I'm CD11, waiting for something (anything) to happen this month 😂. Only taking my Inofolic Alpha this cycle and nothing else.

Hope I've tagged everyone xx

@Firevie this is my most recent chart and I'm now 6+4 weeks pregnant. So don't worry about dips. It can't go up forever and I've never seen a flat line. I stopped temping at the point it ends as it was starting to drive me mad and just wanted to see if AF arrived. Of course it didn't! Try not to worry too much x

@Firevie I just done my first yoga session, hopefully I will continue. It made me feel really tired 😂😂 is that normal xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 08:04

Thanks @fafi - this looks very encouraging! Wishing you all the best and a healthy pregnancy! Xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 08:05

@Lollol86 well done for your first yoga session!! Which one did you do? No issues with feeling tired - if you’ve never done it before your body will need to get used to it but it will def help! Well done again! Keep going xx

fafi · 04/08/2020 08:06

@firevie thank you 🥰 all the best for you x

VP91x · 04/08/2020 08:25

@MichT4 right, I'm going to remind you every night to have breakfast 😂😂

Yeah, I done one, it was low and pointless 🙄 anyway only CD13 (had to check on my app).

Yeah I think in general I'd start at 9/9.30 maybe 8.30 at the earliest. Finish at 5.30 I think today, I haven't been given much info about this week said I'd get everything today, so just going with it, haha.

@Firevie as the others said try not to worry too much about a one day dip (even though I always do🙄) as it is most likely an estrogen surge that cuases a dip a few days post ov 🥰

Thanks all for your good luck wishes for today!❤️❤️

@Firevie I done the one you suggested. I didn't feel worn out tired, I think it just really relaxed me does that make sense? Xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 08:48

@VP91x thank you!!! And good luck today 🥳🥳
@Lollol86 ah great! Yes totally get what you’re saying and that’s the point of yoga to relax your body and mind! Well done and keep it up! Xx

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 08:56

@Firevie I will definitely keep going and see how I get on. Do you just do the free ones on YouTube? Xx

fafi · 04/08/2020 09:10

@VP91x Good luck today!

Firevie · 04/08/2020 09:33

@Lollol86 yay! Yep just doing the free ones on YouTube. I did the fertility yoga to thicken uterine lining this morning - this is a good one. You should try it. Link Below

MrsK21 · 04/08/2020 09:40

@VP91x good luck on your first day at work today! Hope it goes well and your new boss is lovely! X

@MichT4 I struggle to have breakfast in the mornings too! When I was pg, my DH would practically force me to eat and I'd be heaving from it. I've been trying savoury homemade breakfast muffins that I make ahead on weekends, maybe you could try something like that or a smoothie?

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 10:08

@Firevie thank you I will try that one tomorrow, so you mind posting your daily ones? Xx

Northernsoul90 · 04/08/2020 10:13

@VP91x Good luck today!! Xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 10:16

@Lollol86 sure I am happy to post one every morning after I’ve done it. Xx

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 10:19

@Firevie thank you, I find the tww really stressful so trying to find ways of relaxing and taking my mind off of it xx

Pugprincess · 04/08/2020 10:23

Morning all. My discharge has gone slightly darker this morn, def got some brown in it. I can only hope it’s IB rather than AF but I didn’t get any IB with pregnancy before so to me it’s a bad sign. I’m 😓

Firevie · 04/08/2020 10:23

@Lollol86 yoga will help. What I also do every morning is listening to Rob Dial on Spotify- mindful mentors. It is not about fertility but generally about controlling your thoughts and how to be positive. I really enjoy it. Give it a go if you like xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 10:24

@Pugprincess when would your AF be due? Apologies I can’t remember. It is so hard to think positively when negative thoughts start creeping in. Can you distract yourself somehow? Xx

CasperFlamingo · 04/08/2020 10:27

I've been absent on here for a few days and boom! BFPs all over! Congrats to you all!

A little update from me. Been counting my teeny tiny bleeding after MC as AF - fell on the right dates and lasted the right amount of time. Did a PG test (or 10) in case it was implantation bleeding, but always negative.

However, been OPKing since and am on day 13 and no sign of anything OV related. Pre MC I was clockwork, with rises from day 12 and surge and OV on day 14/15. I kmow it's probably too early to panic about it, but now very worried I won't ovulate ever again (completely rational, I know!!!). Any advice / comfort?!

Pugprincess · 04/08/2020 10:32

@Firevie I’m 9dpo ovulation now so I would say it’s 5 days away if I get my full 14 day luteal phase, so maybe Sunday Monday time. Hopefully this is going to be the hardest one out the way with? Did anyone else find the first one after mc the hardest emotionally? Crying again now. I just wanted a quick fix from this torture, I can’t face years more of this, I know it might not be that way but from my past experience I can’t help but worry that I’ve lost my only chance. I was really hoping for the more fertile thing. I know I’m not out yet but it’s not a great sign for me from my experience x

Pugprincess · 04/08/2020 10:37

Sorry to sound dramatic but I just feel like my body is one big fuck up at the moment. X

Firevie · 04/08/2020 10:47

@Pugprincess I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way but understand it’s normal to feel low! Going through MC is horrible and emotions will always come and go. But I think it’s important to let our bodies and minds heal also and what I keep telling myself is that I need to trust that my healthy baby is on its way. Bettina Rae puts it quite nicely in the video I posted yesterday. She has also videos where she talks about her MC journey maybe you should take a look? Just trust your baby will come to you when the time is right / be it now, next month or in a couple of month but the truth is that your baby WILL come! I have found that meditation, yoga, listening to rob dial and writing in my gratitude journal is helping me. Obv I have bad days too and I’m only 3dpo so I will get more antsy closer to 10dpo but I’m really trying to just let nature take its course and trust it will happen xx

SmileyT · 04/08/2020 11:21

@MichT4 my OH was like 'ahh I hate reality tv' 🙄 but I knew he'd get hooked we were both laughing our heads off at the Scottish dad talking about the first guy looking like a right dork 😂 I had a McChicken sandwich meal and it went down a bloody treat. Is this next holiday the one with your fam? x

@2020wish think gaviscon is okay but best to check, ahh strange you are bloated if there is no blockages 🙈 I honestly feel like food was just sitting in my stomach and just not passing through, which just made me feel like 💩 yeah I'm just chilling for the first trimester apart from some yoga and I've got some super light weights but makes sense to check with MW first ☺️

@Pugprincess ahh, I'm sorry you are feeling low, is there anything you can do today to take your mind off of it? I definitely found the first AF after MC the hardest, because I'd fallen by accident I was so convinced I'd be pregnant and when it didn't happen I was devastated but shortly after I realised it was a new cycle and fresh start and picked myself up, bought some new supplements and started counting down to FW again x

@VP91x let us all know how you get on... work is busy but strangely I'm so not stressed at the moment. My manager has been off the last couple weeks so we'll see if I feel so calm when she is back x

@Firevie yeah the month I caught my temps were my least stable and dropped below coverline twice so don't count yourself out. Sounds like you are well set up for the day and hope this work client thing gets sorted for you x

@Lollol86 when I do a beginners yoga session I feel like dozing off afterwards, so nice and relaxing 🧘‍♀️

@CasperFlamingo I know it's easier said than done but your body may still be adjusting a bit and just remember that even if your cycle is slightly different following MC this doesn't mean that it isn't doing what it needs to it may just be a slightly new normal for you x

MichT4 · 04/08/2020 11:24

@Pugprincess I completely agree with everything @Firevie just said.

I am so sorry you are feeling like this, and believe me I have been there. But we must trust our bodies. I have found myself many times thinking it's not working properly, or that it's broken forever, but then I realised how tough I was being on myself, and wondering how I expected my body to do anything positive when I was so negative towards it.
You are only 10DPO, and this could be anything at this stage. If it is AF, then it's a sign of a quick reset, which is a positive thing - even though it might not feel it, and I do understand it may not do. Being in the same position (first cycle post MC), I am keeping hopeful that I'll catch quickly, but I also think if AF arrives I will probs have a little wobble, but am trying hard to remember that that will mean hormones are regulating, and it's another month and another chance.

Please don't feel bad towards yourself, or blame your body. It's working hard for you and you will get your baby - when you do it will be because everything is in tip top condition

@MrsK21 I just had a chocolate croissant - not ideal for my healthy eating but it's curbed the sicky hunger feeling! I need to be more prepared - I am OK with brekkie, I just am lazy! How are you?

@CasperFlamingo hello! Sounds like a similar rational thought I'd have. Keep with it - there have been a few blank to peak quite quickly recently. Doesn't mean it won't happen at all, just might surprise you. Are the lines looking darker at all? xx
