TTC November Bus

Hi loves,
I'm out of the game for the Oct bus so I thought I'd kick off November bus early so people can join if AF rears her ugly head.
Brief summary of me - TTC since Jan, mc in Sept, just finished first period after d&c and ready to get pregnant already!
I've got a 4yr old ds and really hoped to be pregnant right now so pretty fed up with the whole process but trying to keep positive. IT WILL HAPPEN.

My poor hubby this morning, he was really disappointed. I told him, I suspected we DTD too much this cycle as we started the first day of High Fertility with the CB digital which lasted 5 days, peak then 2 days following so 8 days in total. He couldn't believe too much DTD was actually a thing. 🤣 Explained SMEP and why every other day is recommended and the confusion on his face LOL

How is everyone doing?

This is my first proper TWW and I didn’t realise how anxious I would be! Not sure how many days DPO i am as I was tracking my EWCM but didn’t have much only in the mornings, but as a few people have suggested definitely going to try preseed next month.
I woke up sat night with terrible stomach cramps and feeling off, but think I was just constipated (TMI ) so difficult not to symptom spot everything, as I was probably only about 2DPO ( at a guess) so wouldn’t have any symptoms. OH already thought I was a bit crazy so don’t think this is helping haha!

@SunnydazeQ sorry about Af but everything you’re doing sounds really positive,

@Dogmum13 after tomorrow, it’s up to us if DTD in the 2 ww but I think we both need a good week break lol

I feel like we’ve done all we can this month so just have to be hopeful & (try to be) patient now

I've been getting some twinges today like mild cramps I'm hoping it's a good sign 🤞

@SunnydazeQ my dr told me you can never dtd too much so its hard to know what to do 🙈

@SRyellow I think when we try it next month we will probably still do our normal every other day but will see what happens

Ahh I am so glad you have ordered the book 😊 it adds a bit of humour when you need it most and gives hope. It really helped me last month when I had a few low points.

I am ok thank you, cold still hanging on and a touch of Monday blues but other than that I am all good. Enjoy your drink later and toast bloody AF away! Xx

Congratulations on the BFP's!!! Such fantastic news!!

I strongly believed I was pregnant this time but the doubt is starting to seep in!! I'm 8dpo and took a clear blue early detection this morn which was negative. I know it's still early but it's definitely deflating. I've had lots of symptoms but they are all things that can be linked to something else also so it's not giving me confidence.
I have a lot of aching and growing pains type of feeling in my low right hand side, groin area. Impantation feeling with my other babies was always in the low right area so it could be that? Anyone experienced that kind of achy feeling with twinges? Almost like my pelvis area on the right is stretching, sounds mad maybe but hoprfully you get what I mean! 😂

Also having an ibs flare up but I do get that sometimes before my AF, although not normally as bad as this one

@Bmeggar hey, how are you feeling? How were your chocolate cookies? It's totally understandable to feel that way, this is such a frustrating process!

I'm ok, my partner's test and trace app has told him he has to isolate until next Sunday, and then we found out that his colleague has tested positive for COVID. We've both been for tests, mine was negative, now just waiting on my partner's results. In the meantime we are staying in the flat, looking out at the beautiful weather! My partner has been doing a paint by numbers, and I've been knitting a sock .

I'm about half way through the tww now, feeling more relaxed about it this time. How about you?

Oh no, what a nightmare! Fingers crossed your DH test comes back negative. Its always a scare when someone close to you has potentially been exposed. That sounds amazing, what socks are you knitting? I cant knit but I can crochet! I learnt during the first lockdown and went a bid mad crochetting little hens to cover creme eggs haha!

Good glad you are relaxed! I am 5DPO today. Dont feel anything expect needing to wee more, but then again, my bladder is like a childs so I wont get my hopes up! Really trying not to test early and wait till next week. Gonna need iron will to get me through! 😂 xx

I'm almost afraid to say it out loud but I'm certain I'm experiencing implantation pain all morning. Does anyone know how soon after implantation pain can you test to get a positive?? The hope has risen!! 😬

@cienega implantation should happen between 6-12 days after ovulation. Probably best wait until period due date, but it's hard. I've had a little spotting and pain (hopefully implantation related) and I'm 10 days after ovulation. Might test on 13 days after ovulation. It's hard to wait though...

Hey @NamechangeTTC, he got his result back this morning, and it is positive, so we are now both in isolation. Yes he would have had to isolate until Sunday night anyway.

@gracie2307 yay that's great news!
They are some rainbow socks, I will take a photo and post it. My tension is tighter with this second one though, so it's smaller/tighter 😂

You can do this! I've written myself a countdown on the calendar to my release date from isolation. Maybe you could do that too, a countdown to testing date?

That's so exciting @Cienega! Implantation is 6 - 9 days post ovulation, and then you could test 2 - 3 days after that. How far away is that for you?

Hi ladies. I’ve just been catching up on comments and my face is hurting with smiling at all the BFPs that have appeared in the Nov Bus! Congratulations!

My DH and I have decided to TTC ‘Properly’ one more time before moving in with my parents next month as we can’t think of a worse mood killer than them in the next room! We then get referred to the fertility clinic in January at our local hospital.

I wasn’t going to Opk test but I have 3 on the go!

Internet cheapies - faint lines atm
Clear blue pink sticks - negative atm
Clear blue purple that connects to the app - 2nd day of high fertility.

We’ve started to BD as I got my first high result yesterday with Purple sticks on clear blue.

Hope it’s not long until peak. Then I’ll enter the dreaded 2ww! X

Thanks @gracie2307 and @GeorgiaMcGraw. I'm currently at 8dpo and due my AF on the 15th, it often comes a little earlier so I might test on 11th and see (I know full well I'll crack and test tomo too😬😂)

I'm about 7dpo-was adamant I wouldn't track, did an opk and it was my peak 😂😂😂
I'm still awaiting bloods which will be done this week. DH is badgering gp still for his referral for private. Bloody faff on!
It's been hard to dtd this month due to new shifts for both of us so only managed it twice during fertile period so not holding out much hope.

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone can help me out here.
I’m not due AF till Friday last week I had 3 days of brown spotting, I read using blood on a pregnancy test can detect hcg earlier than urine so out of curiosity we tried it. I popped it on the shelf and then my little one came in so I was distracted for half an hour. Have just looked and see this.. I’ll try attach pic. Can anyone else see another faint line? Could this be an evap line as was sat there for a good 20-30 mins. I am going to test with a FRer tomorrow but being very impatient 🙈

I can definitely see a faint line!!! I don’t know too much about evap lines though sorry!
