Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

So I realised this morning when I went to put on DS's snowsuit that DH in his 1.5 days in charge of 2 dogs and child that he managed to leave snowsuit at a local common near us when he took them out. Seriously? This is where us women are like "the fairies have packed DC's bag I guess as they sit at the door going why aren't you ready?" He managed to go out with stuff (except he didn't take all he needed) and certainly didn't come back with it all. FFS. It was found and hung on a tree. Don't know if it's still there I've found on local Facebook page he's off to look later. FFS. How can women do this sleep deprived & men can't function on 8 hours sleep??

@Kirky658 it confuses me too! I was sure I was out this month as I got major OV pains and was not able to have sex at the time (maybe around 3/4 days before but I know sperm can live up to 5 days etc) but still managed to get a BFP this month; it's a positive sign!! ✨

I know it's been mentioned before but we started using conceive plus religiously this month and I can't help but think this made a difference so would recommend if you aren't already using! Also I noticed his errrr jizz ( no nice way to say this 🤣 ) a lot more of it stayed up there when using the lube so there must be a correlation! 😎

If either app is right then I'm definitely out this month as both me and oh are full of the cold, not actually managing to sleep and generally not feeling at all frisky! CD8 here - FW starts tomorrow. Been loving all the christmas decor on here - our decorations are stuck at the ILs in Lincs so probably will have a really bare house - but then again decorating it would be like polishing a turd seeing as it's a dump anyway!

Had a couple of fights with OH about money this week. I don't know if I'm being a scrooge but he's just on a completely different planet atm and I'm finding it a bit upsetting. First he suggested last week that maybe he should do an MBA. Mind you they cost £40k and he'd have to study on top of work for 2 years... it's not like we've JUST bought a house, are planning MASSIVE refurb, failed to sell our flat and are planning a baby? So things like emergency funds and covering mat leave and childcare would also come into you numpty (nevermind having time for a family...). Anyway that was last week - and now he's obsessed with getting invisalign for a minor snaggle tooth or two. Again, those cost like 3k and are just not a priority right now?? And if anyone was gonna spend that money on invisalign it would be me as my teeth are much wonkier! Oh and he keeps banging on about a ps5 on top of that - which I could have tolerated in isolation but makes my eye twitch in relation to the other 2 suggestions as well.

One of my best friends just announced an out of the blue BFP, I'm feeling happy for her but still deflated ☹️ hate that I'm not ecstatic for her! But my other best friend (all part of a group of 4 us) has just messaged me she is feeling the same, as she's part of the same journey we're all one! Please tell me I'm not being unreasonable?! 🥺

I’m cd11 so FW here too. First month not taking soy to boost OV and I wasn’t convinced my body would do it on it’s own but I have EWCM so maybe this old body is finally working on it’s own! (I’m not tracking or anything though so whether i actually OV is a guess). I’m not really ‘trying this month either as like you @Joanna1009 I have 2 dc born in sept already so it would make it a bit busy! Plus it’s my eldests 18th in September so I wouldn’t like to spoil it. So I’m just not preventing and will try properly again in Jan.
