What were your EARLY symptoms..?

So I know this is super duper early for me.. I'm 3DPO today and have been feeling very crampy, nauseous and exhausted! (Cant even describe how tired I am!)

I know full well that a fertile egg wouldn't have even implanted yet, so I'm not for one second implying that I'm experiencing early pregnancy symptoms - I assume it's probably the aftermath of ovulating 🤔😅

It got me thinking.. and I wondered if anybody has ever just 'known' that they were pregnant..? Like the first few days post ovulation? I'm just genuinely curious!

I know many family members and also some friends that claim they knew pretty much within the first 3-7DPO! 😅

As I say, I'm not trying to say I 'know' I'm pregnant or anything like that, this is my first cycle TTC so I know that would be extremely lucky.. just curious! X x

@DeltaFlyer ohh I'm so much earlier than you at 5DPO but honestly I can relate to the nips 🤷‍♀️😂

They're rock solid all day, and really sensitive / borderline painful 😟

I also have a vein in my left areola that only crops up during pregnancy so I'm hopeful.
This will be my 4th pregnancy, if indeed I actually am pg. I have one ds and 2 losses

@DeltaFlyer it's crazy.. I feel like you could probably see my rock nipples through my bra AND top 😅😂😂 I've never had anything like it before x

@Nam095 It is a really weird sensation. I haven’t felt it today though 👎🏼 I am only 3dpo and I am already getting impatient lol. I’ve decided not to buy any pregnancy tests until at least when my period is due because I will wind myself up otherwise. I guess we are taking so much notice of our bodies that we are always wondering whether it could be a subtle sign! Annoying with the cheapie tests, must have made things even more confusing for you!

Nosebleeds were my first sign.

@premum1 @sunshinecitrus1 how are you both feeling today? I’m 8dpo now and for the past couple hours I’ve been having some bad cramps 😖 my luteal phase is 12 days though so I’m trying not to think anything of it and just assuming I’m gearing up for AF. My temps aren’t high at all this cycle as well

Thought I would jump in on this thread.

I'm currently 8DPO trying to conceive #1 Cycle 2.

At 5,6 and 7 DPO I was really dizzy first thing in the morning, it then eased through out the day and then not dizzy today. I also felt sick with it.

Yesterday morning I woke up with a sore throat and felt like I was coming down with a cold and feel similar today but not too bad.

Creamy white CM since O although nothing today so far. Keep getting weird stabbing pains in my womb!
AF due on Sunday which will be cycle day 27, not planning on testing before.

Horrid taste in my mouth! Both times

@Nam095 ohh hopefully cramps = a good sign! I'm feeling okay today, no symptoms whatsoever which I'm not sure if I should be pleased or not about.. 😅🤷‍♀️ xx

@mamawannabe welcome to the thread! The dizziness sounds familiar, I've been feeling very slightly off balance most mornings..

I've also got a sore throat today, too! It feels almost like the beginning of it.. and a blocked nose. Can't work out if it's something I've caught or if it's preg related.. I didn't know it was a possible symptom! 😇🤞🏼

I'm 8dpo AF due 29th Sept. Felt nauseous the last few days and had a sore throat and blocked nose (I had these symptoms last time but didn't realise it was pregnancy related) I had a miscarriage in June so feel like every symptom im over analysing.

I'm also feeling a bit blocked, sore throat and a little run down in general.. I had literally no idea it could be pregnancy signs! That's really interesting ☺️ xx

So apparently it's down to your immune system which is lowered during early pregnancy/implantation which means you're more likely to pick things up.

Very odd how we all have it though! Keep getting weird stabbing pains this evening, they only last a few seconds. Still blocked noes and I want to eat everything in sight!!!

When are you both planning on testing?

I'm planning on testing at 10DPO on Sunday, and also later in the week next week.. Its my first cycle and first time TTC so trying not to go mad 😅😂 xx

I'm also quite tired. I had a nap from 10.30 - 12 today which 1. Isn't like me and 2. Was working from home! Oppps!

@premum1 that's very strange about you having a blocked nose! I don't know if mine means anything but I've been sneezing quite a bit past couple days. I don't know when to test tbh, I really want to wait as long as I can but I really don't have the self control. I'm 9dpo tomorrow and last cycle that's when my BBT started to drop

10 days dpo - cups of tea started tasting like rusty dishwater.

Yes I've had a few:

Day of OV: heavy feeling in lower stomach

1 DPO: shooting pains on left hand side lower stomach

2DPO: awful cramps in lower left stomach, took my breath away!

3DPO: utterly exhausted.. I couldn't walk around for more than a few minutes without needing to sit down! Not breathless, just so tired it hurt to keep my eyes open!

4DPO: extremely tired. Have aches in my knee's and legs feel heavy when walking / moving.

5DPO: no pains as such, blocked nose coming, a little headachey and sore throat coming too.. occasional twinges in my right side now?

@Nam095 I am feeling OK today, 4dpo and I’ve had no real symptoms. Not sure if that’s a good thing or not! My temperature seemed to spike a little after doing it this morning but as I returned to work today and have to be up at 5am opposed to my previous readings which I took around 7:30am, this is probably inaccurate. It’s annoying I start work so early so I can’t be consistent with times but as I have only just started monitoring my temps, I guess I will have to set a 5am alarm each morning to keep the accuracy! Fingers crossed those cramps for you are a good sign

@sunshinecitrus1 that's interesting; as I'm 5DPO today and symptoms seem to have disappeared for me too..! 😟

I do have very sensitive and sore nipples, and around the nipples but not down the sides of my boobs like most people mention! Who knows what's going on?! 😂🤔

@premum1 my nipples are the sorest part, I get some pains in my boobs but my nipples totally gave the game away 🤦🏼‍♀️

@HeyDW96 ohh! Exciting 😍 so are you currently pregnant or recently got your BFP?? I feel like at 5DPO it may be ovulation that has caused the nipple pain for me, I'm just trying to rationalise everything I think as I'm terrified of being disappointed - but I've done all I can, tracked ovulation, DTD on the right days and also used Preseed so fingers crossed! Xx

I've read that ovulation will cause the sides of boobs to hurt, but pregnancy will cause the nipples and areola's to hurt? Not sure how true that is 🤔
