Welcome to the longest running funniest bus ride in history! Or so we like to think anyway...

We talk sex, tv, work, more sex, food, slimming, RHR, charts, spicing things up or down, crafting (a more recent addition for 🎄🎅🏻) and help each other out in any way possible. Oh and yeah Trying to make babies gets mentioned a bit too but more often than not our bodies just do what they want!

When I say a few of us have been around the TTC block I don’t mean 🍆I mean as a MN group, not just a bus, a mini sanctuary since March for some of through the highs and lows of making babies through 2020 ❤️🥰

Hi ladies quick question- I'm due to ovulate tomorrow- but my ov tests are only saying 30% LH so far - how high did yours get before peak? Was it a big jump or shall I expect
Ovulation to he later than I thought ? Xxx

@Franklydear guess what... OH gone into work today when shouldn't have really needed another day at home. He's got to work and his boss didn't believe him and said he's lying. Even after I text his boss at 2am explaining I'd had to ring 999 and then had to take him myself to hospital. Bloody people ! So angry

@Skip86 yes I'm sorry, we are British. We cannot fully immerse ourselves into another cuisine without having a bit on the menu that includes chips, just TK make us feel secure. It's our comfort blanket. I don't order them but still what would the kids eat otherwise 😂. And we def need some of that 🌞freezing my titties off here ⛄️❄️Emily in Paris is of course disappointing compared to SITC but it's still ok I think, though I'm not one for the tweeting and stuff I'm trying to learn maybe??

Morning everybody been quiet as a family member passed away Monday so been a bit all over the place.
How is everybody. I'm trying not to symptom spot easier said than done.
I'm 7 dpo and @Juno231 I know I said I would step away from charting but I haven't 🤫 this is what my chart is looking like.
At work today then off till Wednesday.

@paintfairy it's a Laparoscopy, they make small holes into your abdomen and look at your ovaries womb and rubes, if there is scar tissue they cut it out because it can stop you getting pregnant but there needs to be reason as to why you'd have scar tissue. They can see everything with it, I was about to go in for it but I got my bfp! :)

@lucyrp we can keep @Minster2012 busy on her new side business of putting contracts on dick bosses, but seriously he needs to exercise his rights, you can self certify for a week but many companies don’t like it, you can easily get doctors to sign you off a week, equality act protects you too, and asthma is included, basically you cannot be discipline for anything related to asthma, my dick boss stop doing them because he is lazy and there’s no point, which proves those interviews are to collect data for disciplines not to see how the company can help me

@minster2012 thanks lovely ❤️ we DTD again first thing, really lovely, he finished but I couldn't 😂 got an important meeting today though that's been playing on my mind I think so that won't have helped. Roll on Christmas hols!!!! 🎄🎅❤️

@amy2503 even if you don't get to DTD Friday, you've managed Wednesday and Thursday so you're covered! Also my last 2 cycles I've had lows on opks then got my high and peak the next day! Just keep testing!

@Skip86 I bloody hope so, this month would be perfect🤞🏼isn't it much more fun!! I mean I act like a pornstar when drunk but when we're having completely scheduled sex it's good to have a laugh, means more sometimes! Also you don't have salt and pepper chips at the Chinese??? That's weird!

@Skip86 when I moved to the UK my mind was boggled by chips at the Chinese but they're some of the best chips I've had! I'm however still baffled by separate hot/cold water taps, boilers (never seen one before I moved here!) and the incredible amount of carpets and net curtains in this country

@Skip86 of course Chinese sells chips! My DH is craving Indian (I don't really eat it) and we were looking through a menu the other day. I said maybe I could manage if they have chips. He was like- of course they don't (many don't) and I scrolled through and then went- yes they do! 🤣

Ladies, I had a call from a higher manager, to reiterate that this is the busiest week of the year and see if I have a childminder to stay with ds, or if I can have him tested and back to school with a negative result, I asked the school but told them I fully expect them to say no, that I am not entitled to any leave as is not me ill, and need to get back to her today, tried to dress it a bit like concern for me as I am vulnerable enough to shield, so covid in the house will be a nightmare, and if he has it, to isolate me from him to protect me, have you ever tried to separate an autistic child from Velcro mum? Hopefully he doesn’t have it but, if he does will deal with it at the time

@Franklydear did your school send the accompanying government guidelines sheet? I'm sure we got sent one when it was just FYI when there was a case in another room in our nursery and it will have said something on that. YOU HAVE NOW BEEN EXPOSED so are a risk.

@paintfairy it's even worse because he's only a self employed builder who employs two people, and one self employed. The one is absolutely useless and is older than my OH but can't drive or anything and has days off because he's been on the drink and god knows what else on the weekend but of course he gets them off no problem! The other one who's self employed but employed has days off whenever he feels like it too and my OH has worked for him for 8 years or more now and this is how he gets treated. Its the same with anything, when I was ill he couldn't get the day off work to come in the ambulance with me 😴😴

No childminder would in their right mind stay with a child who is a Covid risk FFS it could wreck their business @Franklydear

@Minster2012 he doesn’t go to a childminder, his after school club has been notified, of course he can’t go, I can imagine the conversation to get a childminder in this circumstances.... school called dh to check ds is isolating at home

@minster2012 omg I know I really can't be arsed with said zoom meeting... Had enough of bloody zoom lol. I have applied for a few, closing dates this week so keeping fingers crossed!

@franklydear that's awful, work should be flexible, not your fault if you can't go in due to him having to self isolate
