As soon as AF disappears, which will be soon 🤞 me & my partner will be ttc :)
I've been keeping an eye on my cycles for a little while using the flo app & have been taking pregnacare.
Is there anything else we should know or do to help prepare ourselves? :)
Exited to go on this roller coaster of a journey & as no one knows of our plans would be lovely to hear off people ttc too :) xx

@maudesid all treatments were on but still no sauna/jacuzzi. So we had a swim and some massages, it was lovely! Got home last night. I keep seeing so many cycles being messed up when something new it added so I’m too scared to change anything!

@RLou3 are you feeling better/less stressed? @rosiej95 any sign of anything yet? 🤞🏻

@Amy259 still no AF 🤷🏼‍♀️ think your right it could be the vitamins.

I mean.. I've never been this late ever...is it worth ringing docs? Best to just leave it & see? What can the docs even do? 😂🙈
So many questions & im angry at my body as well 😂 it's our anniversary in a couple of weeks it'll be just my luck AF will be around then 😂🙈

@rosiej95 I’m sure someone has told me before that the docs make you wait until you’ve “missed” 3 periods I think? Not 100% on that though! Have you stopped the vitamins? That’s so annoying for you - I’d be climbing the walls. I’m so impatient and feeling like ttc is literally just about waiting for everything all the time 😂

I think I'm more annoyed about the fact it's happened when I'm ttc 🙈

I thought I was a patient person tbf 😂 cycle 2 ttc... I have realised I'm actually not 😂😂

@rosiej95 I feel for you, I don't think the Dr's could do much but I've had two 45 day cycles since February and it is so frustrating!

I'm finding the whole thing so stressful I've cried twice this week and not even at ovulation yet! Just convincing myself it won't happen

@maudesid totally feel you! Really is a horrible process ! I don’t understand how anyone can enjoy this constant waiting, hoping, wishing and not knowing. Totally out of our control. When are you expecting ovulation? Have you DTD much 😩

@Amy259 feeling better now that ovulation is over so I know there’s nothing more I can do... by this time last cycle (2dpo) I was literally googling everything, obsessed. I feel calmer but I guess it’s early days of the evil 2ww!! Where are you with your cycle? Xx

@beckyBP how are you getting on? Have you ovulated? Did you manage to DTD much? Xx

I’m thinking I must’ve ovulated this weekend (Saturday likely) I got my smiley face on CB digital ovulation test on Thursday. DTD that morning and then again on Friday evening.... waiting game now... again xxxx

@RLou3 hey doll. I think I'm ovulating today. I haven't done opks this month. I've had A LOT going on and just not had the head space for testing etc but we're DTD at least every other day so hopefully we've covered ovulation.

@RLou3 fingers crossed for your tww! I got my flashing smiley today and normally it goes solid 2/3 days later so I’m guessing I should hit peak around wed/thurs and ovulate around Friday-ish... who knows 😂

@beckyBP was it quite nice to feel distracted from opk life? Very impressive that you managed to dtd every other day even though you’ve been so busy!! When DH or our life in general is busy I’ve got no chance for every other day 😂 we’re about every 3/4 days but have been a bit more with all our lovely recent events.

@Amy259 do you know what, yes it really is! I've just been super overwhelmed with everything in life (houses, work, lockdown etc) but it has been a distraction from TTC emotions. I know what you mean though.. sometimes it's the last thing you want!

My technique is to make him wait a bit after AF to hopefully get more in the fertile window 😂

@beckyBP @RLou3 sounds like you're both in the tww? fingers tightly crossed for you! Pleased you've managed to switch off from ttc stress a bit @becky sorry you're so busy with other things though, I'm glad to be back at work this week to distract me a bit!
I think I'm ovulating roughly next mon/tues so dtd last night and hoping to every other day until then..! How you doing @Amy259? Sounds like our tww will fall about the same time!

@maudesid I think I’m due to ovulate maybe Friday or Saturday, I reckon I’ll get my peak tomorrow. This week has been a bit weird though, we had a lovely time away and it feels like we’ve come back home to the stress of ttc. So I don’t hold out much home of dtd much over the next couple of days - we did yesterday and dh just wasn’t into it. The pressure of it really gets to him and even when I don’t mention ovulating etc he knows it must be about that time so is always suspicious when I initiate - even if I just want to dtd! Was a bit down about it all yesterday, but we’ll see!

Am going to go back to my pregnacare vitamins 😂 never had a problem with AF being this late on those before.

@maudesid yes in the TWW! We didn't manage to DTD everyday, every other though so 🤞🏽 we've had an offer accepted on a new house but found out Monday I'm potentially being made redundant so it's like 🤯

Glad being back at work is a good distraction for you. Good luck for ovulation this month!

Feeling better today thanks! I did a random opk at 7pm last night and it was verrry positive so I think I’m ovulating today. DH randomly came to bed very loving last night by luck so we dtd, which I’m delighted about! We probably won’t dtd today but have the last two and I’ll aim for tomorrow but hopefully I’m already covered.

Oh @beckyBP I'm so sorry to hear that you may be made redundant that's stressful! I hope the TWW goes quickly for you sounds like you dtd plenty. I think I'll ovulate somewhere between sunday and wednesday.. so we are currently DTD every other day to try and make sure we don't miss it hope we manage to keep it up!

So this morning I had a pretty strong positive cheapie opk so did the clear blue and had a static smiley (never seem to get the flashing smiley face just goes from nothing to peak) so I'm thinking I'll ovulate tomorrow. DTD Tuesday, Thursday and this morning and will tomorrow or Monday if my temp hasn't spiked yet! I struggle with everyday as with endometriosis it gets uncomfortable! Just glad to be in this month!

@maudesid ahh how exciting! I think I ovulated on Thursday so our tww will be similar - nice to have a buddy haha.
And I definitely think you’ve covered all the bases 😂 some evidence says every two days is better anyway as it lets sperm regenerate so there’s more little swimmers to try and find your egg!

@Amy259 That's good then I can't manage every day! Also we started Tuesday (CD13) because last month I Ov'd around CD21 but my cycle length varies so didn't want to miss it but was a little worried incase we had to keep going for two weeks no offence DH! Ahh our tww should be very similar we can try and keep each other sane!

@maudesid I think my DH would move out if I suggested every second day for that long 😂😂 you’ll be delighted the way it worked out! We maybe should’ve dtd once more, we didn’t on O day but did the two before so I won’t beat myself up over it.
I’m determined not to test at all unless af is late, I don’t want to go through getting my hopes up after my chemical last month but we’ll see - I think I’ll know either way anyway, my symptoms last month were completely different to before af.

Hi girls! Omg I've literally taken a test about 30 mins ago... my fertility friend is saying that I'm 8DPO. All day I've felt like I've done 10000000 sit ups and I definitely haven't! I was googling loads and saw a few people say they had that symptom before BFP. Went to get in the bath and thought.. I'm just gna test... WTF!!!!!
