Starting this thread for all of us who are trying to conceive baby # 1 , testing in September 2020

Hope you are all keeping well, period 10 days late but definitely not pregnant, just want to to arrive as it's throwing my cycle completely off now and driving me mad 😭🙈

@AnnaPosie ahh, so frustrating! Fingers crossed for next month eh! I am consistently remembering my dreams the next morning and they are so vivid, been happening every night for over a week. This never normally happens, hoping it’s a good sign as I have heard it is but again I probably thinking too much into it all! Hope everyone else is keeping well! Xx

No sign of AF yet and no symptoms so I'm thinking it's a missed month rather than delayed and hopefully next period arrives on time, just frustrating when it's delayed for no real reason !

Is anyone testing in the next few days /week ?

@AnnaPosie ahh, fingers crossed it does next month 🤞. I couldn’t wait and did a test few days ago 11DPO (according to Flo) & it was negative. AF due Monday and starting to get full cramps so onto next month for me. Will use ovulation strips next month along with the 3 apps I have 😂🙈

My period is now 2 days late, I have done another test yesterday but negative. I have used them cheap clear & simple ones from home bargains. If it doesn’t come tomorrow I might go buy a clear blue. It’s usually spot on 27 day cycle.

@galatea098 I don’t really for sure, I just used Flo as I have been using the app for tracking periods for over a year so guessed it was going to be the most accurate. But over the past year my cycle had never been over 27 days and here I am on 29. I know that’s normal though but trust me the month I start trying I can’t rely on regular cycles anymore 🙈. I did a test this morning and it was negative so most definitely not pregnant. I just want it to hurry now so I can start again! I completely understand where your coming from I became quite obsessed this month which isn’t healthy. I hope it happens for us soon 🙏🏼 Xxx

@galatea098 that definitely sounds like what’s happened! Thanks for your advice. I think that’s what I will do going forward, just DTD more and hope for the best 😂

Completely understand how you are feeling we are feeling the same about it this month to be honest.

I am 19 days late, did a test yesterday and today and got positives both times but I'll test again tomorrow as it could just be the surge in HCG I've heard this happens every 48 hours as when I tested two weeks ago I got a negative on clear blue and one strip test so I think it's just coincidence , I should be due on the 17th of October, it's always around the 17th of each month but last month had nothing, I don't have any symptoms other than bloated and sore boobs but I'm assuming that is ovulation, I'll let you know 😊

I hope the rest of you are keeping well, it's a hard journey especially coming into the winter months and end of the year but fingers crossed for us all

Hey girlies so I just got a bfp with a clear blue digital which is saying 2-3 weeks, I am shocked but now thinking I should be further along as my last period was 17th August so would have thought I was over 5 weeks , I'm trying to book in with my doctor but they aren't answering the phone 🙈

Thank you 😊 it was cycle 6/7 , I had actually decided to stop trying as it was really taking over my mental health and had lots of other things going on as well but at the same time I think I was more relaxed in a way and a lot more active each day, like walking a lot more and eating a lot more potatoes and vegetables. I started taking seven seas multi vitamins and also a d3 vitamin and lemon balm so that's they only changes really with me ! With my OH, he was taking zinc multivitamins and eating more veg and red meat and less processed food.

Still early days so I'll be nervous until I get to a doctor but hopefully it will all go to plan.

We first started trying a year ago and on and off then this year due to covid and other things so I know how it feels, I honestly thought I would never see a bfp so I know how upsetting it is , but keep going and be kind to yourself x

@AnnaPosie HOLY HECK!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! I came to check how you’re all getting on and I can’t believe it!! So so chuffed for you!!
I took two tests this morning. Both within the time limits showed the faintest lines but I’m just not convinced. I don’t know what to think so I’ll test in a couple of days because I’m supposed to ovulate today, which means I would’ve fallen pregnant on my period, but that period didn’t feel like a normal period because I had no cramps whatsoever whereas I’m normally rolling about in pain. I’ll attack photos

@galatea098 I think I got a faint positive today, 7DPO. maybe 8DPO if I go off of when I felt ovulation pains instead of my OPK peak. Guess we'll see...

@galatea098 well I think those tests were duds. I tested the next day cause my big sister made me😂 and there weren’t any lines from what I could see. I was due to ovulate over the 10th-11th. I’ve been having cramp for the last three days like a kind of dull ache so I assumed that I did ovulate and that I’m around 6dpo. I just hope I’ve started ovulating because any OPK I’ve taken has been negative but have gotten darker. Just so confused with my body right now. The implant really messed it up 🥺 I’ll wait until the time of AF to see if she shows her ugly mush. I’ll keep you updated. How’re you doing!

That’s the exact same as me. So hard to get your hopes up when you don’t even know if your body is functioning properly 😂 I’m not even going to test either I’ll just wait it out. Hope you’re feeling okay🙌🏼

And AF can suck it 😂😂
