Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

@lucyrp every winter! By March I am normally fed up with the year, I am isolating with ds so, apparat from the test, you can find me in my sofa...

@amy2503 just a reminder not to use FMU for OPKs (unless CB). SMU should give you a much more reliable result. This is as FMU is a build up over the night whereas LH surges usually are early morning - so actually FMU ends up being diluted.

@lucyrp looks promising - when are you testing!

4DPO here and in that stage of the TWW that goes by quickly. Then I'll hit 6-7DPO where time decided to stand still

@amy2503 no don't worry you're not bothering me at all!! That's what this group is for! Yeah I've had that a couple of months!! And it just came a few days later, try not to stress or worry but I know that's easier said than done, just keep testing and I'm sure you'll catch it! How's your cm? I've noticed that that's a really big indicator for me!x

I'm officially 1dpo today, DTD yesterday on ov day, the day before then on Monday, so got it covered just got to keep hoping but trying to relax at the same time😂

@Vil10 sorry i forgot to reply to your message last night ! I use a bit of everything if I'm honest, I have a few in my drawer, I've got too faced for when I'm tanned, then I have the Estée Lauder which I bought ages ago and didn't really like but trying to use it up 😂 i also have Mac studio fix but the shade is a bit orange for me. I'm terrible at colour matching🤣 I really like Charlotte tilbury light wonder for a light coverage or her Hollywood one for more full coverage! Everything else I won is a mixture of different brands 😂

@lucyrp I've heard mixed things about the estee Lauder! Some people have said it's amazing but others have said it's really thick and heavy and full coverage! You know I have the L'Oréal true match foundation for when I've tanned and it's actually really good and so cheap compared to big brands!! Thags the only problem with foundation isn't it, you need to actually go and sample it so you know what colour! I want to try the Charlotte tilbury too!! Whichever one I get next week I think I'll get it like a shade darker than my natural skin because I'll probably just use it for going out foundation so I'll have tanned or whatever!

@lucyrp forgot to add it onto the end, but a YouTuber called Elle Darby, you might even follow her, mixed her foundation with bondi sands liquid highlighter and it made it look unreal!!

@Vil10 yeah when I first bought it I thought it was gross it was so thick and horrible and it went on a nice colour but as time went on it would get more orange on your face ! I defo wouldn't use a brush to apply it it's much better when you use a beauty blender which is what I've been using to try and use it up although I have been mixing it with another cheaper brand think its maybelline or something I also had in my dressing table. Near me there is hardly anywhere that sells the good big name brands either so I normally end up ordering online and guessing then it comes and it's either a huge disappointment or a lucky guess ! Omg I love elle Darby ! She's one of my faves to watch and I have a few pieces of her merch!

@Newbie0818 ah yes, remember now. Mines got that too but the speed and count are also shit so natural conception is nigh on impossible for us unless the lifestyle changes have worked. We won't get the second SA until this appointment in feb now too 😩 I'm sure it'll speed things along for you now for sure! Good luck 🤞🏾

Hahaha I just realised after I posted earlier I'm 11dpo not 12dpo...thought today was the 12th 🤣 going slightly mental

So we've just had the apt and it's looking positive. Basically, the GP didn't tell the full truth the first time around when explaining DH's SA results, and it turns out he has NO normally shaped sperm, so a pregnancy wouldn't happen.

He's been out on some supplements, and if no change in 3 months they will refer us straight to IVF.

Surprisingly my pcos didn't cause much concern as she said there's no point me going on any meds etc if the sperm is an issue. So if his sperm comes back ok, I'll be put on Clomid, and if that doesn't work after 3-6 months, they'll pop us through for ivf.

Ivf seems to be our route, and it was what I wanted so I'm happy. But here's hoping I get lucky before then anyway 🤞🏼✨👶🏽

I'm surprised they down played the sperm shape issue on the initial call but it's good to hear they have been clear now and your husband is getting some medication that might help. 🤞 Great to hear they won't make you wait longer than a few months before giving you help with IVF too 🙌

@lucyrp Hmm maybe I don't try that one then! It's so annoying doing that isn't it because it's like a waste of money! I have Manchester and the Trafford centre that's about 45 mins away from me that has all the big brands in selfridges so not too bad but still a faff when you're wanting a new brand! How good is she!! I feel like I'm always watching her makeup tutorials😂
