@SarahMumof1DS
Thanks for sharing your temp chart - id guess around day 10? Or 11?
Are you not ttc next month? X

MgW1 · 26/10/2020 18:19

Anyone else get cramps week after ovulation ? I have had some cramps although It could be contipation ( stopped caffeine last week and its effected toilet business - sorry if TMI 🙈) always get cramps week before AF I have been preg but not noticed anything after ovulation, unless I am being hyper sensitive - it could be psychological 🙄🤷‍♀️?!!! Xx

Emc16x · 26/10/2020 18:51

@MgW1i do...and breast pain. I’ve been in pain for a few days now around my left ovary when I sit a certain way, sneeze or move. It’s so odd. I always get excited thinking it’s implantation or early pregnancy but sadly for me....not yet! My cycle is always irregular so it could be before AF I don’t know. I feel like I look into everything! Xxx

jessicalouise10 · 26/10/2020 19:23

Ladies!
So a just under two weeks ago I posted about a faint line on a FRER. The day after I started bleeding and this continued until yesterday. It wasn't a lot but still red blood. This was about the time that I should be in my fertile week again, so I've just done an OPK, and it was a blazing positive. Which I thought was strange, so I did a cheapie preg test... and theres a line. Not a bold one. But a line. I'm so confused! I will attach photos below. Help! 😂 waiting to need to pee again to do a clear blue

@jessicalouise10
Wells clearly positive!
I think if you are pregnant the OPK tests also test positive - something to do with certain hormones , I dont know what. Congratualtions xxx

MamaPheebz · 26/10/2020 20:28

@jessicalouise10

That’s so confusing. I’d call your gp and get them to confirm your pregnancy. They might be able to refer you to the epau to check the source of the bleeding. Xx

MamaPheebz · 26/10/2020 20:29

@SarahMumof1DS

That’s rubbish. Has your husband said he wants to take a break from ttc or is that what you think us for the best? X

SarahMumof1DS · 26/10/2020 21:00

@MgW1 thanks for looking at my chart. It's hard to tell isn't it! My app calculated that I ovulated on cd 16 but that's based on me starting my period today and calculated 14 days backwards. It didn't help that I didn't take my temp on cd13 around the time I often ovulate. Was so hard to pinpoint ov this month. It was a big learning curve this month and I'll make sure I keep temping and logging my CM at the very least. I might keep going with opks too just to collect data for future reference. No we won't be ttc until DH feels ready to again. x

I've had cramps a week after ov a few times since ttc. I don't remember getting cramps before ttc either. x

@SarahMumof1DS
Yes , men need time too , sometimes they get a bit forgotten about , my hubby has been ok but he never came with me for the scan as he wasnt allowed so I think that really has been the reason why he has been as badly effected. Give yourselves time , you sound busy with a 2 year old! Xx

jessicalouise10 · 26/10/2020 21:27

Ive done three further tests and all positive. I've rang 111 (dramatic?!) but they were lovely, a local doctor rang me back.
He said he's inclined to just have me wait for two weeks now until the EPU could see me, as they don't see anyone earlier than 6 weeks.
He was very reassuring. But maybe too reassuring as now I feel my hopes are up! TWW take two 😂

SarahMumof1DS · 26/10/2020 21:29

Hi @MamaPheebz, no he hasn't said anything but he's really not in a good place (panic attacks, depression, mood changes) so it goes without saying really. However I did have a little chat with him today and said that it might be better to use condoms until he feels ok to not use them. He agreed so it's definitely the right thing to do. I just said to him to let me know when he's ready to not use them and he said ok. It's really not the right time to be falling pregnant he wouldn't cope well and we have enough on our plate. Good news is he has now got some scans booked in at the hospital so potentially he could get a diagnosis over the next month. If he doesn't get any diagnosis after that I don't know what will happen. Will have to cross that bridge when we get to it.

Until then I'm just going to try to use this time to collect data and actually see what my cycles are like without ttc! Hopefully get my stress levels down and be in a better place for hopefully future ttc. I'll keep in touch on the forum and feedback any helpful stuff I find from my non ttc cycles for you girls. Want to see you all get your BFP's in the meantime! x

@MgW1. I'm sorry you had to go on your own to the scan esp with what what happened. It must affect our men too although I think they show it in a different way to us. It's good your DH has been so supportive it's really what you need when you have situations like that happen. 🥰

Yeah it's a bit of a unique situation in our household atm. Definitely our 2 year old is enough to deal with along with my DH's current health issues. It's a good thing for us both to have some time out. xx

SarahMumof1DS · 26/10/2020 22:09

@jessicalouise10 it's good you got the reassurance you needed. Keep as positive as you can. I hope you have a sticky one. Yeah totally another TWW situation. Try to stay sane. We're here if you need some sanity. 🤪 x

@jessicalouise10
Could have been a bit of implantation bleeding. There has been a conception and an implantation and now you hcg levels are on the up. I cant say i have had a good experience with epu recently because recently went through a miscarriage and my husband was not allowed to accompany me to Epu. So of you wish for your partner to go with you then book privately its about £40 ish for early reassurance scan depending where you live xx

WHO IS STILL ON THE OCTOBER BUS??

With only 5 days left in October, I was just wondering who we have left on this thread?? 😊🎃

OP posts:
MamaPheebz · 26/10/2020 23:35

@SarahMumof1DS

You are having such a rough time hopefully a break from ttc will help. It must be so gard for you all and I really hope the scans give you some answers.

I’ve not moved onto the November bus yet. Holding out hope that October had been my month. I think we will be taking a break next cycle so will probably do ovulation tests to see what my cycles look like.

BuildingThings · 27/10/2020 07:03

@SarahMumof1DS I'm still here! AF due on the 31st 🎃 but my cervix is low and hard, having all the PMS symptoms, so I'm pretty sure it's a no this month. Still, I don't want to move onto the November bus until CD1 out of principle!

How long do you think your break from trying is likely to be? x

Ttcbm8687 · 27/10/2020 07:05

Anyone here mid 30s ttc baby number 1?

BuildingThings · 27/10/2020 07:08

Hello! @Ttcbm8687 i'm 32 ttc our number 1!

Ttcbm8687 · 27/10/2020 07:35

Hey, may i ask how long have you been trying? Im going to be 35 soon and im dreading it! My partner and i have been trying for two months now and im so worried that 35 will come and its still not happened

Kg87 · 27/10/2020 07:51

@SarahMumof1DS I’m still on! 1DPO today so will be joining November bus too 🤗

BuildingThings · 27/10/2020 07:52

This is our first month trying.

I wouldn't worry about it yet Flowers You've only been trying for two months, so it is early days still. The NHS statistics say that 82% of women aged 35-39 will conceive within a year of trying. I understand that you're anxious about it, the sex education in school has brainwashed us all to think we will all get pregnant immediately if we have unprotected sex, but in reality it is a lot more complicated than that as we have a very tight window every month in which this can happen.

Do you track your ovulation? x

SarahMumof1DS · 27/10/2020 08:25

Good luck to those of you who are still in the TWW. Let us know how you get on. And let's hope you all roll into November because AF never came and you got a BFP!!! 😁 Or for those due in November, we'll jump onto the November bus. Fx for you all! I will be living vicariously through you all haha. xx
