Hi ladies, have started this thread for anyone that has not had their bfp this month but is going into their next cycle positively hoping for their Christmas or New Years bfp. Let’s support each other..laugh/cry. No such thing as TMI. Let’s celebrate together! Xxx

Joined this board way back , had seen faint line on a test from 8dpo! But today at 10dpo think this is a pretty clear one!

We DTD 2 days and the day before I got my peak on a CB digital ovulation test but not at all after that.

@Noodles4Me I started tracking bbt on cd1. you should start 😊

@Leonberger your timing should be absolutely fine, you want the sperm up there, ready and waiting and that can take 24 hours.

We DTD cd11, 13 and 15 and I think I ovulated on cd14, so does FertilityFriend but Ovusense is saying cd15. Either way we're covered and hopefully something will stick.

@sohe @surreymum89 congrats to you both! Will it be awkward for you not to be drinking at xmas do you think? I'd have to spill the beans to fam as they'd catch on instantly I think!

@Noodles4Me start charting the sooner the better! CD1 ideally but you'll be fine to start tomorrow :)

@YouBoggleMyMind I think I may have been even 3 days before ovulation I’m not too sure.
I dtd cd13 14 and 15 but I don’t think I ovulated until about day 17-18 at the earliest so probably 3-4 days before I ovulated. I thought this meant my chances were tiny!

Charting has started. Also trying Co-Enzyme Q10 and zinc as meant to benefit more mature eggs/cells...and will try the raspberry leaf tea but not looking forward to that as HATE fruit teas.

Urgh does anyone else have stupid short cycles? I’m on cd22/10dpo and just started spotting. Cycles have always been around 23/24 days but this spotting is new in the past few months, normally I’d just launch into AF full force. Wondering if it’s a progesterone issue 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Juno231 I don't really drink , the occasional gin maybe in the summer but can go years without any! It's the throwing up all day every day I get in pregnancy that will give it away

So 11DPO for me today and I thought I’d do a test. BFN

I don’t feel pregnant at all so I’m thinking I’m probably out this month.

Honestly, this is only our second month TTC and I already feel obsessed and down. I really want a BFP for Christmas

I’ve told myself I won’t test again until AF is late (due Monday and I’m always bang on) but I’m meeting friends tomorrow evening for a meal out (outside brrrr) and I’d like to have a couple of glasses of wine so I’ll probably test again tomorrow morning (3 days before AF is due) and then leave it after that.

How’s everyone else getting on?

Sorry for the BFN @SweetShopSurprise. You’re not out til AF arrives tho - w DD2 I got a BFN at 10/11dpo then had a glass of wine a couple of days later for my birthday but it tasted odd so tested again and got my BFP the next morning!

I’m officially on CD1 now. Clue says I’m next due on Boxing Day! Do I test before Christmas and get the disappointment out of the way or distract myself with festive thoughts and test on the 27th when family will have departed? When’s everyone else testing?

@sweetshopsuprise I'm also 11dpo and I'm trying not to test again! I tested super early and surprise got a BFN. AF due Sunday and I'm hoping she doesn't rear her ugly head.
I've had cramping, nausea/vomiting, heavy feeling uterus if that's even a thing, sore boobies, headaches and I'm shattered.
I'm not testing again until AF is late.
I have days when I'm like super positive I'm pregnant and days when I'm unsure believing symptoms are in my head.
This our 1st month TTC and at 42 our chances are slim but its hard not to get my hopes up.

@DOB78 it sucks doesn’t it! Your symptoms all sound promising though? Especially if you’re vomiting? I don’t have any symptoms at all really. Had white CM a few times this week, nipples have been very sensitive (though feeling fine this morning) but that’s about it.

I might try with a different brand of test. Using a cheap FRER off Amazon, it’s pink so I think it would pick something up if it was there but you never know. I have a CB early detection, might try that tomorrow just for something different.

@sweetshopsuprise it really does doesn't it. Google is terrible it literally has an answer for every stupid question I have and the answers contradict each other too!!! I'm keeping everything crossed for us all.
Hope you get a BFP tmora if not enjoy some guilt free drinks we still need to love our lives don't we

I joined this group a while ago now and thought I was out as I kept getting high on my OPK but never got a peak so assumed I didn’t ovulate after having a chemical last month.

I’m 16dpo (according to my app) and AF is late by 3 days. I have been getting negative tests back and have had cramping on and off for the last 3 days so assumed I was out this month!

Woke up this morning and decided to do a dip test which came back with the faintest of lines and have just done a FREF and it’s BFP (well a FaintBFP) I’m worried it’s another chemical as it’s so faint though and I’ve been getting cramps!

@benniecolou, I'm no expert but I wouldn't say that line was faint.......looks like a BFP to me 🙂
