Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

Got a great tip for not checking your Fitbit every 2 secs! Wake up to find the screen is no longer working 🙄🙄🙄😂 I’ve called them and they are sending me a new one. Good thing is it still is registering on the app so day 3 in a row of 63.

Feeling unbelievably down today. Woke up and both rhr and temp have dropped. 10dpo according to OvuSense. Fertility friend says 9dpo.
But either way I’m out. I didn’t even test today. Pointless wasting one.
Af wis due sometime between next Tuesday and Thursday. But knowing my luck she’ll make an early appearance.

I’m sorry @Moominmiss it really sucks! I’m a great believer that in times like that you should let yourself have a that day/couple of days of being kind to yourself and do what makes you feel better xxx

@poptypingchef oh my gosh!! Glad they’re sending you a new one. What one do you have? I honestly check mine every minute in the TWW 🤣

@Moominmiss ahhh no, I’m so sorry!! Could it be implantation? I don’t really know how BBT works properly but I’ve read about implantation dips.

It’s the charge3 @mumof23188 - i can still check in on the app as that seems to be getting all the information. This really early spike is so weird but I never see much patterns as you can see 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

I have a nice evening with oh planned for tonight and shopping with my best friend tomorrow so hopefully all that will lift my spirits.

I know you ‘can’ get implantation dips, but I think more often than not you don’t. While af is still a way off I just think a dip this late can only be a negative thing. I know all I can do is wait and see what it does tomorrow but I’m not testing anymore this month.

Hey ladies. I havent been posting often but always reading everyone else's.
I'm not that focussed at the mo, OH works away now and is back at weekends. But technically not supposed to see each other as we dont live together - we live in the North east where theres additional lockdown measures. So theres not really much point in tracking at the moment.

@LS2020 thank you! So much waiting at the moment because of Covid, it's frustrating. I hope you hear back soon too! It's a procedure to check the Fallopian tubes are not blocked.

@SarahTTC2020 hey! Congratulations, that's lovely news! Did you get a continued rise after ovulation?

@mumof23188 hey, yeah almost in sync! I'm alright actually, feeling in a pretty good place considering! 😊 I think it'll be a long wait for fertility but hopefully I'll hear from Gynae sooner. How have you been?

@mumof23188 oh I'm doing fine. My work keeps me busy so keeps me occupied. I'm lucky he comes home in time for the weekend where I'm off also so we can still see each other (even though we're not meant to). You can't expect not to see each other especially after how long we've been together - 5.5 years.
But I dont think there will be any babies any time soon with him working away.

@mumof23188 haha I got rounded back up to 62 so only a 2bpm drop 🤣 will have to see what next 2 days do but no symptoms at all 🤷‍♀️

@Fran2020 yes I’ve heard some hottie wait lists. They contacted me for some details pretty quick and then had nothing since. They did my fertility and scan referral at same time as they basically said fertility wait was so long, I’d get my scan done and results back in the wait time rather than delay sending off our referral. Hope you hear soon 🤞🏻

@mumof23188 thanks, I've had my moments though! AF is due on Monday but I've started having my usual pre AF spotting. I was feel good this month but not particularly optimistic about being pregnant. But that's ok as I have a plan 😊 Definitely all Covids fault. Ahh yeah I can imagine, when is your AF due?

@LS2020 it all moved relatively quickly for me at the doctors to start. But now I'm not expecting a fertility appointment until after Christmas and maybe the Gynae one in November. We shall see! Thank you, I hope you hear soon too! 🤞🏼

@ambs1994 that sounds super tough tbh. My OH spent 6 years in the army so I know what it means to be apart - wouldn't wish that on anyone!

Well it looks like its shaping up to be another interesting month. My weird early rise has come back down again 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

@Fran2020 yes we were the same had bloods and SA all done and sorted within the month but then think this internal scan will take a while as sent forms 3 weeks ago and not even had a date. Got my smear booked in November though ☺️

@mumof23188 ok I officially hate how this app works out RHR. My RHR last night was 2bpm higher all night than when I was at 64 but now it’s only calculating 62?! I’m back up today though so going to have to see. In theory 10 DPO, how are you getting on?

@poptypingchef it looks like you got a little rise the first month on that chart after AF so might just be some sort of hormone push, hopefully keeps dropping for you to start your new cycle ☺️

@Juno231 haha I’m the same, I’m like 1bpm higher today like ‘ooh’ ignoring the fact we didn’t eat a take away tea til 9pm and had a glass of wine with it but went to bed at 11 as was knackered so it’s probably just literally indigestion 😂

@Fran2020 ah sorry to hear that the spotting has started 😩. I’m so pleased to hear you are feeling good and fab that you have a plan 😊. A plan always helps.

@LS2020 god me too! It’s so annoying! My HR last night was averaging at 68bpm but it has gone up today. I don’t know how they work it out either. Glad you’ve gone up 🤞. Hope you are feeling better now!

I’m 13dpo today! Here’s my charts. Don’t think they mean anything for me this cycle unfortunately.

Oops theres me saying I'm not tracking anything this month etc, well we dtd twice fri night and last night 😂 like i said previously you cant expect a couple to have been together as long as we have to not see each other.

@mumof23188 I’ve gone back down to 61 today, honestly give up with this 😂😂 thanks, feeling loads better so have wondered if high RHR was from being poorly. Problem with CP is that I don’t know when AF is due, app is showing Thursday but I think it could be Wednesday. I have abs no symptoms so also think I’m out. That RHR increase looks good for you though?

@LS2020 erm I'm not sure. Possibly this weekend. I used to use opk but stopped buying them. I had ewcm yesterday and some this morning so I'd expect it to be close.

@LS2020 it’s so frustrating isn’t it!! Glad you are feeling better tho. Possibly could be? You never know tho lovely because some people don’t get any symptoms early on. Yes it’s a strange one really. No idea what is going on! To start getting a rise so late on! I had a big glob of creamy white CM earlier. No idea if that means anything! Sorry for the TMI!

@mumof23188 yeah it’s weird because the only symptoms I had from last month - the nausea, sore boobs and nipple change have been (albeit much lower) with me all month so I can’t even tell if there’s been a change with that. I didn’t really get a ramp up in symptoms til AF was due last month either so I don’t think I’m ever gonna know each month now 😂

Ooh that could be interesting - mine was yellow but I got that at implantation last month 🤞🏻

@LS2020 yeah that’s not helpful is it! Have you been having these symptoms for the whole cycle or just after ovulation? I know I’ve had two babies but I honestly can’t remember what my symptoms were in the beginning! It was strange, looked creamy yellow on the tissue but white on my finger!

@mumof23188 Thanks, AF started in full flow today... a day earlier than expected. Thanks! It definitely does 😊 do you wait until AF is officially late before testing now?
