@MintGreenLife - yes, I squeezed - a lot!! My blood struggles to come out even when I have a nurse put a needing directly into my arm. I popped it into my local post box at 08:30 before the postie comes hopefully it will be enough!

@crabette oh no, i'm so sorry to hear about your nan I can totally understand why your head is all over the place.

If you put in your temp on CD10 does it still give you cross hairs? I still think its possible you ovulated early... or not at all yet.

Ladies, I need your help too! My body is so confusing !!

I have attached my chart which indicates I ovulated on CD16, I have come to accept that as since then mu cervix has been firm and my OPKs became lighter.

But... just because i felt like peeing on a stick I did and OPK today and it is positive??!! Am I about to ovulate? My cervix is really high but super firm and closed... not open and soft ?

I'll DTD tonight just in case of course. Do you think my cervix will become soft within the next few hours and I will ovulate tomorrow??

Hi there I was looking for some advice, I stopped the pill end of last month so October. Started bleeding on the 25th for about 4/5 days and I have a regular cycle between 28-32 days, I’ve been having light cramps in my stomach and lower back for over a week now and My period tracker app says I’m 4 days late but I’ve taken a few tests and all negative, can anyone help?

@Kay00 ooh well done on doing the test! I've seen people on Instagram doing similar for sexual health testing and I think the best advice they've given is to get yourself nice and hot before trying! E.g. run on the spot/up and down stairs for a few mins and get your blood pumping! R.e your chart/OPKs I would say your first positive OPK is today! You're ovulating today/tomorrow from the looks of it. Though of course the best way to tell is to wait and see what your temps do in the next few days

@crabette I am sorry about your grandmother 😢 at least she's in the right place to get whatever help she needs.

@Dogloverxo hi! Sounds very similar to my post-pill experience. I came off pill 18th October, bled 20-23rd. Thought I would come on period at CD32, but I actually ovulated at CD35! So I'm in my two week wait. So potentially the cramping you're having ATM is due to ovulation? Best way to tell is to temp and/or take OPKs x

@Kay00 I think you should get DTD! From memory - your peak temps for your CD16 ovulation were relatively low eh? I think maybe you tried to ovulate then, but you might get a stronger rise in temp over next few days?

@Kay00 And I do still get crosshairs on FF if I include CD10's temp - but I don't really believe I ovulated then with those temps if I'm honest?

Natural Cycles, counting all temps, has me with a confirmed ovulation on CD18... attached both charts! So confusing. I'd stopped LH tests but might start again today.

Hi @Dogloverxo - welcome to the party! Your cycle on the pill is artificial, so you can't rely on having a regular cycle if you've just come off that unfortunately. You need to wait and see how regular your natural ones are! So when you stop the pill, your first bleed is a withdrawal bleed, and then your first real / natural period is after that. So sounds like that's what you're waiting on.

I think the record for that coming on here is about 140+ days! But if you're having pre-menstrual symptoms that's probably a good sign. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

I took my last pill on 27/10 and I'm currently on CD30 waiting for my first real AF to arrive so I can start TTC.

Hi I hope you don’t mind me jumping on here for some advice please. Iv had 2 28 day cycles since coming off the pill... I’m now on day 33 on this cycle and no sign of bleeding + a negative test. Is this quite common?? Thank you xx

@Cherries1992 its certainly not uncommon, My cycles are all over the place still and i'm off the pill coming up six months now. Its very possible, if you haven't tested positive, and you have started your period, that you ovulated a few days later. Do you test anything (OPKs, temperature, CM etc)?

@MintGreenLife I certainly will update you. My Progesterone test arrived in the post today and was going to do that tomorrow morning (as I would have been 9dpo) but now i'm not sure if have ovulated yet... I suppose I will wait and see what my temps do before I do the test??

@Kay00 hmm, it's so tricky. Looking at your chart, your temps are indeed higher than the previous 7 days, but then not by much at all, and temps are very low for post-o. Think post-o temps are meant to be above 36.4 generally speaking. How does this compare to your last chart? I think given you've had a positive OPK today and high cervix I would probably assume you actually have O'd yet xx

@MintGreenLife My post ov temps (current) are certainly lower than they have been before... and that includes last month which was rubbish, but FF has plenty of charts with temps as low as mine that went on to have positive pregnancy tests, so I thought maybe I was just having a cold couple of months.

But ... then this positive (how random that I checked??!!). Its nearly 3 hours since my last widdle so i'm going to re-test then check my cervix... hoping it goes soft if I am ovulating! It was rock hard earlier today!

Either way i'm going to jump my OH tonight and i'm going to give pre-seed a go as I haven't been using EPO (typical)!

To update... My latest OPK was high at 105% which means my peak was earlier today. I'll test later again tonight though too and tomorrow just in case. My cervix is still very high and is softer than earlier... but not completely squishy just yet... maybe later.

Latest chart with adjusted temps and +OPK added (crosshairs have disappeared) eeekk!!

@Kay00 I wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow is O day, or maybe even today given you don't know what was going on with OPKs yesterday. I actually never felt my cervix go soft, but obviously wasn't an issue :)

@Kay00 thank you x No I have just been tracking dates as I naively thought my cycles were going to be regular. I will have to next cycle if AF ever arrives !! x

@cherries1992 hopefully it'll arrive in the next few days, or better - you get a BFP!

@mintgreenlife I'd be really chuffed with a decent temp rise... im not expecting 36.8 or anything, just a nice 36.3 would be lovely 😆

@kay00 ah fingers crossed this it! I'm not surprised your previous crosshair wasn't the real deal - like the others have said that temp increase was very small!

My temp last cycle was lower than my usual one - and this cycle so far it's higher than normal I think! I'm CD8 and am still in the 36.3s somehow. My RHR never dropped to FP levels either (59-63) but is instead still on my LP level of 71! Not sure what's going on this time. I even still had spotting post AF yesterday at CD7, unheard of for me.

FW is starting tomorrow and I'm stupidly potentially more excited about it than usual? It's like I MUST be getting closer to that BFP so maybe this time it'll work kind of mentality.
