Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

Hey, how is everyone? I'm back from my holiday now- it was so nice to get away from everything! 😊 I'm around 10 DPO today and my RHR has been rising with a dip yesterday. 🤞🏼

Im supposed to be 3dpo today and I think I might test next friday (10dpo) as we're going away for the weekend, even though I'm not due af til the 23rd.
I'll need to know because its a spa weekend too, you're not supposed to get in a hot tub or anything if you're pregnant I think? Correct me if I'm wrong.

@ambs1994 yes you aren’t supposed to. 10dpo is still early so you may get a negative and still be pregnant. Fingers crossed for you!

@Fran2020 thank you! That is lovely dip hope it’s good news for you this month too I’ve got my fx. This sounds super gross but it was like a bit of bloody snot, like have you ever done a big blow into a tissue - that kind of colour and look 😂

@Mrsi2020 thank you. I know I couldn’t believe how quick it came up too! My OH is convinced it’s probably twins now as we have on both sides of the family (my mum is one). Hopefully just the one 😂 I’ve gone a bit overboard and downloaded every app going.

@mumof23188 I’ve been trying so hard not to think about it because I didn’t think it was me this month. Things that were weird for me was getting the thrush last week, that bloody snot like CM when I must have implanted, nausea hit yesterday but now I know it feels loads worse today. I think I’ve actually had a lot less cramps, normally I get some rumblings the week leading up but apart from on implantation day, I only had a bit of pain on left side. Oh and my boobs started hurting about 7dpo when they hadn’t been hurting around AF for about 7-8 months but it’s a mild pain, wasn’t massive or anything.
I haven’t really noticed CM as had the thrush so kinda covered it but I’m wondering how much was just white CM but I haven’t noticed any large increase in discharge or anything.

Deffo I will keep you up to date with my RHR for next couple of weeks too :)

@mumof23188 thank you! I think if I was TTC I wouldn’t have any clue I was pregnant though which is super weird.
Oh my gosh I can see the shadow again - how annoying for you!

Should I be checking my line progress now? I don’t know whether to buy some on holiday to keep tracking

@LS2020 it’s crazy isn’t it! You don’t feel any different really initially. Has it sunk in yet? Bet you are buzzing ☺️😍. I wouldn’t worry about progression, you’ve got a really strong positive. Depends how you feel tho? I tested with the digitals until I got a 3+ then I didn’t test again. It’s a personal preference really.

Glad you can see what I’m seeing! I’ve turned into a POAS addict!! My boobs just feel so odd so can’t shake the feeling! Got these on a strip aswell, got some cheap b&m ones! I’m just not sure!

@mumof23188 yeah it’s deffo odd, before when I’d think of being pregnant I’d get like excited flutters and I don’t have that yet so think it’s shock and I haven’t had a spare moment yet today or been in private to just sit and consider it. I’ve had the oh shit I have to push this melon out panic though 😂 my OH hasn’t stopped beaming all day.

Yeah I think I might just wait til AF hopefully doesn’t show and maybe give another test to reassure myself but yeah to get such a positive on not early and a digital I feel has to be strong?

Hmm can’t see anything on ic but mine was a bfn today so now I don’t like them 😂

@LS2020 oh bless you, will take time to believe it. Takes time to sink in. Just so happy for you after trying for so long. Hahaha 😂 yeah there’s that. It’s worth it tho 😃. Yes good idea, Your test is such a strong positive. Ahh I know it’s not easy to see. Looks like a little smudge. Defo something there but never used these tests before so I don’t know if there’s always something there!

@mumof23188 I see something on all of them. Quick question, the clear& simple in the 1pack were lighter than the 2pack! Which pack did you get? I got some 2 packs for £1 and some 1 packs for £1 and they look identical but the 2pack tests were so much clearer! Like they had more dye.

@LS2020 I wouldn’t check for line progression if I was you, do the digi in a week if you want. I only do it because I’ve had 5 losses in total (1 years ago and 4 early losses this year) and I’m completely paranoid. It keeps me reassured bht if you’ve no reason to I wouldn’t! Go and enjoy your holiday!

Ps sensitive boobs was my first symptom and not overly sensitive just different than usual xxx

@Mrsi2020 I am so glad you can! Does help to know I am not mad 😂. I got the two pack and a couple of packs of the 79p strips. If I get another faint line I might buy some more FRER! They’re just so much money but they are good for early testing. My boobs are just constantly tingling, it’s weird!! How are you today? Hope you have a overly weekend!

@mumof23188 yeah that’s it it’s been so long I’m just not caught up yet. I think in my head I need AF to not show to be physically real? Keep just wondering if I had a false set of tests 😂

@Mrsi2020 thanks for the advice. I think I might test on holiday just to see it, be nice to see a later digital too but yeah will try just chill out on holiday... although I must have some sort of insomnia as I’ve only slept 2 hours and I’m wide awake... is it excitement??

Hi ladies,

Got my dye stealer and also 2-3 weeks on a digital hooray! Still petrified but hopeful this is a positive sign. I want to book an early scan but can’t decide when to book it for, according to my LMP I’m 5+3 but if I go by ovulation I’m 4+2 (I have long cycles so I don’t think the dating from my LMP will be right as I know I didn’t ovulate until 27th August and my first day of LMP was 7th August) I don’t wanna go too early and not see anything. Any advice or suggestions?

Also struggling to sleep, I wake up every day at 4am!!

Morning @Littlebee1990 show us a pic! I’m jealous! Here’s mine today.... if I was you I’d book it for 7 weeks from lmp so you should see heartbeat either way..... mine is booked for 2nd October and it feels forever away! 20 sleeps , not counting or anything 😳 xxx

I was actually thinking of booking it for 3rd October as I’ll be somewhere between 7-9 weeks then. Feels like such a long way away but reading your 20 sleeps actually doesn’t!

I’m too scared to book it because I had to cancel it all last time after my early miscarriage 😩🙈 Ive told myself I’ll contact them Monday and book if all still ok. Xx

I’ve booked one every time I’ve gotten preg and have had to cancel before. Tbh they were amazing and refunded deposit and all even tho they didn’t have to. I’d rather risk having to cancel it than not getting one then in a couple of weeks . That 2nd of October was the only day that week that was still available and dh is off work so I’m just hoping I need it and it’s all good. Xxx

@Mrsi2020 I just checked and they’ve got 16 appointments that weekend so I’m going to keep an eye but will contact Monday to hopefully book (they held my deposit). Still doesn’t feel real, I have no symptoms apart from sleeping absolutely terribly xx

@Littlebee1990 you should be fine then , and it’ll only be 18 sleeps then hahaha!
