I'm CD11, waiting for something (anything) to happen this month 😂. Only taking my Inofolic Alpha this cycle and nothing else.

Hope I've tagged everyone xx

@SmileyT yeah the next one is a week in the Lakes with my sister and co. Can't wait - just hope lockdown doesn't rear it's ugly head before then. Typically I think AF is due the day we go, which is great for not having to try and DTD in a caravan, but annoying for my blood tests. Doc was like 'there's always next month' but no thanks, I'll just have it a little late!
Then a week after we get back, puppy time!!

How long til you jet off on the holiday I'm not jealous of at all...? xx

CasperFlamingo · 04/08/2020 11:30

@MichT4 I am using femometer and just getting the control line. Nothing else. Have also been using the Clearblue ones as well (as was using those before getting PG anyway) to compare results and been getting blank circle as well.

Pugprincess · 04/08/2020 11:38

@SmileyT @MichT4 @Firevie
Thanks I will try to keep busy once I’ve picked myself back up. Not even eaten breakfast yet. I’ve ordered the calc Fluor which should come today so I’m going to start taking that today until af comes and then I plan to order evening primrose oil for the first two weeks of cycle. I’m also planning to try and get more veg down me cause I’m ok with fruit but lucky if I get one veg portion a day. Wondering whether to switch from pregnacare original which is meant for when you are actually preg to the conception one? (Fell preg on the original though). Anything else I can take or do? Plan to do the yoga today at some point and go for dog walk x

Firevie · 04/08/2020 11:41

@SmileyT thank you!! It’s okay now I have work on my mind lol. It just never ends does it this worrying thing with us women!

Now I want McDonald’s 🙈 but I think it will be leftover tuna pasta from yesterday for lunch. Breakfast was plant based Cereal and an orange
@Northernsoul90 how are you today? Did you do your yoga today? Xx

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 11:43

@SmileyT ohhhh so glad I'm not the only one 😂😂

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 11:45

@MichT4 when you say the lakes where is that? Xx

Northernsoul90 · 04/08/2020 11:53

@Pugprincess Sorry that you are feeling rubbish today. As the other ladies have said it's completely understandable after mc, not that it makes it any easier 😣. I've had a bit of a wobble as well I've had period type pains on and off all morning and I did the silly thing of googling last night about why I've not had a period yet. I've now worked myself up into thinking if I get bfn and af doesn't appear something is wrong - I'm scared about adhesions. On Monday it will be 9 weeks since my mva and no period since. If it is a bfn this weekend I'm going to have to go to my GP, my mind wanders to dark places and I'm now panicking that some damage has been caused. I'm an anxious person anyway and this just makes it all worse. I'm going to take @Firevie
advice and have a look at some Bettina Rae videos and maybe try and get back into meditating again xx

@Firevie No I haven't this morning I've worked myself up a bit and couldn't focus on anything. I've just come food shopping and then may do one later! You are inspiring me to do one ☺️ they really do help. How are you? Xx

Pugprincess · 04/08/2020 12:03

@Northernsoul90 sorry to hear you are feeling crap too 😞

Firevie · 04/08/2020 12:04

@Northernsoul90 hello 👋! Sorry to hear you’ve had a wobble this morning. If you’re worried then speak to your GP perhaps? I’m sure nothing to worry about but GP will be able to put your mind to rest? I’ve got my post ERPC follow up on Thursday to check that everything’s fine. Do some yoga and meditate it will do you good and treat yourself to some yummy food. I’m okay, thanks, not too focusing on this at the moment as I’ve got work woes on my mind and until I get the work thing resolved I can’t seem to focus on anything work related either so ugh! I’m off on hols this Saturday which seriously can’t come sooner. I really am at the end of my tether

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 12:35

@Northernsoul90 honestly
Our minds are designed to automatically think the worst and google is just awful isn't it. Sending big virtual hugs to you and have everything crossed for this weekend xx

@Firevie where are you going on holiday? Xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 12:40

@Lollol86 I’m from Vienna so I’m going back home to see my mum and dad and my friends. It is also my best friends wedding in two weeks so can’t wait and so grateful that I can go!

MichT4 · 04/08/2020 12:43

@Lollol86 the Lake District - off for a hopefully dry week away!

@Northernsoul90 sorry you are wobbly too. I know it's not the outcome you would want, but at least those pains would suggest something happening, so keep positive if you can. Not long to wait now, but definitely push your GP to do something if you feel like something isn't quite right xx

Northernsoul90 · 04/08/2020 12:44

Thank you @Pugprincess @Firevie @Lollol86 I'm the worst for googling and then overthinking and worrying about health things especially. My plan is to test on Saturday if nothing has appeared and if that's a negative I will contact my doctor on the Monday - just got to try and stay busy and positive until then! Xx

@Firevie That sounds lovely!! I bet you can't wait to see family and friends xx

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 12:51

@Firevie ohhh so jealous, I would love to visit Vienna xx

@MichT4 cor that's a trip isn't it? I'd love to go there but I have travelling for too long 🤣🤣 xx

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 12:51

Hate

MichT4 · 04/08/2020 12:57

@Lollol86 it is a long drive, but with a pitstop it won't be too bad. And once we get there it'll be a delight!

Are you off anywhere?

@Firevie wow that trip sounds amazing, and a wedding thrown in too! Lovely!

@Northernsoul90 I hear ya - I'm a fellow overthinker! xx

Northernsoul90 · 04/08/2020 13:04

@MichT4 Thank you!! It's hard isn't it I just keep thinking if I'm 11dpo today I wouldn't have got my period yet anyway so hopefully things are just moving in the right direction xx

MichT4 · 04/08/2020 13:05

@Northernsoul90 exactly. Don't give yourself a hard time, this could all be great signs that things are happening. What's the plan for keeping busy this week? xx

Firevie · 04/08/2020 13:22

Thanks everyone yes I cannot wait! All my friends will be at the wedding too which will be lovely! And I’m right there with you guys in terms of overthinking but we have to break that habit. I think I have mentioned it before but if you have Spotify listen to Rob Dial - he is so good and hits the nail on the head with things such as overthinking, negative thinking etc!

Lollol86 · 04/08/2020 14:06

@MichT4 yes you will have a lovely time. No I've not got another holiday planned. We were supposed to be going to New York at the end of the year but that's not happening now 😭😭 xx

BEESY90 · 04/08/2020 14:25

Hi everyone i’m 11 dpo from fertility medss if the OPK was right. Its a horrible time. Lovely to read all your stories and not feel alone x

Firevie · 04/08/2020 15:00

Hi @BEESY90 don’t feel alone. This is a lovely group of ladies! We are all in it together! Sending positive vibes xx

chloedancer897 · 04/08/2020 15:55

@Pugprincess I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I was exactly the same last month and was super obsessive the first cycle after my MC, although in retrospect, I really should have just let myself and my body heal, I wasn't ready to be pregnant again. I echo what the others are saying, try not to stress and trust your body, it will do its thing. Remind me how long you've been trying? I've been trying almost 3 years and had MC in May. My first and only so far. I was so over the moon to see that positive test and then I felt so determined to get pregnant ASAP as I'd read so much about being so fertile after MC. I've stopped symptom spotting altogether now because I actually think we are just more in tuned with our bodies and looking out for things. Try to find things to distract you if you can. So hard to do when TTC is all you think about if you're anything like me!

I can't remember who was asking about the difference between pregnant are conception and the normal one but there isn't much. As long as you're taking folic acid, vit D, you need omega 3 which you can get from flaxseed if you do seed cycling and just make sure you're getting enough sleep and looking after yourself. I'm also trying calc fluor this month. I'm sure it'll take a few months to take effect. I also spoke to my SIL who said the only thing that got her pregnant was aspirin which I'll start next cycle and @2020wish swears by it too!

SmileyT · 04/08/2020 16:29

@MichT4 ahh definitely loads of things to look forward to for you over the next month ☺️ I'm so excited for my holiday but it's not for another 14weeks and I haven't had any time off since my MC in March, so by the time I go it'll have been 8 months without a day off and I'll well and truly need it 😴

@Pugprincess how are you feeling now? x

@Firevie ahh that will be a fabulous trip and definitely a great chance to relax and have loads of fun x

BEESY90 · 04/08/2020 17:02

I think I would be terrified to test because I am scared to know result! Is that normal?! X
