@MintGreenLife @Kay00 please work on those kegels, nightly loo visits at this age can't be good 😁. Kidding aside Kay00 - I am definitely feeling warm! Been turning the central heating on far less and slept half naked last night whereas a week ago I would have needed a hot water bottle!

@ChinChilly funnily the lady that conceived after 16 cycles on the other bus had just started using seven seas this cycle. I don't really believe it can make a difference but am tempted to try it anyway as there's no harm in it!

@Cams50 thank you, fingers crossed here! How are you?

@Kay00 also that's 36.77 at 6.30am - it was 36.9 an hour later so god knows what it is right now 🤪

@Juno231 I think I’m meant to be doing my kegals anyway 😂 I’ve never been able to sleep through the night without peeing, 99% of the time I get up at least once 🤦🏻‍♀️

Seven seas are super cheap too! So could be worth a try x

@Juno231 I’m in two minds whether to try them, the reviews are pretty much good but there are a few in there that say the pills made their normally regular cycles irregular, so I’m not so sure!

I use seven seas and im not pregnant lol. Worth a try though!

I might try with a FRER tomorrow... because I just want to. Im quite resigned to the idea of it being negative, but I like the idea of trying. I'll be 12DPO so if its negative on a FRER then I'm certainly out.

@ChinChilly I’ve still got a bit to go down as well (my RHR is around 55 for AF).
Also I I take the pregnacare tablets- my first cycle was 39 days and I started taking them and then they are now 28 days for the last 2! Going to get OH the men’s version today

@Juno231 your temps look so promising! I’m fine thanks. I’m cd 14 here so hoping to ovulate in the next few days!

I also wake up in the night to pee 😂 It’s probably affecting my temps.

I’m taking pregnacare conception. I wonder if there’s a big difference compared to the seven seas one?

@Sperr Wow you’re definitely in for another dramatic drop then!

Are you supposed to start the pre-conception vitamins at a certain point in your cycle like CD1 or can you start them whenever?

Another interesting read @Moocher90 I’m not sure mine are even classed as subclinical as they are just at the high end of the normal range but obviously not great for TTC, I fear this is why I won’t get much support from my GP but we’ll see I suppose

@ChinChilly when did you last get your thyroid checked?! I think if my results come back over 5 they might want another blood test in 6/8 weeks then put on levothyroxine. I hope they see results and just start medication straight away tbh otherwise it’s another 2 months off before the potential of getting TSH down to even sustain a pregnancy for me :/

@Moocher90 I had these tests done on the 26th November for something unrelated to TTC and thoses came back at 4.4 but I noticed on my online records that I had a bloody test in March 2019 and they were 3.3 then.

I would hope if they were over 5 they would start treatment but from what I can gather the general thing is to test again in 6/8 weeks I’m going to try some dietry changes and some supplements in the new year and they try get another blood test in for the end of Feb! I know what you mean though it just feels like extra delays! Hopefully if you tell them you are TTC they might give you the medication straight away

So this cycle got the clear blue OPK- for people that DTD for 3 days in a row from getting a peak how do you explain that to your OH? Have you told them that you do OPK and you know you’re ovulating?!

@Sperr my OH always knows I'm ovulating otherwise he'd just say no 🤣. Once he knows what's going on he's much more likely to comply lol.

@Sperr I normally give OH a clue, normally involved something like “I’ll be needing your services today” 😂

Having a 28 day cycle I’m kinda hoping it reduces the amount we have to DTD. I may have to give him a pep talk when AF finishes so he knows what the plan is. He’s already done some research so he roughly knows how it works but obviously has no idea that OPKs even exist. At least it takes the pressure of for half the month 😂. We definitely powered out this month near the end! @Juno231 @ChinChilly

Hmmm... im feeling really cold again tonight. I wonder if my temps will drop again tomorrow?

Do you ladies feel hotter when you get higher BB temps and visa versa?

Morning ladies! My temp did dip a little, but maybe not by enough to feel really cold last night.

Tested with a FRER this morning (12DPO)... BFN, so im pretty sure im out. Ah well, 2020 wasn't my year!

@Kay00 I'm so sorry - it sucks extra hard when you think of it as our last shot of 2020. I remember being sad when I didn't conceive in March as it was my last shot at a 2020 baby, and then in April as it was my last shot at a baby before turning 33... We'll get there!

Check out my huge dip today! One hell of an oestrogen surge. Keen to see what it looks like tomorrow now.
