@ChinChilly that’s amazing will power! I’ve already tested at 9dpo, 10dpo and 11dpo and all bfn 😂 my temps have dropped the last few days so AF must be imminent

@Cams50 I’m not saying it will last 😂😂😂 I’m guessing if my RHR drops in the next day or 2 AF will be due for me too

@juno231 sorry to hear you're feeling emotional 😞 its totally understandable... although the circumstances causing you to cry are a little unusual. Perhaps you could watch a good weepy film tonight to get it all out.

I can recommend 'The first day of the rest of your life' its a French film from 2008, its such a brilliant story but my god... I cried my eyes out. Or if you want something in English then 'Me Earl and the Dying Girl' a dark comedy that is a real tear jerker.

Hi all. So I’m now 12dpo but still getting bfn but I never get to 12dpo!! I usually get AF by 9 or 10 dpo but yet still no bfp. I thought I was out because my temps had been dropping but it went back up today. Either way I know it’s good as my LP is so much better this month. I can’t help but still feel hopeful though but think I should listen to all the bfn’s 😂 do you think there’s still hope of a bfp? Why do I torture myself like this every month 😂

@Cams50 You're not out til you're out?! I think you're definitely still in the game at 12dpo, especially if your temp has gone back up today. Maybe wait til 14dpo and test again if no AF?

I've had a ridiculous temp increase this morning. Can't decide if I'm happy that there's at least a distinct shift... or a bit concerned about COVID! It's the highest temp I've had I think in 6 months. I had a couple of drinks last night, but I don't think enough to exclude the temp. Also... if this is a progesterone related hike, I think we may have timed the DTD's wrong this month, as I reckon I'm going to get crosshairs for CD18 🙈 Wish I had a bloody regular cycle!!

@crabette thanks! I’m still hopeful and reading loads of old threads about how late people got their bfps 🙈 but I think I’m kidding myself!

Maybe your temp would’ve gone up anyway and the alcohol just increased it a little bit more or something 🤔 did you get a positive OPK for cycle day 18 or anything? Or maybe you slept a bit funny last night x

@Cams50 Think it's hard not to write yourself out - I'm already thinking I'm out this month just from dates 😂 Do you have any other symptoms?

I feel like I slept ok... been doing OPKs from CD10 and not caught a peak yet, but I think mine might pass quickly as I've only caught it once in 6 months.

I think my thermometer battery is out though... I waited 20 mins and thought I'd temp again incase of genuine illness, and it cut out. So maybe a final, glitchy temp 🤷🏻‍♀️

@crabette no other real symptoms no. My boobs feel big but they do before af too. I feel af must be on her way. Im trying not to get my hopes up about a bfp!

Oh maybe it’s to do with the battery then! Hopefully not an illness or anything like that x

RHR has gone up again, although I have just had to book a COVID test, I’ve developed a dry cough so that could explain the high RHR

@ChinChilly oh no! Hope you’re ok. Fingers crossed it’ll be negative and RHR is to do with bfp x

@Cams50 fine in myself just got this horrible dry cough on the go, amazed I managed to get a test for the same day

@ChinChilly glad you’re not feeling too bad. That is brilliant to get the test the same day. Fingers crossed it’s a negative. The only time I’ll say that on this thread 😂

@ChinChilly oh no! Hope the cough is a fluke, test comes back negative and RHR spike is for a more pleasant reason 🧡

@crabette I would imagine your temp would go up with even one alcoholic drink? I suppose it depends what your body's tolerances are! You'll have to try and find a new battery for your thermometer asap haha! I keep worrying I'll wear mine out with how often I turn it on to check what my temp was 😂

This is my chart today! 6dpo. Really good temp rises I think. Am I right in thinking it could dip in the next few days if implantation happens? Going to try really hard not to POAS until Friday earliest (11dpo) x

@crabette @LauraT94 the only time I’ve been hoping for a BFN on a test 😂 not sure it anyone has had a test yet but OMG vile!!

@LauraT94 Your chart is looking great! Yeah you can have a one day "implantation dip" but generally want your temps to stay high. If AF is coming your temp will drop before it starts, if you are BFP your temp stays high 🙏

I've had a couple of drinks most Saturday nights - not drunk or hungover or anything! So not to excess or enough to warrant a hangover. So that was all last night really was. I'm hoping it was a thermometer malfunction. I've got another one and taken another temp (though obviously I'm up now and have eaten / moved around etc) and I got 36.32. So I'm at least a bit relieved I don't have a temp. See what happens in the morning! Hope you're ok @ChinChilly and for once you have a BFN! My OH has had the test a couple of times, I don't envy you at all.

@Cams50 - the hard thing is I think the symptoms of impending AF are also the symptoms of BFP! Everything crossed for you.
