AF arrived this morning 😭 I really thought that I was pregnant this month but turns out the symptoms I thought I was having were actually symptoms of a kidney infection. On to the next month x

@cherrypickd thank you, you’re right and that’s good advice. I haven’t tested today so 9dpo tomorrow, one day closer.

I did a test tonight. BFN. Period is due tomorrow so I'm probably out. Gutted. Oh well next cycle.

@Tara1711 sorry to hear AF showed her ugly face and that you’ve got a kidney infection. It’s so hard when you feel so certain symptoms are pregnancy ones. Hope the infection shifts quickly for you.

And @Lottiebugz22 sorry to hear about your bfp too. Definitely look forward to next cycle and try to enjoy the 2 weeks before fertile week where you can relax a bit and not focus on TTc. That’s what I always tell myself anyway!

Thank you for the messages @cherrypickd @SRyellow @Bluepolkadots42 I'm definitely not one for big announcements...feels like tempting fate too much, but seeing my mum on Sunday so I think highly likely I'll end up blurting it out then! Think I'm going to try and keep it on the downlow for a few more weeks with friends unless they specifically ask how I'm getting on. I'm completely incapable of telling fibs convincingly! 🤦🏼‍♀️🙈

Have we had many BFPs this month? I’ve just finish AF and due my peak on Christmas day. You don’t get much more festive than that lol!

I'm going mad here..CD25 and still no positive OPK!
In summer I had a random 70 day cycle, I hope it's not happening again! 😭

Hey all!! 2DPO with AF due NYE. We used the turkey baster method this month which worked a treat and zero stress for DH! Hoping to see more BFPs before the month's out ❤️

Hi all! I have not been active here the last week but I wanted to chime in to give my experience since so many of us spend so much time symptom spotting. I got my BFP yesterday, and I have had absolutely zero symptoms. None. The previous TTC month my boobs were sore, I was dizzy, etc and that all turned out to mean nothing.

So I just wanted to say conventional wisdom that you'll have symptoms might not be correct for all. Don't count yourself out yet if you're not feeling anything! Hoping for BFPs for all of you soon!

Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has had success with acupuncture? I had 4 sessions in the lead up to ovulation this month and hoping it will help get the BFP. Would love to hear any success stories! xx

@Highfalutinlootin I did a test 11 DPO and BFN. AF is due tomorrow. I might test again tomorrow if af doesn't show up.

I am now on CD12 and I just realized that I actually have no clue what im doing and I really haven't researched ttcing properly! I came into this way too cocky because I fell pregnant so quickly in the past (albeit accidentally, happy ones ofcourse)

I have been relying on my opks as I don't always see my ewcm. My cycles have been varying from 24-27 days so I don't ovulate on the same day each month. Yesterday and the day before I noticed ewcm. I planned to bd last night but bloody fell asleep! I didn't panic too much as was waiting for peak opk which I haven't gotten yet. We bd'd this morn but I didn't notice anymore ewcm today. Still no peak opk and im not even sure it's that high. Will bd again tonight and every day from now but I'll I'm now panicking that I should be relying on ewcm and not opks and I missed my window as a result!!
Really hoping to make it happen this month as the timing would be great. Have I missed this one!? X

@Cienega I've never been able to really assess my cervical mucus either. If I had to rely on that for predicting ovulation I'd never have known. I found OPKs much more reliable.

Hi guys, I caved this morning at 10dpo and tested, I got bfn but felt like I could see a VERY faint line so faint you had to move the stick to catch the light. Am I going mad trying to find false hope or has anyone else had this early on? Or had a bfn 10dpo and then got a positive? X

@SRyellow My first BFP was so light my husband couldn't see it and I had to move it around in the light to see it. I tested later that day and it was dark enough to see, so maybe!
