AF late but BFN, anyone else?

I usually have a 26 day cycle but currently on day 29 and no sign of AF. I have done lots of tests but always get a BFN. Staring at the test for hours to see if a line appears!
Anyone in the same boat?

This happened to me, didn't get a positive test until I was 6 days late! Now 16 weeks ☺️

Thanks, I am hoping I will just be late getting a BFP but all this waiting is torture! One minute I think I'm definitely pregnant, the next I'm convinced my AF will come!

I have short cycles (23/24 days). I’m currently 14dpo, took a test this afternoon and it’s negative so I’m in the same boat! I don’t feel AF coming AT ALL but I keep checking just in case lol

I usually have a 24-26 day cycle and am now on day 29. I don’t have any signs of AF either , constantly checking! I usually spot for a few days before but have just had creamy cm.

I need to stock up!! I’ve only got one first response lol. Might have to take an essential trip tomorrow . I’ve read online that some women don’t get a BFP until a week after their missed period so fingers crossed!

I’ve been trying for 6 months now, my period was a day later last month and I got excited and tested, got a negative and 20 mins later got AF. I hope this month isn’t the same 😭😂

I have read about late bfp's too but have also seen lots of posts where AF turned up late for no reason so trying not to get my hopes up too much.
I'm not sure but I thought I might have had a chemical pregnancy last month, I didn't test but felt loads of pregnancy symptoms one day and then the next day they had stopped and my AF arrived heavy. So I'm wondering if my period is late because of that.

Hello I'm here from the other thread as you know I'm late but BFN still. It has been a week now and I dunno when I'm gonna retest. Maybe Tuesday if AF hasn't arrived.

With my son (he's 9 now) I was getting BFNs until AF was 3 weeks late. Then I went to the doctor and they did a test and it was positive the scans put his conception date at the time I would have usually ovulated, so it wasn't late ovulation.

Hopefully our BFNs become BFPs in a few days when we all retest! I'm feeling really nauseous and hungover and having lots of milky discharge but no signs of AF so still keeping my fingers crossed.

I have the same symptoms. I constantly feel like my period has started as I feel leaky but when I check it's just milky & I breath a sigh of relief!
My daughter was not planned so I don't think I tested until I was about 2 weeks late and by then I just knew.

Usually when my AF is due my boobs get sore but they are just normal, not sure if this is a good sign or not

My boobs are sore when AF is due too! And like you, they've not been sore! Crazy how we are in the exact same situation, but it means we don't have to suffer alone in the frustration at least

Me too! Intermittent mild cramps but boobs haven't been their usual fullness post ovulation at all this month. I'm 3 days late in a 26 day cycle. 2 x BFN with FMU. I'm loosing my mind!

I feel really sick this morning. Nausea but no vomiting. And I also feel like I've got a hangover, same as yesterday. I've ordered some more tests online (cheap ones cos I'm sick of paying £10 per pack of 2 and it saying BFN!) so I won't test again til they arrive now

I'm losing my mind too, done 3 tests today, all BFN!
If I switch to non alcoholic wine tonight for no reason I won't be happy!

Don't lose hope Jo! With my son I didn't get a BFP until I was 3 weeks late (and almost 7 weeks pregnant). According to my scans he was conceived midway through my 28 day cycle, so not late ovulation or anything. Just that tests weren't picking it up to be a BFP. It was only when I went to the doctors at 3 weeks late that I found out I was pregnant (though at that point I had a very good idea I was)

You're not out until AF turns up! :) the fact that I've been through it before is the only thing keeping me clinging on to any hope for a BFP at the minute haha

BFN again for me today, think I might try to not test tomorrow, give myself a break from the obsessing!

I'm putting the Christmas tree up today to keep my mind off it. Had nausea so bad last night that every time I opened my mouth I thought I was gonna be sick. Still no AF.

If we weren't in lockdown I'd be in work or out doing something to keep me busy. I feel like it's a lot harder keeping your mind off it when there's not much to do but stay home

Are you guys part of any Facebook groups for ttc or anything? I'm trying to find an active nice one but no luck!

No, I'm not aware of any groups on Facebook.
I know what you mean about trying to keep your mind off it, I feel like I'm thinking about it constantly. I work from home so there is no one here to stop me googling symptoms constantly!

I am so glad I found this thread as I am going crazy. I am 2 weeks late and have tested negative with clear blue. I have pregnancy symptoms constipation, bloated, had blocked ear , feeling really hungry and tired. The thing is I am 42 and not actively trying as I have 2 DC. I am thinking it may be start of menopause. I think I may test using First Response Digital if it hasn't arrived by Friday
