I’m currently 16dpo (cd30 - which meant today was when af was due as I have been anywhere from 26-29 days since mc!) I tested last night on a clearblue rapid that I got from amazon - but literally NOTHING happened, I got the line in the big window - but nothing happened in the control window which means the test is faulty/didn’t work! I have one more in the pack which is a date one, but I’m feeling like I don’t trust it!!
The order came with a strip called ‘One Step Pregnancy Strip Test’ so I used that this morn, and that is the one I got a positive on - but I haven’t ever heard of the brand so was sat there this morning thinking “what if it is a dodgy make?!” 😂 but it was definitely positive!!

I'm not having a good week this week - work has been awful and af was due yesterday but got a bfn this morning and still no af (15dpo today) the tests I have are 10miu so should definitely show by now if I was pregnant. I've been cramping on and off for a week. I'm getting fed up, it will be a year of trying next month and the only pregnancy I had was never viable. I'm questioning now whether something is wrong. Sorry for the negativity I'm just feeling that way out and needed to vent somewhere 😔

So after my last post I fished my test from this morning out of the bin 🙈 and I can see a really faint line. I am sceptical though because it's been there all day and could be an evap line... I know you aren't meant to look at tests after a certain amount of time. I'll do another in the morning 🙏🏼🙏🏼

@RichmondLady1981 - I’m really lucky with school (or maybe it’s a curse!) but as soon as the children come in, I get so consumed with helping them learn that I almost forget what is happening in my home life sometimes! The young ones take a lot of my concentration up as they need a lot of adult aupport at the moment! I think that’s what made my tww go so quick this time!

@Northernsoul90 sorry to hear you’re having a rough week :( Can you get the ball rolling woth your Dr’s? Mine let me get the blood tests done because it was 8 cycles post mc, but I think knowing I was having some investigations done eased the pressure off me - as I had a niggling worry!

@Northernsoul90 - just saw your other message! Some ladies on here were saying they don’t react well to pink dye, apparently it just doesn’t pick up pregnancy for some ladies - I think other tests use a blue dye - have you got any of those to try?

Update on how I'm feeling - 10dpo and boobs are starting to feel very heavy this evening and (sorry tmi) nipples sensitive to touch, slight cramping still but nothing major xx

@KatiePlus3 @2alreadywantanother Well I can't be certain as I didn't opk or anything this month but I'm either 14/15dpo I think. It's exciting but I'm scared to get my hopes up... do you think the fact that the test was done this morning and I can just see the line now means anything?

I will retest in the morning and keep you updated! Xx

@Northernsoul90 I've used those tests for years and never ever had an evap line on them, also I can see pink in that one. Take a test with FMU, I have a strong feeling it will be positive and you've ovulated later than you think this month xx

@Northernsoul90 ahh hello hun! Sorry to hear about your rubbish week but hopefully a clear strong positive tmr will Lift your spirits! I have also had a rubbish week at work specially ugh can’t wait for the weekend. I’m also 10dpo and wishing my baby into my life! I feel like I have put on weight on my lower tummy haha let’s see...I shall test on the weekend I think xxx

Thank you all for your kind welcomes 😘 it makes it so much easier joining. Our MC and MMC were last year and after not being in a good place I finally admitted I needed help and sought counselling. This really helped me at the time when our Angel babies were due as we were having a break from TTC. I'm so glad @KatiePlus3 you've got some comfort at the minute and hoping you have a happy and healthy pregnancy (same for@Bellabubble )

I feel in a really good headspace now to get back on it. AF has finally arrived today so it's CD 1, Cycle 2. Got my CB OPKs ready and waiting xxx

I'm praying everyone gets their BFPs this month ❤

And those of you waiting for new cycle to start after losses I hope it doesnt take you long to catch either ❤

For anyone whose had a miscarriage and has been trying since dont give up hope! Its taken my body 8 months to go back to normal and conceive again after mine, I really thought I couldnt have anymore children but the 1 month I decide to not focus on trying and occupied myself with doing the house up, I've fallen. I truly believe now the saying 'you're trying too hard'.

Hi everyone 👋. Haven’t posted in a while but have been reading everyday. Big congratulations to the bfp’s on here recently @Jazper @MrsK21 @KatiePlus3 & @Bellabubble. Sorry if I have missed anyone. Also @Northernsoul90 excited for you test again tomorrow! Sorry to those who have recently joined.

I think I’m just about in my tww. Haven’t done any opks this cycle, just gone with the health app on my iPhone which I know isn’t 100% reliable lol but seems to have matched up with ewcm I have had this week. Got my scan a week today to check everything is as it should be. Just hope I have ovulated this month as I didn’t seem to last month 🤞. Also my work is so horrible at the moment so I sympathise with others feeling the same about their’s. Xx

I just got my day 2 bloods done for lh/fsh etc. appt on Monday to discuss the results.

Meanwhile DH has started his MS treatment so not entirely sure what to expect on that end.

Little update from me - had my long awaited gynae appointment and he literally was so patronising and awful. He refused me any further treatment under my BMI was under 30 which is about 5 stone or so for me. Didn't even consider Metformin or anything so I've just been completely crushed since Tuesday. I had a scan today and I definitely haven't ovulated and I'm not going to this cycle. Its all so overwhelming atm. Xo

@vp91x 😥 ah huni. Dont know what to say. Just didnt want to read and ignore. Some people have no social skills and shouldn't be doing the jobs they do sometimes. I'm over weight and had awful back trouble. The consultant was lovely, in the nicest way possible he told me my weight wont help. But u dont be ignorant about it.
Here if I could be a size 12 do u not think I would be🤔

@2alreadywantanother thank you 🥰 yeah he was an absolute dick, so patronising and was acting like I don't move an inch yet didn't ask about my lifestyle/exercise. Completely understand about him needing to say to lose weight because yes I am overweight, but it was just an awful conversation. How have you been? Xx
