Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

Still no period, still no BFP. My RHR has never been 77 before. 75 is the highest it ever been in the last few years of tracking, and that was when I was really unwell! Cycle day 45.... no idea what's happening. I have long cycles of 34 or 35 days generally but this is just so random.

@familybythesea ah in that case that could be low progesterone so definitely push for a test!

False alarm girls, the fitbit was trolling me 😂. It's just adjusted downwards for today to 66.

Anyone else find they look at their rhr waaay too much now? Mine has dropped this evening so a bit disappointed even though I knew I was out this cycle - it’s mad how ttc can turn me from a logical sensible person into someone who convinces themselves every month that they are pregnant when the evidence clearly says otherwise!

@SarahTTC2020 defo don’t pay too much attention to rhr. Your tests should get darker but in the early days it’s really hard to see the difference I found until a few days at a tune , but they shouldn’t get lighter! My most accurate wee was if I had a wee in the middle of the night , drank nothing and then my fmu . Because there wasn’t loads meaning it was strong! I usually always wee in the middle of the night. If I don’t wee in the night then my fmu can be diluted and Amy stronger! That’s how I’d know when tk test, I have everything crossed for you, it’s a rollercoaster for sure xxx

@mumof23188 did you every get a positive OPK? I’m still on flashy faces but I’m hoping for a static tomorrow as that’s when I normally would be due to O. Started getting really sore boobs tho which is v odd, been lingering since my MC so hope my estrogen isn’t too messed up

Thanks @Mrsi2020 my HR has plateaued but think lines are looking ok?
@LS2020 did another one this morning they do seem to take a lil while to get darker though 🤷🏼‍♀️

@SarahTTC2020 that looks like lovely progression ☺️ I wouldn’t worry on RHR as @Mrsi2020’s picture looks, can be flat and down a bit

My rhr hasn’t been completely perfect but overall has risen, that’s why I keep posting it, when I was tracking rhr I’d have liked someone who had a bfp to come back abd show us a full month because short term it’s scary but when you see the full month and see the dips and plateaus but the overall pattern I feel it’s more helpful! Also, after a mc my rhr has dropped dramatically , not just by a couple ! It’s scary when you have a small drop or plateau but for me it’s been normal xxx

@LS2020 I got an almost positive but ran out of opks! I had some cramps yesterday so think I did ovulate yesterday possibly? Hoping my BBT will pick it up in a few days! Fingers crossed for your static 🤞 that’s strange! Hopefully everything is normal for you. Do you usually get sore boobs around ovulation?

I'm so nervous tomorrow is 6 weeks and although I didn't find out until 9 weeks 6 weeks is when my last pregnancy stopped

Trying to take my mind off it and stop worrying but it's very difficult

I have a scan booked for the 10th and trying to hope for the best 🤞🏼

@mumof23188 BFN at 11DPO so I think I'm gearing up for cycle 10 :)

@BabyDust13 sending hugs, that must be really stressful for you but just try to keep reminding yourself that there is no reason for the same thing to happen again! Hope you can take your mind off it a bit, I'm sure everything will be just fine.

@mumof23188 nothing much! BBT is still 0.2 over the cover line and RHR is on a second day of 66 so hasn't really risen. I'm expecting AF to show on Thurs at this rate, with no forewarning!

@mumof23188 yeah guess you’ll know if temp drops soon ☺️ No it was one of the things that made me test early last month as I never get sore boobs at all but keep getting little niggles which is v strange. Don’t think I have ovulated yet though now. RHR dropped 1bpm today but been pretty flat.

Im 7 weeks today altho they said I could be a couple of days behind! Thanks everyone , yes I went to window to the womb and it was lovely , she said egg cake from right ovary and everything is looking perfect and she has no concerns . Fingers crossed all goes to plan now! I can’t wait until I can start shopping .

How is everyone else today? I’ve had a manic day telling my siblings and mil so haven’t got caught up properly on any threads xxx
