Roll up, roll up, it’s time for a new thread for the ladies who are experiencing the highs and lows (mainly the lows…) of coming off the pill and TTC! Here you’ll find stories of delayed ovulation, crazy long follicular phases, crazy short follicular phases, light AFs, short luteal phases, long luteal phases, confusing temp charts and blindingly white OPKs, to name a few. Hey @Moocher90 not much happening my side. The sore boobs is a great sign! I was reading up implantation usually happens 8-9DPO so worth looking out for any signs of that too

@moocher90 meh... having a cold is so rubbish! I hope it shifts soon for you!

I haven't had sore boobs once since coming off the pill lol. So if mine start playing up towards the end of my TWW then I'll definitely start getting excited 😁 I'm currently 4DPO and all is quiet.

Apart from... 😆 so my UTI is sitting in my kidneys (im blaming it on DTD too much 😑 😂) so I bought some cystitis treatment which makes your urine more alkaline... and its starting to work... BUT... thrush loves an alkaline environment 😂😭 so now I'm battling that too!

I’ve had some more really light pink mixed in with white creamy CM this afternoon, still keeping everything crossed its not early AF! I think I’m genuinely going to be really upset if I’m out this month, my boobs have been hurting nipple pain and genuinely just feeling huge and sore & my heart rate is still high, but this spotting (not sure it can even be called spotting) has really thrown me off 😕

@AMS19 I’m watching out for a temp dip in the next few days to signal implantation. My RHR peaked at 71 yest and had dropped to 69 today

@Kay00 ouch UTI and thrush :( that’s a double whammy. I hope both clear up real soon!

@Moocher90 My RHR is back up to 72 at the moment! I’m just feeling abit fed up of the whole TTC thing to be honest, I’m 9DPO and I know I’m not out until AF arrives but I feel like it’s on it’s way 😕

@ChinChilly I think regardless of whether it’s first month TTC or years it’s really hard going and it’s the dreaded wait and the fear or being disappointed and having to try again and again. You are not alone feeling this xx it’s hard to stay positive but as you say until AF arrives assume all is going well x

@Moocher90 you’re right it is really difficult regardless of how long you’ve been TTC it’s that thing of you are doing everything right without getting the outcome you want! I do need to try positive but I’m just feeling very blehhh this evening!

Haha I think we're all feeling very similar. Im only 4 DPO and I feel like this isn't my cycle... it has been cursed from the beginning haha! Im not too stressed or upset though; I'm 35 so I can't expect it to just happen... it has been fun learning about my body and making some crazy TTC friends along the way though 😁

@Kay00 I've suffered with recurring UTIs since I was a teenager, and if it spreads to your kidneys then technically it's a kidney infection which is a lot more serious. Have you called your GP? X

@mintgreenlife not yet, im hoping its on its way out now as I'm feeling less ill today but if I still have it by Monday then ill call the GP... im just trying to avoid taking antibiotics. Thsnks xx

@Moocher90 yeah that is the one I use - @Juno231 kindly shared. I'm adjusting them way too much though, my sleeping pattern is all over the shot

@ChinChilly something is definitely happening with your RHR! I think that is a really good sign!

@Kay00 joking aside I really hope you feel better soon. I also am not feeling it this cycle. I had mcdonalds for dinner because I was feeling quite meh. For no reason really other than im overtired!

@Kay00 avoiding antibiotics is a good shout, I end up with tummy problems for weeks if I have to take them so I try to avoid at all costs. Keep downing pints of water to flush it through ☺️ Hope you feel better soon xx

@Kay00 my alarm goes off at 4.30am to do my bbt, so I feel your pain 😂 X

Morning ladies.

@kay00 I wake up naturally at 6.30 most days. Lately I've been waking up at 5.30am because of the clocks going back. It kills me!! I really wish I could lay in. I've only been woken up for work with an alarm twice since working at home since March, I'm always so tired and fall asleep at 9.30/10 every night 😫

My temp shot up again today. I hope I havent been sat here thinking im in a TWW and actually my body has just ovulated! It was the first night I havent had broken sleep and I havent hadn't to use the adjuster so really hoping it is just more accurate. But it is now very high...36.99! I think I would probably just end up scrambling any egg released at this rate 😂😂

@AMS19 I hope so but it has dropped this morning, only by 1BPM but I think it may be on the AF decline!

I’m not sure how temping works, is a high temp a good sign?

I’ve had literally the worst night sleep!! Not sure it that has effected my RHR but my lower back was so painful...to be honest out matress is shite! We only brought it 2 years ago from next, wasn’t cheap!

@ChinChilly high is good, not sure if being as high as mine is is great though. And not sure why I have had another big rise. Hey ho. All very confusing
What DPO are you? 1BPM isn't too much of a decline looking at how much it shot up?
I love the look of Next furniture! But never actually owned any. That is super frustrating. Maybe invest is a good quality mattress topper?

@chinchilly that's a shame about your mattress, I bought a sofa from Next about 10 years ago and its still going strong... Great quality and it has survived 2 x cats and 2 x dogs (so far...)!

@ams19 another temp rise is good!? You must be 6 or 7 DPO by now?

@Kay00 is it?! Im 5PDO. It was quite a jump. Did a lot of research and found out about triphasic charts but think I'm too early for it to be that?

How you getting on?

My chart also shot up today to 36.71. I’m 7DPO.

Oh wow @Moocher90 yours looks so similar!! You are further on though so triphasic is probably more likely for you!

@AMS19 I’m 10DPO today, so have to wait and see I guess.

@Kay00 nexts quality must of gone down in recent years, when we moved in 2 years ago..we brought two wardbrobes and a chest of draws, they had to go back they were that bad, the material on the sofa is starting the bobble and the matress is just awful, the only good thing we had was the TV unit 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

The whole process of returning the wardrobes was horrendous aswell...oh well we got £100 gift card from it 😂
