Please don't get upset over a few pounds. Our worth is nothing to do with the scales 💕 saying that I find exercise helps my mental health and keeps me (almost) sane so if the gym is your thing get back to it when you can, I do a Pilates class and walk miles with the dog.

I didn't answer @KateColx in the IVF, I'm waiting for AF then gotta phone them one day 1 to start again but that then means wait to CD21 and start northisterone. Now in lockdown though o don't know if it can go ahead. Even previously it was likely for an embryo transfer (cos if Xmas break) around end of Jan/feb so now who the f knows. I'm gutted. Especially as Halloween was my due date from the miscarriage and instead we her more lockdown news so it's unlikely to go ahead again after another failed go 😔😫but hey ho....

@KateColx I was going to start them sooner but thought I should wait until this cycle was over just incase (wishful thinking) then start them CD1 of my next cycle, hopefully they'll help🙈 I have a few which haven't been used for a while🤣
