Then Joey and the ring... never gets old.

@JLP256 That is such good news that your appointment went well, I bet you feel relived, although frustrated as no answers as such. At least you know it really is a matter of time... and I hope it is your time soon!!

Rose2108 · 25/03/2021 11:18

Also @KerryW87 we miss you x

8LPS · 27/03/2021 09:32

Good morning everybody how are you all? How's everyone's weekend going so far? :D

@Tabbycat92 – Haha nothing wrong with being hungry ;D Wow your house really is undergoing a huge renovation! It must be so stressful having you house in that condition, but it'll all be worth it in the end!

@Akcheer – Oh man I am so sorry AF came :( :( How are you feeling now? It just sucks so much when you have some hope and then it's just dashed. But then you have to stay positive because stressing too much isn't good for you. Arrghhh whyyy is this so hard?!!?!
So your bloods, and hubby's SA was all ok (YAY!!!). I guess they'll make you try for one year before they think about referring you? If you want to pursue private tests then go for it! Can't hurt (except hurt your bank balance lol)
Yeah, unfortunately it was out 1 year TTC anniversary 3 weeks ago when my period came, cus we started trying last April. It hit HARD. Current POA is waiting for husband's SA, and then going from there. It feels like it's been forever since he gave in his sample so we're getting impatient.
Aw thank you for your advice – I was worried I might be doing something wrong re. Exercise so wanted to get your POV cus you seem most experienced! So thank you :)

@BumbleB1 – Oh no, I'm so sorry for your friend's Mum! It's awful hearing that kind of news isn't it? Puts things in perspective for how much lives can change in an instant. Sounds like you're ready to be more open about it, which is so healthy! I'm not quite there yet, but I do often think about having death anxiety but that when I'm old I'll probably be ready to go and not scared.
Anywayyy oof sorry how morbid – literally! Moving on...
That's so funny you work in an IAPT because – SNAP so do I! I'm a PWP! Are you are PWP or a HIPI/HIT? (whichever you call it in your service haha!). Imagine if we've crossed paths before, that'd be crazy! Cus when I did my training at Birmingham Uni, there were lots of us from different IAPT services all over the West Midlands who came together!
Yeah, my husband tried calling the GP last week re. his SA results and they still weren't back yet. So he's been told wait a bit longer and call back...he's going to call them back on Monday. I wonder if he should call the actual clinic, and not the GP – cus they're the ones who are in possession of the results..

@JLP256 – I'm good thank you, looking forward to the weekend and eating some hot cross buns! :D How are you? Haha TV is really hitting home at the mo! Just now I had Friends on in the background and Monica & Chandler went to go do it when they were babysitting Emma LOL! The other day I was re-watching Sex and the City and I saw the episode where Miranda has a secret unplanned pregnancy, while poor Charlotte is complaining that she's been trying for months and nothing is happening! I really had so much empathy for her....a person who isn't real haha!
You sound like you've gone through some pretty scary and painful things in that area :( I'm so glad you both got normal results – do you mind if I ask what the consultation involved? I don't blame you for feeling impatient, I feel your pain completely! Hoping that it happens soon for you xx

@Rose2108 – Yay so glad you have a scan booked! Don't be silly, you're allowed to complain, I imagine it's all very different to pre-Covid. Don't worry about things slowing down, take this time to rest up and have time for yourself before lil bubba is here! :D
God I'm seriously lovinggggg Handmaid's tale, on Series 3 now and can't wait til they bring out Series 4!!!!!! Next on my list is Escape from Pretoria.

Lynne425 · 27/03/2021 10:24

Morning All

So I got my results this morning and it's good news ☺️ it was only retained tissue!! Therefore all I need now is for a negative pregnancy test in two weeks (or before) and then wait for AF to arrive and I'll be back to the TTC game 💕

Finally a piece of good news from me this year!! However hoping for AF to show is slightly different from all of you at this time lol xx

Daisychain69 · 27/03/2021 18:12

Hey ladies, please can I join? I've read through the thread and you all seem super supportive! Im 30 and my OH is 31 I am much heavier than ideal but I'm working on it. I'm currently cycle 7 CD32 my BBT chart is putting me at 10DPO, but I had a 2nd peak on OPKs which would put me at 2DPO, so I'm completely unsure where I am in my cycle 🙈 I usually have a short LP around (10-11days). I had day 21 bloods this month but if my OPKs are correct I had it done far too early 🙃 I've not told anyone we're TTC except my best friend who conceived first cycle for both of hers so doesn't quite understand how frustrating it is! Sorry for the word vomit! Baby dust to all 💕

Lynne425 · 27/03/2021 19:03

Welcome @Daisychain69

This definitely is a fabulous group of really supportive gals!!

Lynne x

BumbleB1 · 29/03/2021 13:05

Hey girls,

Hope you all had a good weekend, sun has been out a bit more here which is nice!

Quick update - spoke to GP, he said they wouldn’t usually investigate until at least a year TTC but he has agreed for me to have 21 day bloods which will be beginning of April. Following this, partner said he will contact his GP for SA. Feel glad that I can at least see if there are any problems and grateful they’ve allowed it quite early on.

@Lynne425 so pleased to hear it was retained tissue, fingers crossed you get your negative soon and you can be back on your TTC journey!

@Tabbycat92 congrats again and thank you for the recommended vitamins ☺️

@JLP256 me too! I’ve been watching the Ross/Rachel baby and Chandler/Monica TTC story recently and it feels so relevant! Such a good show 🤩 Great to hear yours and DH results came back normal, she sounds really helpful and it’s true that it will take different amounts of time for everyone. I know it’s easier said than done but definitely worth reminding yourself that your time will come eventually! As we keep on saying, each cycle is a month closer to your positive ☺️

Aww how exciting that you’ve got a scan booked @Rose2108 - how are you feeling?! Hahah me either, will be nice to get some “normality” back, although I do like working from home 😂 I’m glad I spoke to GP, got the ball rolling now with tests which I’m relieved about. Brilliant episode! It’s honestly my favourite thing to watch!

Aw thank you @8LPS, I saw him at the weekend and he’s doing okay. So sad though 😔 it took me a while to get there but it’s nice to be able to have those conversations. I think when people are older they realise all that they’ve achieved in their life and it probably makes it easier to accept it’s their time to go, even more reason to live life to the fullest!! Anyway you’re right, bit morbid 🤣 oh wow that’s spooky, I’m a PWP, been qualified nearly a year and a half. You? That would be crazy, but I’m in Essex so probably haven’t done. I did go to uni in Nottingham though! Hope your husband gets his results today 🤞🏼 Yeah worth trying both I guess!

Hi @Daisychain69 👋🏼 Welcome! I’m just starting to track BBT and have my 21 day bloods this cycle so I don’t know yet if they’re gonna match up. Do you think you’d be able to get another blood test next cycle based on your BBT/OPK? Hopefully you find this group supportive and helpful, I definitely have, especially because I’ve hardly told anyone we’re trying as well so can’t really have these conversations with anyone else!

JLP256 · 30/03/2021 13:20

@8LPS of course, so we’d already had my bloods and DH’s SA done which were fine, the appointment last week was a quick scan for me to check uterine lining and tubes etc. It was really good to get some peace of mind. How are you? Any update on your husband’s SA?

@Lynne425 so happy for you that it was retained tissue and you can go back to TTC soon 💕

@Daisychain69 welcome! How are you getting on? Totally understand how you feel, I’ve only told my sister and she is super supportive but also conceived her children on the first go!

@Rose2108 how are you? So exciting you have your scan soon :)

Hope everyone is ok and managing to enjoy some sun ☀️

Rose2108 · 31/03/2021 09:14

Morning All! We went to my parents last night and sat in the garden with blankets and a fire until it was too cold and we had to give up! But how lovely was a bit of sunshine, it really lifted my spirits! I'm also feeling so excited for 12 April and all the things we will be allowed to do again.

@8LPS - How you getting on? Any update from hubby's SA? We are watching parks & rec and getting toward the end which makes me sad! Probably re-watch schitts creek for the eighth time after that...

Ah @Lynne425 that is great news; what a ride you have been on. So pleased you know all is okay and you can start TTC again. Hope you are feeling okay about it all; it is such an emotional rollercoaster isn't it. Hopefully as soon as you get success again, you will get more care and maybe an early scan from the NHS.

Welcome @Daisychain69 - My BMI is a bit top heavy too, don't worry too much. As long as you're eating some greens and some healthy snacks (amongst chocolate and other delights!) you will be fine.

Hey @BumbleB1 such good news you can get the ball rolling with the GP! I got my BFP the month I went for day 21 blood so who knows?! Could be lucky for you... I am feeling okay today; just taking each day as it comes! Only a week until the early scan now, and have the bank holiday to enjoy too! I used to like WFH but I have become so bored now... I miss people!

@JLP256 I am doing well thank you :) I go from feeling worried my symptoms have gone, to feeling quite content everything is fine. Not long to wait now, I feel like the hardest bit is over! How are you doing?

What is everyone doing this bank holiday? Shame the weather isn't looking great!

jules5232 · 31/03/2021 14:37

@Daisychain69 welcome!! I hope it's not too much longer before you get some good news. When will you get your day 21 results back?

@Lynne425 that's so good that you finally got aome good news this year! Fingers crossed you get that negative test quickly and can get back at it. So much better than the 6 months you were told you might have to wait for a molar!

@Rose2108 I know, waiting 12 weeks feels like forever! I'm glad you now have a private scan booked, as I could honestly never have waited this long without any word or sight of the heartbeat. I don't know how anyone does it. Do you have long to wait?? My 12 week scan is actually next week as I will hit 14 weeks, it was the best timing for us both to be there. I'm just counting down the days. How are you feeling?? Having a fire in the garden sounds so lovely!

Tabbycat92 · 02/04/2021 07:04

Hi all I'm back. Unfortunately my little bean wasn't sticky enough and I lost it at 5 weeks. BUT I'm back more determined than ever. So my question is, ladies who have had a MC before, how long before you started trying again?

8LPS · 02/04/2021 07:44

Good morning girls! The long weekend is finally here!!! 😃 how are you all? Anyone got much planned?

@Daisychain69 - hello and welcome to the group! I totally understand how frustrating it can be when the only person you have to talk to found it easy to conceive their children! Glad you’ve found us!
Haha I feel like I am a bit similar to you, because I seem to find it difficult to know when I’m ovulating! So me and my husband just DTD every other day in my fertile window and hope for the best 🙈
Have you had your bloods result yet? Hopefully you did it at the correct time! 🤞

@BumbleB1 - so glad the GP has allowed you to get the ball rolling on the SA and bloods! Do you know yet when you’ll be booking your first appointment?
This is so weird, I’ve never organically met a PWP before, apart from the ones I’ve worked with and trained with lol! I find that people don’t really know what PWPs are or know that we exist haha! I qualified in 2015! I remember handing in my portfolio a week before my wedding and it was the best feeling ever! Lol planning a wedding while doing the PWP course was insane... or rather I felt like I was going insane from all the stress! 🤣 how did you get on with the training? Were you role played to death like I was?

@JLP256 - how are you? Aw thank you. It sounds like that appointment and the scans have given you some reassurance that things are ok, I’m glad it’s given you some peace of mind!
I’m not too bad thank you, been looking forward to this long weekend so I’m glad it’s finally here! TTC-wise, the Premom app is saying that I’m 9DPO but I’m not feeling/noticing anything unusual, so I think this month is a write off again.
Haha yess, me and husband enjoyed some sun and we were able to sit on our new garden furniture which was lovely! Did you manage to catch some rays? ☀️

@Rose2108 - hello! I’m getting on ok thank you! Been looking forward to this long weekend 😃 I think some R&R will be my main aim this weekend. What about you? aww that’s so lovely you actually got to socialise with your parents instead of having short doorstop conversations! Bet it was so lovely 🙂
Parks and Rec is hilarious!!! But we unfortunately got bored of it when Leslie was campaigning and went off it. We love Chris Pratt’s character and we love Tom Haverford as well! “Treat Yo’self!” 🤣 if you like that, I reckon you’d love The Office US. It’s our all time favourite and I think it’s probably better than Friends (don’t hate me! 🙈😂)
I tried watching an episode or two of Schitt’s Creek but didn’t get into it, but I’ve heard such great things about it so need to try again!
How you feeling? Not long to go til your scan? Eeek! Will your husband be able to join you in there??

So girls, the SA results are normal! Yay! He was well chuffed with himself when he found out cus he was convinced that something was wrong with him.
So I used the GP instant messaging service to ask for the next step to be arranged ASAP.
Got a call back from a GP and she has sent in a referral to the Infertility Clinic.
As she was a GP I’ve never spoken to before, I took the opportunity to ask her for a second opinion on my progesterone result and she confirmed that it’s absolutely fine. So now I’m just waiting..! I reckon I’ll be waiting a while for an appointment but I’m glad the referral has been sent in.

I just wanted to ask if any of you use an app to help you track your cycles/BBT etc? I’ve been using Premom for months and all it does is confuse me! When it detects a spike in my temperature it totally changes my cycle and I feel it doesn’t really help me. It’s just a place for me to store my BBTs. Can anyone recommend other apps that you’ve got on well with please? Thank you xx

Hope you all have a lovely long weekend 🙂

Lynne425 · 02/04/2021 12:46

Hi @Tabbycat92 - I've just went through this but please don't look too much into my journey as it's been horrendous to say the least....
I had a scan on 31st Jan that confirmed a blighted ovum at 7 weeks and it's taken until now to finally get my BFN so now waiting on AF arriving to start trying again.

Have you miscarried yourself naturally?!xx

8LPS · 02/04/2021 15:00

@ Tabbycat92 - I am so sorry, I didn’t see your message! I’m really sorry this has happened to you 💔😔 How are you feeling? I'm so glad you’re more determined - you’re defo a fighter!!! 💛

BumbleB1 · 07/04/2021 17:29

Hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday and is enjoying the lockdown easing, it’s so nice to be able to see people outside 💖

Thanks @Rose2108 I was planning on waiting a bit longer but definitely happy we’ve got the ball rolling now. Blood test is tomorrow! Ooh let’s hope it’s the same for me 🤞🏼 Have you had the scan now? Hope you enjoyed the bank holiday, mine was very productive replacing our fence panels and sorting the garden ready to have people over ☺️

@Tabbycat92 so sorry to hear that 😔 I hope you’re doing okay.. it’s good to hear that you’re feeling determined xx

@8LPS thank you, test is tomorrow so it’s going quickly which is good. Neither have I, only when training! Haha that’s so true, I never even say I’m a PWP as no one has a clue what it means, I just say mental health therapist 🤣 wow I bet that was very stressful! Well done for getting through it! Yep loadssss of role playing, I found the reflective writing quite difficult as I’ve never done it before but other than that it was okay. Hoping to look into senior PWP soon and maybe the HIT at some point! Do you think that’s something you’re interested in?

Yay glad SA results are fine and that they’ve made a referral for you, hopefully that will be useful. Good to hear progesterone is normal too! I use Period Tracker (P tracker) app to track cycles and have just started tracking BBT with it. Mine detected a spike and completely changed my ovulation date but then as I kept tracking it re-adjusted and now ovulation is back to the original date. Do you stop tracking after the spike? Hopefully others can help as well cos I’m new to tracking BBT! I’ve had a look online and so much can change it so I’m not sure how accurate it is 🤷🏻‍♀️

8LPS · 08/04/2021 22:15

@BumbleB1 heyy how are you!
😂 omg I’m the same, I just say therapist and I know purple will understand me 🙈 I once went to a Jimmy Carr comedy show and met him afterwards and he asked what I did - at first I said I work in Psychology cus I thought he wouldn’t be arsed about what I actually do. But he was prying loads lol and finally I told him all about what PWPs do! 😂 He actually seemed interested in it lol!
Aw thank you! I think I did actually go a tad insane with PWP/wedding stuff but it all worked out ok! Oooh I don’t think I’m SPWP type to be honest - I don’t think I’d be a good Manager. I’d let people come in late and take the piss with me 🤣🙈 I absolutely love being a PWP but HIT training has been on my mind for a while now so I defo see it on the cards in the future! What about you??
Ahhh so P Tracker does the same thing then?? You’re right, I do just tend to ‘forget’ to track BBT once I think O day has passed.. it just slips my mind after I think it’s not important anymore! But actually it’s important all month round isn’t it? My mind is so foggy first thing in the morning lol need to train myself to remember every single day! I think it’s just one of those things you just do the best you can with it. When I last spoke to the GP, she said even tracking BBT isn’t all that accurate either - can’t remember the reason she gave though 🤔
How did your blood test go, I’m guessing you’ll be waiting a free days till you hear back. Fingers crossed all is ok!
Did you have a nice long weekend?

Hope everyone’s doing well xx

AKcheer · 16/04/2021 08:27

Hi guys sorry I been MIA. I just need time to myself!
But it’s that time again so I got a bfn this morning which was expected. It’s officially 10 months now so I’m speaking to a private fertility clinic this morning to get the ball rolling. Feel defeated x

OP posts:
Lynne425 · 16/04/2021 08:59

Morning @AKcheer

Aww I'm soo sorry you got another BFN 💔 it's soo hard but hopefully the fertility clinic will give you the answers you need or next month will be your month and you'll not need them 🤞🏻!!

My AF arrived on Wednesday so at least the last 4 months are all behind me now and time to move on.

We've decided not to actively TTC for a few months to give me a wee break from tracking and being soo regimental but what ever happens will happen!!

Instead I'm gonna get back into fitness as to be honest I've totally over indulged over the past two months and not really looked after myself xx

@AKcheer I’m so sorry you got a BFN. I’m so glad to hear that three ball will be rolling with the private clinic, hope you get an appointment soon! Totally get that, time to yourself is deffo needed sometimes. I really hope you’re doing ok, and please be kind to yourself xxx

@Lynne425 hopefully taking a break will take some pressure off you and you can start to take care of YOU again! Xx

I literally just heard like 30 mins ago that someone at work (who I don’t like) is pregnant. Great for her, but... 🥺🥺🥺🥺

A telephone appointment came through the post with the Infertility Clinic for the end of May so I’m looking forward to that. AF arrived on Sunday and it was almost expected so didn’t really hit hard.
