@Elakiya OK youre right its a 26day cycle AF hasnt shown up. 13 day luteal phase hmmmm thats new hahah. I know its normal to fluctuate luteal phase so not concerned or anything more just annoyed 🤣🤣

@candycrush2298 do you reckon the soy did it?

@Elakiya not sure it could be my immense stress of my mental melt down yesterday. Or it could be the soy. I will never complain about an extended luteal phase but because progesterone has already tapered off (because of the temp drops) it just seems odd. Absolutely nothing when I wipe now. Sure it will start tomorrow. If not by Friday 100% the longest cycle I have had in 5 years is 27days.

Checking in. AF not appeared yet. Sore boobs and sore right butt cheek haha! Been cleaning the house tonight as that's my way of distressing.

Ok so I wasn't lucky this month, but next cycle is a new go for us.
