8DPO- anyone else?

Is anyone else 8 DPO in their two week wait? Hoping to find some buddies to help me hold out taking an early test!

I'm 8DPO today! When are you planning on testing? The latest I've ever caved was 9DPO I think but I just use ICs to make my wallet feel better lol.

I am going to try and wait until 12 DPO. I do have some symptoms but might not mean anything. Do you have any symptoms?

I'm either 8 or 9 dpo, I caved and tested last night and obviously it was a bfn! First proper cycle since coming off the pill so not expecting it to happen this month!
Has anyone had any symptoms?

Ideally I'd like to hold off until AF is due but realistically I'll probably test at 12 DPO also.

I try not to symptom spot as they're all the same for AF/BFP anyway and I feel like I've had every symptom known to man over the last 10 cycles, so I know not to trust them lol

Hi! I'm 9dpo and don't have any early sensitive tests but I've ordered some cheap strips which should arrive Saturday or Monday. The tests that I currently have will probably work at 12dpo+ they need 20hcg level or more

Sounds like we will all try and hold out until 12 DPO, we can do it! Good idea on the symptom spotting because it is so similar to AF. Baby dust and luck to everyone. Anyone gets a positive please post the good news 😊

@vicki1990 sorry your period arrived early! Definitely not implantation?

@Sah15 I don't think so, I'm cramping quite a bit and I have quite painful periods so never mind! Good luck to you ladies, lots of baby dust to you all!

I’m currently 8dpo but panicking as I ovulated on CD21 and I’m cramping/spotting ever so slightly so think period is due imminently. I think I may have a luteal phase defect as this seems far too short! Good luck to everyone :)

@CharityRoyall I didn't ovulate until CD 27 I think I have a super long cycle, I'm not even sure you can get pregnant on a cycle that long 🤦‍♀️ I also have cramping so period could start soon x

Sah15 Yes having a long cycle can mean no ovulation, but don't give up hope. My cycles have varied from 35-55 days before and I ovulated around CD 30 when I conceived my DD. Never had a positive OPK or anything but gave it a go anyway and fell from a long cycle 😊 Good luck, I am only 1dpo 😅

Hey! I think I’m 8 dpo. I have one FRER and determined not to use it too early!

Trying not to symptom spot but a couple of unusual ones for me this month. Sore to touch nipples and no spotting (I have cervical erosions so often spot 7-10 days before AF). Obviously most likely just new PMS symptoms/my brain overthinking 😂

@Sandiesands ha it's taken me 10 cycles to get to this stage though, I think it's more defeat than willpower! Hope you don't get to my stage :)

My extra motivation is that we're moving house next Friday and if I do have a BFP it would be lovely to hold off until that evening as I imagine us having a celebratory glass of bubbles in our first ever house together. If I were to have a BFP today that wouldn't mean not blabbing for a full week! So it's much more realistically kept a secret if I don't find out until sometime next week lol.

Symptom spotting the worst! Yesterday I was thirsty and I automatically thought is this pregnancy related lol 🤭

@Juno231 Congratulations on your house! Hope your move goes well!! having all of my fingers and toes crossed for you both for this cycle 🤞I like your plan tho, If I had to keep secret for a whole week I would definitely blab, it would not work lol

Update. I think im out 😥 Ive got some pink spotting on wiping, no cramps.

Im hoping its implantation bleeding as AF is not due for another 7 days (30th) but dont really feel that hopeful 😕 no gonna count my chickens, Gonna try and stay positive and bring on next month x x
