@acaciabluebell good call on getting your test results sent through to you - this is something I always wish I had done. At the time I just took their word for it when they said all was ok, then I lost track of what they had tested etc!
For PCOS I think you have to tick a certain number of boxes. I'm still pretty sure I've got undiagnosed PCOS tbh. An internal scan will show you how many antral follicles you have, and if its very high then it's possibly PCOS. Mine was 35 follicles in both ovaries, she said the threshold had recently been changed, so basically if she had done that scan before the guideline changes then I would be diagnosed with PCOS, but because they changed they were considered 'normal'. I'm still not convinced though as I have a couple of other symptoms too. Have they offered you a scan yet? They might not do if your tests were clear (I only got it because it was part of the fertility clinic tests). If not try and push for it to put your mind at rest/get treatment if needed.
When it comes to hormone levels, this is my experience: all mine were clear except prolactin over a year ago, so they had booked my in for an internal scan, which was cancelled because I got pregnant. 6 months later my prolactin levels were within normal range, so this is something which can change. I had 'suspected PCOS' because of the proclactin levels, and I wonder if I had a scan at the time with 35 antral follicles, maybe they would have diagnosed it then 🤷♀️
This feels like a messy post but I hope it makes some sort of sense!
