Finally got my referral in the post today even if it is just for a video appointment in January!

@Suki2020 hey lovely, I was wandering how you were. Sorry to hear about your anxiety and thyroid, but it's great to hear about your egg reserve. That's really positive. Are you doing anything to help manage your anxiety? It's the worst. Anything we can help with?

@lucyrp that's awesome! I got my referral letter through too and he only put it in on Tuesday 😱 they said they'll get in contact by the 26th latest. Here's hoping it's true 🤞🏼

@Newbie0818 so have you just got a letter saying you're going to get an appointment? My letter had an appointment on it thag both me and my OH have to attend even tho it's only been me referred so far it's just a video appointment but I guess then they'll get on to testing or whatever !

@Newbie0818 just trying to relax and keep busy at home to keep my mind active. Been make Christmas cakes to sale for something to do and make a little extra money whilst I’m home. This lockdown has been a bit of a blessing for me to be honest, time to chill. How are you doing?

Has anyone on here ever found that they ovulated on a different day to when your apps said you did?

@Newbie0818 definitely. But mine was normall confirmed at the date I thought it was later on. So I think my ff app said CD16 and then changed its mind a few days later to not ov but then I ovulated on CD45. Probbaly nog what you were after but 🙈

@Newbie0818 I had this where my app was convinced I ovulated 4 days after I actually did. Not a huge difference I suppose but can make all the difference in terms of timing when to dtd!

@Newbie0818 femometer actually did this to me the cycle I caught.. It said I ovulated I think 3 days earlier than the opks and big temp rise said I did.. Weirdly 3 days early matches my due date.. So I'm not sure which is right x

Thanks for the replies. I guess I won't truly know and I didn't do opk's as I've given up on them, but I'm sure I had symptoms of ov CD18 when the app originally said I'd ov'd. Changed it due to the pattern in rise I suppose. I just wondered as if I did ov on CD18 I had a temp dip yesterday. Was hoping for a possible implantation dip although highly unlikely 😂

Great news @hollywhooo! Any tips on getting through the early weeks? I've never felt so anxious. I've been having some mild cramps on and off since testing and I'm terrified when they're there and equally so when they stop. I wish I could sleep through the next 8 weeks until my 12 week scan 😂

@Neurotic90 I’ve had the cramping too and my baby is doing fine (had an 8 week scan at the weekend), it’s just uterus stretching and expanding. Have you considered a private scan? It’s really helped me manage my anxiety.

Yeah, I'm going to book one for the start of December when I'll be around 7 weeks.

@Neurotic90 ah that’ll be lovely. I have my nhs dating scan next week which seems mad! I reckon I’ll need to go back though as I’ll be too early to do the nuchal measurements.

@Neurotic90 i wish i did have advice but i was the exact same, it’s such an anxious time! I echo @justlonelystars having an early scan definitely made me relax a bit, the only thing is i’d book it a bit later than you think just to make sure they can see the heartbeat :)
I don’t think i’ll really relax or believe it til baby arrives though!

@hollywhooo I had one at 6+1 as I had a tiny bleed and got scared and one at 8+2; could see the little heart beat both times which was so lovely :) baby even did a little wriggle for me last time!

Thank you so much, I feel a bit better knowing you both felt the same and its normal. Booked an early scan so hoping the next few weeks fly in!

Hi @Newbie0818 AF arrived for me on Monday. We decided to wait another cycle until I start my clomid meds as I’ve heard there can be some side effects with them so thought with my vertigo at the moment it was best to hold out another cycle. How are you?

@Suki2020 eek sorry about af and that you're still struggling with the pesky vertigo, sucks. I hope the clomid helps 🤞🏼
Ive been super ill all week as has dh, he had a covid test because of it and lucky was negative. Because I can't work out if I ovulated when I thought i did or when the apps say, I'm either du af today or in a few days time, so just waiting waiting waiting.

Sorry to hear about the vertigo @Suki2020 and that you've been unwell @Newbie0818. Hope you're both feeling much better soon .

I got 3+ on a digital this morning so beginning to feel a tiny bit more relaxed.
