I'm CD11, waiting for something (anything) to happen this month 😂. Only taking my Inofolic Alpha this cycle and nothing else.

Please may I ask everyone if they have experienced anything similar after MC. I finished AF 4 days ago, but have spotted 2days since then. Definitely not ovulation bleeding as I’m way too early and also testing early already just due to not knowing my body at the moment.

Any ideas from you lovelies of what this is? Is it normal, does it subside? It was the same last month too, but that continued throughout the cycle due to that being after chemical.

@HappyVibes I don't usually have any spotting post AF, but whenever I have googled spotting (this has happened A LOT), it often says it is common post AF as just old blood slowly coming out, so I am sure it will just subside. If it goes on a few days maybe ask the doc, but as some AF are 5+ days, it could just be the last few bits xx

Thanks @MichT4 I’ve never had it prior to MC. I had it for the whole cycle after both chemicals, and then after the MMC too. Just hoped for it to be clear this cycle I guess given that I’ve had a full AF since previous chemical now. Sure it’ll be nothing to worry about. Wish we could see into our bodies post MC 😊 xx

@chloedancer897 my heart really breaks for you because you sound in so much emotional pain. Completely echo what some of the other ladies have said, spend the next few months focusing on things that make you happy. Eat the food you want, drink all the coffee!! Don't deprive yourself of anything - life is too short! Get rid of the supplements and apps. These things are sometimes more of a hindrance than a help, it sounds like the stress is taking its toll on your body and that's not fair on you. Enjoy things for a while you are absolutely deserving of that.

You're absolutely not a failure, you're a wonderful mother to your two babies and I can't wait to see you get your BFP when it does happen ❤️

@chloedancer897 I’ve just caught up on your news! I’m so sorry but I think you’re taking the right approach in stepping away from it for a while at least. But don’t please ever think bad of yourself and don’t feel guilty! Your body is amazing and has already given you two beautiful children - be thankful for that! Everything else will happen as it is supposed to and when it is supposed. Wishing you and your family all the very best! Keep smiling xxx

@Rb486 Mine have varied some cycles only a couple others I've had about 10! On average 4-5 is the normal for me before static xx

For ladies that track cm I'm interested to know what yours is like after ovulation? I've never tracked mine before so I've no idea what's normal for me.
Mines been very on and off the last couple of days.

@Northernsoul90 thank you 😊 do you know where to buy the refills too? Without buying the reader. I’ve got about 5 left. Amazon seem to be only sell them with the reader and they’re like £30 😳 xx

@Rb486 I have the same issue I've not been able to find the refills on their own I have about 4 readers now 🤦🏽‍♀️. It's really annoying as they are so expensive! Xx

@Northernsoul90 and @Rb486 try eBay for refills as I got some on there without a reader was about £18-£20 for 20 I think 💭

@Northernsoul90 @Pugprincess thank you so much!! I’ll have a look! I’m not spending £30 on a new set! I only paid £16 for my reader and 20 sticks on amazon. Must have been an offer as I can’t find it again now xx

@Rb486 and @Northernsoul90 not 20 I bought 10 sorry for £18.99. But I have found 5 for £7.99 so two lots of those would be £16. Item number is 272408127480

@Pugprincess these are the sticks but it says there for the fertility monitor. Do you think they’d work the same? Xx

@chloedancer897 omg what a beautiful and thoughtful gift! And such beautiful words, bless you. I guess if you haven't taken a break from TTC in ages it can't do any harm to at least try and see how your brain and body adjusts. But at the same time if it's proving too upsetting, you sound like you know yourself well enough to return when the time is right. Good luck with everything.

@Lollol86 Same with the CM, haven't been tracking long enough to know what's normal. TMI...at the moment (11DPO) it's creamy and there's not much of it. Not a clue...

That’s why I use the cheap ones up until I get a line, then switch to those. Depends how routined your cycle is too. Like I knew with mine testing before cycle day 10 was a waste of time. I tested each day with a cheap opk from day 10 and once a line started I switched to one a day cb. That way the pack of 5 could potentially do you for one cycle 😅 @Rb486 and @Northernsoul90

I suspect the fertility monitor might be the snazzy version so maybe not. I’m sure there’s something more expensive than the digital 4 fertile days one...they might be for that...@Rb486

@Pugprincess I think so too. They look exactly the same as the ones in our readers. I’ve just ordered five though so I have 10 now 😊 that should tide me over. Hopefully won’t have to use them new month 😜 xx

@Rb486 aww good stuff! I generally got a circle, then two flashy smiley days then a peak. So if you are jammy you might only use 4 in a cycle. On the cheap opk I could never find my peak and they never went that dark for me 😔 so I just had to go by if there was any kind of line it’s time to get on cb x

@Lollol86 no idea about cm! Never tracked it and I was wondering the same thing today - like I’ve always noticed cm on my knickers or when I wipe but never knew what it meant and still don’t lol
FYI - I e had some creamy looking at the moment but not sure what it means lol xxx
