AF late but BFN, anyone else?

I usually have a 26 day cycle but currently on day 29 and no sign of AF. I have done lots of tests but always get a BFN. Staring at the test for hours to see if a line appears!
Anyone in the same boat?

It's so frustrating not knowing what is going on!
I have a first response being delivered today, i took a couple of days off testing as I was driving myself crazy. Going to test tomorrow when I will be a week late.
Has anyone been temping?

I think iam going to test tomorrow if I can get out and get a test . Need to know now

BFN and slight spotting for me today so I think AF is coming a week late, I am getting some pms symptoms.
. I noted EWCM around 2 weeks so I must have ovulated late following a suspected chemical pregnancy last month.
I am sad but glad to finally be coming out of limbo land!
At least next month I know to ignore all the symptoms as it must all be in my head!

Same for me today Anna! No spotting but got all my usual PMS symptoms so it's only a matter of time I think. Had a BFN yesterday too.

Next month I'm just gonna chill out a bit and not track so much. I've got my birthday and Christmas so lots to keep me distracted and busy instead of thinking of ttc.

As you say, it's just nice to be getting out of limbo!

I'm still in limbo today, only had a speck of blood yesterday and now back to creamy cm. I thought it was all over yesterday but now I'm back to wondering what's going on!
Still have my nausea and super sensitive nipples, could be pms or pregnancy symptoms????

When will you test again? I think I'm just gonna wait to see if AF comes in December because I'm so fed up of POAS now

It’s so disheartening seeing BfN every time. I have another test in the bathroom so going to test Friday if AF has not arrived by then.

Hi, I hope you don't mind me jumping on? I'm sort of in no man's land at the moment, my cycles vary between 31 and 41 days, currently on day 41 but been testing negative since Saturday. Don't feel pregnant but also don't feel AF coming. This is our 2nd cycle TTC, I had spotting for 2 weeks and the last few days watery/EWCM (sorry if tmi) honestly don't know what my body is doing

@Annannanna Well I took an OPK this morning just incase and apparently I'm due to ovulate as it was a very strong positive 🤷‍♀️ so gonna BD tonight just in case, I do feel very crampy right now but other than that normal.

My ovia app is telling me today should be the first day of my usual fertile phase which means I'm gonna be two whole weeks late tomorrow still no bfp though.

I remember with my son taking a test at 18 days late (multiple beforehand too!) and it being a BFN so I went out and had drinks with my friends it was only 3 days later at the doctors that I actually found out I was pregnant.. And by the time I had a scan a few days later I was measuring at 6+5 weeks.. So really I was pregnant all along.

I'm avoiding anything I shouldn't have this time just in case the same thing is happening again!

I’ve started temping only recently and now my apps are telling me I ovulated on Monday and I missed it!
I must have missed a period as this is when I would have ovulated had I had a period! I was still waiting for my AF or BFP so I didn’t expect ovulation to happen!
So I’m going to stop stressing, expect my period in 10 days and then I can start with opk next month! Try for a Christmas BFP.

3 weeks late and AF arrived today. I don't know why I'm so late but on to the next month! My estimated ovulation date for my next cycle according to my apps is my birthday (!!!) and AF is due on Christmas Eve if I don't have a weird cycle again. So maybe a birthday conception and a BFP for Christmas hopefully! Or at least lots of birthday sex and drowning my AF sorrows in gin on Christmas Day

Ah well good luck for your next cycle. I have slight spotting today so think I am going to join you on the next cycle very soon. I think I just ovulated late.

Oh sorry to hear AF got you, sending tonnes of baby dust for your next try. I took a test last night and still BFN (hadn't been for a wee most of the day so should have been strong enough), no sign of AF, still don't feel pregnant 😩 I'm going to give it another week and then go to the docs if nothing happens.

Did you experience any pregnancy symptoms that made you think you might be pregnant before AF arrived?

I did. I had nausea around the time of AF being due and I was hormonal but I'm putting it all down to my hormones being everywhere cos my cycle decided to mess up. I've never been late before except when pregnant so that was my main reason for thinking it was possible.

Thanks @gezelligheid I'm going through the motions this month lots of symptoms that I never get but I'm aware I could be reading too much into it all and that my AF may arrive extremely late like yours!

Glad I found this thread, I’m 6 days late and have had some symptoms, but tested on Monday and BFN, no sign of AF, I normally get cramping and bad pms before. I have only just come off the pill 5 weeks ago so could just be my cycle re-establishing itself, but I came off the pill before a few years ago and don’t remember being this late before (although I was single so wasn’t as sexually active so wasn’t paying as much attention )
