@Welliedays I know almost feels like a taboo subject. No one wants to speak about it and if they do they just don't understand so always ask such inappropriate things.

Hahahaah awesome I could do with bigger boobs. But boob pain is nooooo freaken joke 😂😂😂

Welliedays · 25/08/2020 21:24

@candycrush2298 to be honest, I'm usually a 32d (30dd if I can bear to spend more than £7 on a bra from new look), so I don't feel I need too much more on the boob front. And the annoying think is, they don't actually look bigger. We'll I don't think so anyway. My husband says they've got bigger though 😂🤷🏼‍♀️🙈 not that he can touch them!!

candycrush2298 · 25/08/2020 21:27

@Welliedays yeah i would say you're fine on the boob front lol!! No extra needed. I am a wee B cup lol!!

Lol I am sure he is sad about that

OP posts:
Welliedays · 25/08/2020 21:31

@candycrush2298 I'm sure he's never normally a boob man, but he does seem disappointed they're off limits, maybe he's just liking the change, he's maybe just being bored of mine 😂

candycrush2298 · 25/08/2020 21:36

@Welliedays lol its probably a case of wanting what I cant have lol highly doubt its anything to do with tired of them hahahah

snapple21 · 25/08/2020 22:08

@Welliedays I hope this helps but I had a chemical/miscarriage the month before I conceived my son. And that pregnancy progressed nicely with no problems even though I didn't have a period between :)

snapple21 · 25/08/2020 22:09

Just been retching taking the 5 soy tablets 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Welliedays · 25/08/2020 22:16

Ahh thank you @snapple21, exactly the same as my current situ then. I still don't 'feel' pregnant, but I defs still seem to have the symptoms so I'm hoping we're still on track! I think my husband is being more positive about it sticking this time too, so I just need to relax a bit I think! Sorry to hear about the retching - have you tried taking them with something fizzy (even sparkling water)... The bubbles help tablets go down alot easier!

Kaybobx · 25/08/2020 22:16

@Welliedays as @candycrush2298 has said just try not to stress, i know its easier said than done but stress isn't good for the little bean. Miscarriages can happen at any point of pregnancy so until that baby is in your arms you'll worry, and to be honest even when they are out you'll worry some more.

@candycrush2298 loveeeee your chart!! Ekkk praying this is a good sign. Literally counting the days on my calendar for you lol.

Kaybobx · 25/08/2020 22:17

@Snapple21 haha!! 4 for me tonight, i hate taking tablets

candycrush2298 · 26/08/2020 07:07

@snapple21 awww no was it too many tablets for you???

@Kaybobx awww thanks it doesn't show anything "pregnancy" lol but it is more stable which make me feel better hahah
At least you got the 4 tablets down and today is your last round then you done hahah. Nearly there.

@candycrush2298 @Kaybobx @Welliedays
Thanks ladies, I just needed to cry to someone and thankfully you guys were here.

I'm going to see the gynae today and discuss what can be done on insurance. I will keep you guys posted. I'll then come back and call to book an appointment with my GP to ask them to refer me back to the NHS.

I've also set myself a very big target of trying to lose all the weight before my NHS appointment comes through. From the sounds of what's happening to you ladies, I'm guessing I won't see anyone for a good 4/5 months so I think that's plenty of time to lose the weight. I just need to stay focussed.

I will come back and update you guys as much as I can. Sad

Welliedays · 26/08/2020 09:17

Thank you @kaybobx

I actually feel like AF is coming today, I've woken up with cramps and tmi, but I keep getting cm that feels like AF if that makes sense.

Please do keep us updated @elakiya you know we're always here if you need us

candycrush2298 · 26/08/2020 09:18

@Elakiya thanks for updating us. If you ever need to vent we are right here.

Hopefully its good news with regards to insurance coverage today at your appointment.

If it is a good few months then at least you know you have a goal in mind. But hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones and conceive naturally before needing any of those treatments.

Cant wait to hear the updates!! Thinking of you xx

@Welliedays I have made friends with an American girl that recently also got a bfp and she said she is having mass amounts of cm that feels like she is going start AF. So hopefully its just normal xx

Kaybobx · 26/08/2020 10:38

@Welliedays i had AF type cramps for weeks so went for a private scan at 7wks and all was ok with a nice healthy heartbeat 🙂

@Elakiya good luck at your appointment. Keep us posted.

NamechangeTTC · 26/08/2020 11:04

Good luck @Elakiya

I finished the soy yesterday. Negative opk.

Waiting to test today.

Ovulation last month was a day earlier than the app so wanted to BD yesterday but had a Takeaway and the shits so didn’t. Started today. Not in fertile window according to apps but the CM looks like something. Legs in air at present.

candycrush2298 · 26/08/2020 11:49

@NamechangeTTC its OK if you started to BD yesterday. Hope you are better today and your bowels have recovered from the takeaway 😂😂😂 when your CM starts going clear and slippery like eggwhites thats exactly when you want to BD.

NamechangeTTC · 26/08/2020 11:51

I doubt I’ll find ovulation this month cause I’ll be at work and can’t pee for long!

Kaybobx · 26/08/2020 13:08

Oh man, i hope this soy hasn't broken me. AF finished 2 days ago, just went to the loo and wiped brown! Ahhh what's happening 😳

Elakiya · 26/08/2020 13:11

Okay Ladies here's the update:

None of it is covered by the insurance. I need to go back to the NHS Sad

candycrush2298 · 26/08/2020 13:25

@NamechangeTTC you can test at night when you get home???

@Kaybobx aww I also spotted a little on day 5 and 6 (so I counted my AF as six days) dont think its anything to worry about hun.

@Elakiya will they not push anything through as health related??? So sorry hun

OP posts:
Elakiya · 26/08/2020 13:35

@candycrush2298 I clearly did that too hastily. I called my insurance company and said look I've been suffering with infertility I want to see a gynae (didn't tell them I was already seeing one as that started off being due to abnormal bleeding). Anyway they said they'll cover the consultation and cover the following

  • Bloods
  • HSG scan
  • Laproscopy?
  • Ultra sound
I need a HSG scan and some bloods done. It's covered. Hooray :) If this fails I need to go back to the NHS but praying I am pregnant before that.
candycrush2298 · 26/08/2020 13:49

@Elakiya awww wow that is fantastic. I have heard you are really fertile after an HSG and it can help clear any blockages that is fantastic. I want one done hahahaha.

OP posts:
Elakiya · 26/08/2020 14:09

@candycrush2298 Thanks hun x I am so much happier now. I was literally in tears when I was coming back from the hospital because the gynae said insurers never cover this sort of thing.

I've been told though that if the NHS has done any of those tests already then I am not covered. For example, they won't cover Ultrasound anymore as the NHS have done it. They don't technically do bloods either, but its been over 2 yrs since the NHS tested me so she said they'll cover it but only the once.

And she made it very clear if as a result of this they find that it is affecting my fertility, they will not pay for treatment so no more consultations. Better than nothing :)
