FRER indent line ?

Hi

Just after some advice..

I have just taken a FRER early response I think I am 8DPO.. I am not trying to conceive and wrote a previous post this month about taking the MAP.. the sex happaned 8 days ago.

I have taken apart the FRER and it doesn’t show in a picture but if I look at it from certain angles there is 100 percent a colourless line there.. I don’t know if this is an ident line or the start of a positive??

Like I said there is no colour and I can’t take a picture as it doesn’t show up.

Btw I know testing not even two weeks after sex is to early but I’m really anxious about this.

Has anyone experienced it ?

That’s the picture I don’t really think you can see much there but I can 100 percent see it in real life

I'm sorry I can't see anything and if the test is taken apart and not within the time frame it would not be valid Sad

I'd wait a few more days and try again. My fingers are crossed for you.

I can see the bit you mean but if it has no colour I wouldn’t panic yet. Wait a few more days and test again and go from there. Good luck.

I’m quite worried as I took the MAP really late at around 69 hours and sex was around ovulation Sad

I can definitely see what you're looking at. Because it's colourless and you've taken it apart, I don't think you can say one way or another atm so I'd test again in 48 hours

FRERs can have quite obvious indent lines. If there's no colour to it then you're probably in the clear for the moment but you'll have to test again.

Compare it to a brand new one maybe and see if you can see a line on an unused one and that might give you an indication.

Definitely a line but I think taking the test apart makes the result void. You’ll need to test again in the morning.

Not sure. I read it was to do with the test drying faster and showing an evap. Might be nonsense!

Not to panic you but I am now nearly 6 weeks pregnant after taking the MAP (within 12 hours). I would try and wait a couple of days and re-test. My BFP came up at 11DPO.
I haven't read your previous post but whatever the outcome, you have choices. Try not to worry!

I have another test in the packet and at the right angle (I haven’t used it ) you can see a slight indent but not as much as the used one..

At first I couldn’t see it as clearly untill the second pic I uploaded which has a obvious line

Shittin myself tbh.. me and my partner are not in a good place .. this would be the result of a burst condom and the MAP so we did take precautions

Test with first urine tomorrow morning. If you are pregnant you’re SUPER early and have plenty of options x

I had a termination a few years ago and it really effected me had to go counselling etc.. told myself id never put myself through this again and if I find out I am I don’t know it I could.

Hoping it’s a indent.. but will test again tmrow with FMU.. x

@Roselilly300 I have had FRER in the past and convinced myself there is a hint of a BFP and gone on to get my period! I'm sure this is an indent from my experience.

Maybe get some other tests in for tomorrow morning? However I'm sure your mind won't be fully be at ease until AF appears

I have seen so many likes on FRERs like this OP, and I wasn't pregnant. Test again in a few days to ease your mind but with a line like that and at 8dpo, I would say that test is negative.

Probably should stop searching the forums as I’ve seen a lot of indent lines that look like mine but I’ve also seen a good view that looked like mine and turned positive

And indent would not show on the inverted image. And it's clear in your pic.

I'm sorry OP but I think that could be positive. I know that's not what you want. Test 48 hours after the last test and you'll know for sure. Then you can plan what you want to do.

@zippityzip I tested again with FMU and couldnt really see anything? So I’m confused now..

Not entirely sure when I ovulated but somewhere between 6-9 days ago.

The only sex I had this cycle was 8 days ago and it would be from that
