@lucyrp maybe I do that when we go into another lockdown no doubt! I know!!! At the time I didn't think anything of it then after I was like wow I can't believe she said that!! Because I said "oh imagine if we were to be pregnant at the same time" and then she said that, nothing like rubbing someone's face in it😂

@Sausage1990 & @lucyrp I just downloaded that nutracheck app, looks good but complicated! Which is when I lose interest! How can you track exercise when you don't have a Fitbit? Or similar 🤔

@Vil10 that's truly shit. Really shit. Fertile bitch. How comes she gets all the fertility??? 😩and that's just NOT a nice thing say?! 😡

On the healthy eating/diet, it doesn't help watching bake off, drawing shitty looking trick or treat bags for haribo sweets to be pinned to my wall outside 😬. I made monsters earlier with DS to put in our window from seeing it on insta. He quickly lost interest, I made monsters for a while 😂🦇

@Minster2012 I thought it looked pretty similar to fitness pal but easier on the eye! Also I have no idea on the tracking fitness 🙈 also on the healthy diet ibe jusg eaten a whole tube of fruit salad chewits whilst sat on the sofa watching tv🤣🙈

@Sausage1990 it must be a bit of pressure being a dietician but it sounds like you have a good attitude towards your weight and balancing it with your mental health. There's definitely a lot of power in thought. I definitely have been in better shape but I'm at my happiest with my body now I think just because I'm older and wiser and think life is too short to always be putting yourself down and as they say comparison is the thief of joy.

@Minster2012 I'm not really much of a drinker so that's ok but I have issues with bouts of insomnia 😢 lol I've downloaded that app too.

On the eating front, definitely more into nutritional value then calorie counting, though I've never really been on the bigger side so haven't had to do much losing. I thin balance is key and we need to listen to our bodies. Especially when they crave Oreo choc...

@lucyrp yes I can imagine it will take a while to make the habit alright. I don't exactly wake up too bright 😂 will probably forget a couple of times. I've just ordered my thermometer 🥳 do you have to start on cd1?

@minster2012 I forgot to reply about the mouth guard - I grind my teeth terribly because of stress, to the point where I've chipped several teeth and my gum line is starting to recede 🙊

I think it's worth having a play around with the app @minster2012, to find what you need but if you click the green box with 3 white lines in it opens a menu and on there you'll find eating out & exercise. Hope that helps.

I mean the app isn't for everyone and the free trial is only short but I pay the subscription now because personally I prefer the interface & for me MFP is associated with years of disordered eating and negative thoughts so nutrachek felt like a fresh start for a new mental attitude.

What I also like about it is you can put it in pregnancy mode (I did after my BFP) and it gives you weight maintenance as a target and ups your calories. And I didn't do it religiously but when I would input a day or 2 to check I was being sensible because I had very poor appetite for meals & just smacked, so it was helpful. And I tracked my weight which I was pleased was steady/I lost 6lb... Although I think I've put a few back on now I'm actually eating properly again. I think for someone who's larger like me, it's important to ensure a healthy weight gain to avoid complicating labour & delivery etc so I thought it was good. Again - it's not right for everyone.

@Katao my OH wakes up at 6:30 every morning to get ready for work and I always used to stay asleep until about half 7 when DS wakes up but I wake up at half 6 now to take my temp then have an hour in bed to myself where I either go back to sleep or go get breakfast if I'm hungry. I've decided I might try exercising in the half hour between half 6 and 7 when OH is still here but I'm not so sure yet😂 umm I'm not really sure, I started on CD5 this cycle and my AF was 7 days long and that seems fine but I suppose if you can remmeber then yeah but it doesn't matter if you don't start until a few days in x

@katao no need to start on CD1, start whenever you get it. The longer into the cycle it is the more you might struggle to see a pattern though.

@Sausage1990 I will try having a play I think, I did a small Pilates this morning to target bingo wings for 10 mins (Free off insta) & gonna try do another with DH tonight so will I put my food in today & see how it goes

@lucyrp def try the exercise in the morning, I do much better doing exercise in the morning than in the evening

@Juno231 same for the mouth guard, after I was first diagnosed my ex told me I had started grinding my teeth in my sleep all of a sudden & I couldn't stop, same as you I had started grinding my enamel off so wear one. I find it really hard to keep clean though, Any tips?

On a TTC note, weirdly we haven't had sex since sat night (a while for us) and though my massive long AF only finished on Thursday it's CD 13 so Femometer says I could ovulate (unlikely) so I guess gonna have to "glove up" again. I doubt sex is likely anyway after DH got a bad work call at 5.45am but I'm going in too so gonna try help. Ho hum hope everyone else is doing better & fingers crossed for SA results for @Newbie0818 & @Juno231 ❤️🤞🏻

@Minster2012 weird you say that!! We haven't had sex since Sunday either which feels like ages!! I think fertile week might be end of next week (I've deleted the apps for this cycle), but we haven't been shagging because I had a really bad sciatica flare up so it's not exactly comfortable, but it's better this morning so hopefully DTD tonight then everyday other day until I think ovulation is covered😂

We last did it on Saturday too @lucyrp @Minster2012 but that's normal for us. Once a week when it's not fw 🤦🏾‍♀️
Hubs has just left for his urologist appointment today, he seemed so nervous and a bit upset actually. Was horrible to see, poor man. Hope you and Dh sort out the work issue today.

@Minster2012 beats me minster, I really struggle to keep mine clean too. I think most of it is just actual damage I've made to the rubber and not actual plaquey stuff. Although I just google it and some product called retainer brite keeps popping up?

I haven't DTD since Saturday either. Saturday the 17th!! Now that OH had to sort himself out for the SA I doubt I'll get anything until FW now lol. See what I have to deal with?? Don't worry about me though, managed to use my trusty bullet 3 times last week :)

@Minster2012 I'm jealous - I miss the cold! London doesn't seem to ever get a proper winter anymore. Btw a lot of our friends don't have much DTD so OH always uses that as an excuse - saying we're "normal". I keep trying to convince him they're not and even if they were, why be happy to settle for that? I'd love to get it 3 times a week!
