Husband has
Coq 10 100mg x2
Men’s health vitamins as he couldn’t take pregnacare

@Welliedays glad you're OK. Tired sucks but I guess it could be worse you could have insomnia. Will let you all know if I get through tomorrow and can rearrange closer to ovulation.

I’m on b6, b complex, vit c, vit d, pre natal multi Vit and the Agnus castus I’m stopping
Was on aspirin but stopped that too

10 days of bleeding/brown on Agnus castus!! Stopped it yday morning and pausing the b vits so I can ovulate as it can slow that down

The coq10 I’m on are small

Add naproxen and cocodamol today as I’ve buggered my arm. I don’t want to take the naproxen as it can inhibit ovulation but may have to to cope

@Boc86 @NamechangeTTC sounds like i need to up my game you ladies are on so much lol. Mine is just pregnacare and maca root lol!!!! Just waiting to get close to the end of my cycle to see if AF is definitely going to show if she does I am adding COQ10 (me and hubby), omega 3, evening primrose oil from CD1 to ovulation and then calc fluor from 1dpo to AF.

I’m going to add the calc Fluor too.
I’m loving the pill boxes. Makes it so much easier to keep track.

@NamechangeTTC well with the amount you're taking I bet. Might need to get some hahaha

Crossing everything ladies. My digital has moved to 2-3 weeks today so things are heading in the correct direction. I'm sick as a dog.

@snapple21 that is awesome in no time it will be saying 3+ weeks. Sorry you're feeling so ill.

Ahh that's good news @snapple21, just a word of warning though... I've seen on another chat thread that they can be really inaccurate and don't always move on as they should so don't rely on it for getting your 3+ for peace of mind (just thought I'd mention it as I didn't realise they had so many problems). Sorry to hear you're feeling so sick, my sickness has all but gone which I'm still finding slightly odd/concerning. But I'm still tired so hoping that all is still progressing well. I have my booking appointment this week so I think I'll mention it then.

@kaybobx I think my concern is I had it quite bad and now its completely gone 🙈 if I'd never had it I'd be quite happy!!

@Welliedays i felt abit sicky around 6 weeks for a few days but thats all i got luckily. I think the old wives tail is boys make you really sick and girls not so much.

@Welliedays good to know about those digitals. Maybe thats why they not allowed to be sold in the US.
I guess we always worry isnt it. Doesnt matter where we are in the ttc journey we stress. Try to relax and focus on the symptoms you do have and not what you dont have.

I am getting light AF cramps think the witch will be paying a visit in a week. Argh at least my body preps my mind for the blow lol.

@candycrush2298 What's happening on the adoption side? I thought you'd mentioned setting up meetings so just wondering how that was progressing on the side.

@Elakiya I actually forgot to arrange an appointment so um yeah its not going anywhere!!! All on me that is.

@candycrush2298 Maybe wait until the Ultrasound is done, and the semen Analysis. Things seem to be progressing a bit so might be worth waiting?

@Elakiya yeah you're probably right waiting a bit. Going to give it until the end of this year and then reasses in January.

How are things with you? You not going to do opks and just BD every other day still or changed your mind?
