@Bells20 I’m fine thanks. Should of got my period today if I got it on cycle day 28 ( as I did last month) but hasn’t shown today. Did a frer test to make sure and was negative this morning. But then i had that other peak at CD 20 so would make me 6DPO today based off that peak. So I don’t know how long this cycle is going to be 🤷🏻‍♀️ Doubting if I even ovulated at all this month 🙁

@Emmgrem No, I don’t do temperatures. I do mixed day and night shifts so don’t know how accurate it would be for me to be honest Xx

Ah no way @fox2222 where abouts are you? So funny there are 4 of us so close! We just need my bean to start growing and the bleed to go away, and you and @powerofflowers to get your BFPs and we are on for lots of lunches!

Thanks @emmgrem no so far the 2 scans have been NHS. If there is a problem they will scan you before your 12 week scan. I do have a private scan booked for 21st Dec which I book before the spotting. I have my booking appointment with my midwife tomorrow so will find out her from if I need to be scanned again because of the bleed they have seen or if they are comfortable.

Morning everyone! Any updates?? Hope everyone is doing well, that OPK peaks are on their way and those in TWW are coping with POAS urges ok!

A little update from me, this was my FRER this morning. I wasn't expecting it to be so strong so quickly, it might just be the lighting of the photo but it is very strong in real life too. My OH persuaded me to tell the GP and they want me to self refer for antenatal care so I've had to choose which hospital/birthing centre I want now which honestly makes me feel sick. I thought a lot about getting pregnant but hadn't thought AT ALL about actually giving birth haha. Feels so so early to have to make a decision like this but I'm just going to roll with it and hope for the best!

Morning everyone! Ive missed so much recently my phone used to notify me every time someone posted and for some reason its stopped doing it...strange. My AF is basically gone this morning just when I wipe there is a light little bit but not enough to wear a liner or ruin knickers lol so must have just been my withdrawal bleed so fully expecting a period in the next week or so. How long did it take for everyone else to get their first proper AF after their withdrawal bleed?

We also got some good news we have been approved for a mortgage today and going to put an offer in today on a house we have seen which we love ... and has the perfect size nursery in it too

So my updates. EPU have discharged me for now as the bleed they found is only small. Just have to keep everything crossed the bleed doesn't grow but the baby does! My progress today was i puked for the first time...yay! I've had terrible nausea but good to actually be sick, feels like progress. Weird getting excited about being sick. Everything still feels heavy and cramping, the first trimester really is absolutely crappy. Cannot wait to get to 12 weeks!

@Dex1521 sorry missed your question. Proper AF was 27 days after first day of withdrawal bleed 😊

@GreenApplesYo god I didn't even think about the possibility of twins 😂😂😂😂 London was forecast snow today but I don't think we've had any, bloody freezing though!! Did you say you had an early scan coming up soon?

@Dex1521 ah fab that your withdrawal is done fingers crossed for that incoming BFP!! I ovulated 14 days after my withdrawal bleed so presume I just settled into a regular cycle straight away. hopefully that will be the case for you too!

@AMS19 I'd be inclined to see it as a positive thing if you've been discharged my goodness I hope bubba grows nicely and the bleed does not! I've gone with the Royal London Hospital and I'm hoping thats it's changed quite a bit in recent years for the better 😂

Not much news over here - 7/8do with a week to go until AF makes an appearance. Why does it feel like such a long time!!
Bbt went up again yesterday which is good. Down slightly this morning but still high. Attached a chart from FF as it shows the increase much better than Premom. Had pizza and wine last night and felt very sick when I was trying to sleep so didn't sleep well. I doubt it's connected because I feel like that most times I eat pizza as I'm lacto-free but last night just ate it as I was haaangry!! 🙈

@PowerOfFlowers I feel drunk! Haha like the world doesn't quite seem real, I think I'm just still in shock and every time I remember I get a surge of adrenaline. Don't really have symptoms apart from some mild cramping and I have been ridiculously forgetful for the last few days. That chart looks wonderful!!when are you planning to test?

I'm haven't got any urge to test which is very unlike how I was last month. I'm out having drinks tomorrow and will be having some wine with Sunday roast so I'll test a week today I think if AF hasn't arrived. I feel strangely relaxed 😂

I've got a scan on Sunday. I'll be 8+5. Really hope it's all OK. I keep thinking what if there's nothing there? I bet everyone thinks that though.

@AMS19 the puking is definitely a good sign! Keeping my fingers crossed for you. I haven't actually been sick yet, but did sit in the bathroom retching yesterday after drinking some water before I'd had breakfast. Lesson learned!

@PowerOfFlowers think you're the first person I've ever seen to say they're feeling relaxed during TWW! Happy to hear it though and enjoy those drinks! I'm not really a big drinker but the second I got my positive test I had the strongest desire to have a glass of wine!

I will tell mine and OH's parents at Christmas but then keep it a secret until after 12 week scan when I will hopefully feel more reassured that everything is ok!

@GreenApplesYo I just told OH about your twin comment and his little face lit up! He said he would love to have twins haha so maybe not so scary after all! I am jealous beyond words of that snow- so beautiful!

Not much to report from me, I didn’t get my period on CD 28 like usual .. so maybe the second peak ovulation was the proper one 🤷🏻‍♀️ Soo I’m cycle day 29 and apparently 8DPo if I actually did ovulate when it said I did 🤣 who knows when I’ll get my blood period now!

Had a phone call from the doctors saying I had campylobacter when I wasn’t very well and that I need antibiotics so that’s fun. Thought I wasn’t exaggerating with how poorly I was 🤣 so doubt my chances of being pregnant this month are very high with all of that going on Xxx

@Dex1521 That’s exciting about the house! Our mortgage offer expires on the 20th December and the searches are still not back after 7 weeks. There’s a massive backlog so I’ve been panicking over it. Believe it or not it’s been six months since we applied and it’s still not sorted 🤦🏻‍♀️ But got word yesterday they will extend it for us thank god.

Took forever to get the survey sorted aswell and the results back for it! Hope yours manages to go more smoothly 🤞🏼 xx

@Dex1521 congrats on the mortgage that's fab!! I got my withdrawal a few days after I stopped the pill and then my period was 32 days after that?? But it was quite light! Lasted 3 days 4/5 were very very light!

I'm CD 10 no peak yet all tests are about 20-30%! Hoping to ovulate earlier this time! Was so late last cycle!

I've started temping! Can anyone advise -
This morning - I took my temp and it was 36.15 so pretty low! Well very low! But it was an hour earlier than i usually would take it at like 5.30am and I also didn't sleep very well so might that be why?? Or would it have any other significance?

I'm much more chill this time round- which I'm hoping will help! I think its because I'm so busy at work and I've got loads to do for Christmas! I'm really hoping I can keep this attitude up and just test after Christmas 🤣 because if I got a positive it would be great and all but I couldn't have a drink and would have to hide it! And if I got a negative then it would ruin Christmas 🤣🤣

@DrS44 That isn’t low for a temperature. I would only say you were low if you were in the 35s so don’t worry about it.

I feel really chilled aswell. What will be will be and there’s no point stressing over it.

@Dex1521 I’m had the worst luck so I’m sure you’ll be fine, we went and viewed the house in February 😂 don’t think I ever want to move again to be honest lol. X

@jessi60 oh ya I'm not worried that I'm ill or anything it's just lower than what I've been recording which has been about 36.33 ish! So I wondered if it meant anything!

What's the "normal" ovulation day? If there is such a thing

@DrS44 No your body temperature can jump around all over the place, I’m normally like 37.5-37.6 which people like to tell me is high, which it’s not. But I’ve been doing it more recently in work and sometimes I’m like 36, doesn’t mean anything even though it’s not my normal. Just keep tracking to see it go high 🥰 wish I could use temperatures lol.

Depends how long your cycle is, 28 day cycle text book is day 14 so half way but I’ve been having 27 day cycles but didn’t get my peak until CD 20. So god knows what’s went on there 😂 x

@DrS44 ah thanks! I wouldn't worry about your temp, as @jessi60 says it's very normal for it to fluctuate. I've definitely had some lower temps around there. I think general rules are just taking it at the same time every day where possible and needs to be after 3 hours consecutive sleep at least so maybe that affected it if you didn't sleep well. If you take your temp outside of your usual times there are some helpful adjusters online (I just googled bbt adjuster) which should hopefully provide a more accurate reading. Glad to hear you're feeling chill too!

Oh @jessi60 I thought we were bad with having our offer accepted in August, still waiting on vendors to get mortgage offer and checks etc for ours. Currently in a one bed flat with no garden. Not exactly ideal for a bambino! Hope you get sorted soon

I'm 9dpo today now and had another BFN this morning. Although I know it's technically still early. Will try again tomorrow🤞 but still assuming it's not my month as I haven't felt so much as a twinge of anything! 🙈
