2WW! Anyone else?

Hi!

Is anyone else in their TWW? Currently 8DPO, I ovulated late this cycle on CD 17 (according to temps and OPK!).
Feel like I'm totally symtpom spotting this month - it's my first cycle after my MMC in June, so desperately hoping for our rainbow 🌈. Been using cheapies, all negative ofcourse 🙈. I have some FRER and trying to hold off until at least 11dpo as that's when I was + before....

Anyone else want to join the wait?

Hey @DancingGiraffe how are you? I’m also 8dpo today! So in the TWW currently! It was my first time using OPKs and this was my 2nd cycle trying. I got a peak at CD 12 so I must have ovulated around that point I think.

I’m sorry to hear about your MMC and here’s some love and baby dust to you! I symptom spotted last month and I drove myself insane and I literally thought I was pregnant. This month I haven’t been but I do feel I’m getting the same symptoms so that probably means AF is coming.

Is this your second? I’m trying for my first currently, I’m 30 so the panic also kicks in! I was tempted to buy some early response that’s and try testing at 11dpo but no idea whether too!

It's so hard not to symptom spot isn' it 🙈 can't help it as this feels exactly as it did with my last pregnancy (the one that ended in MC) - weird cramping sincd 6dpo mainly, but who knows! No this is our first 🤞I came off the implant in January and got my cycles back in March so we are on our third, my last pregnancy made it to 10 weeks so actually in the grand scheme of things it hasn't been that long!

Thank you, baby dust to you too! Was all just a bit of a shock but we are right back on the baby train, so to speak 🤣.

When I tested positive back in April I got a + at 11dpo with FRER and the easy@home from amazon, so might not be!! You never know with the symptoms though, sometimes I feel that I'm just making them up too lol, DH can't understand why I won't wait longer, can't help myself lol. What symptoms are you getting?

I know!! I feel like I’ve been fine up until today because I’ve been so busy and had other stuff going on! Oh wow I’m with you. Fingers crossed for you. I came off the pill around Dec. But only started trying last month!

Did you? I might get a couple - it’s always scary though isn’t it. Hahaha I swear half the time it becomes psychological!!
So got some random hormonal acne? Getting a few cramps and twinges and just feeling rough. So I have no idea but this is also period symptoms and it’s what I had last month and then AF came!! How about you

Do you mind if I join ? I’m due AF Wednesday but I have had some symptoms so I bought 2 frer holding off to test. We’ve been trying for 2 years actually gave up trying booked a holiday etc a couple months ago now this month I have a strong feeling we might have managed to conceive. All I have to go on is really sensitive nipples but it’s not a normal pms symptom for me. How are you all copin?

@AKcheer I know, it's still early though but it's so hard not to be disappointed! Cramps and twinges too, sore boobs and feeling quite tired, it's the cramps that felt quite familiar though, but mother nature can be cruel, eh?? Do you know how many DPO you are? Are you going to wait until AF is due?

Welcome @Blessedbutstressed96! FX for you 🤞🤞nobody ever tells you how stressful or how difficult it can be!! People do say it can happen when you don't even realise so it could be!

Thankyou ! Yes I know it’s such a stressful time, didn’t have any issues with DS so the struggle this time round has been draining! I ovulated on 21st. I plan on testing Saturday with a frer but don’t want to test too early. I’m not usually one for testing I usually wait for AF but I feel different this month so desperate to test. I’ve only got two frer in the house so trying to hold off. How long have yous been trying ?x

@DancingGiraffe I know! Why are the symptoms so similar ey? It is frustrating! You just want to know. I always think am I tired, or am I thinking I’m tired! So I think I am 8 dpo. No idea so 11 dpo will be Sunday and I am tempted to but I just don’t know. It my wedding anniversary on Sunday and I’m going for a nice dinner - do I drink wine or not? Do I test and if it’s a No then do I drink wine? It’s so complex.

It’s so stressful isn’t it especially when you want it. I’m quite new to this journey this is my 2nd cycle trying to be honest. I’ve used opks for the first time as well.

Hi @AKcheer I’m fine just desperate to test! We’ve tried so many different things decided to give up and now having symptoms. I ovulated 8 days ago, I’m due af on Wednesday. I’m going to try my best to wait till Saturday to test although if curiosity gets the better of me I’ll test tomorrow ! Aw that’s good you’re just starting and you’re on the right track anyway with what you’re doing! I’ve already got a son who is 4 so I feel like I’m on the clock I don’t want them having any more of an age gap😬 when are you next due af ?x

@DancingGiraffe I'm 7 DPO and also had a MMC in June!
I've also had some weird cramping over the last 2 days but trying not to read into it!
So hard not to symptom spot.

Not overly sure when I ovulated but had EWCM between 18th-23rd so am in my tww somewhere.
Last night I was extremely bloated so much so that I couldn’t sleep for so long and today it’s just as bad. Also been having back aches and dull headaches too.
I had this about 6/7 days before I got my bfp end of May.
I’m not really looking into anything but we shall see x

@AKcheer I know the feeling! I reckon if it's neg for now you'll be okay! But hopefully you'll have a pos for you anniversary! 🤞🤞

@Jadeb1995 Sorry for your loss, one of the worst feelings isn't it? At least our cycles returned fairly quickly 🤞.

@Blessedbutstressed96 Oh no! Worst feeling ever isn’t it! Symptoms might be a good sign though. It’s hard to differentiate them though between periods right!? Try and remain patient but if you have the urge let us know!! Aww how sweet you have a 4 yr old! I bet they want a little brother or sister as well!! My AF is due on 6th August!

@AKcheer yes it’s so hard waiting. Yes it is because the symptoms can be so similar it is difficult. I had a chemical pregnancy march last year it’s been quite the rollercoaster. I’m going to try not test until at least Saturday but will keep you updated! Yes poor soul has started telling people Santa is brining his mum a baby😔 so would be a lovely surprise if it turned out to 2 lines , time will tell. You’re due the day after me ! Fingers crossed for everyone

Hi ladies, can I join you? I’m 9dpo so similar to you all. AF due next Tuesday and I definitely plan on waiting to test this month. Last month i tested at 10dpo and got a bfn and it really made me down so I think it will be better to wait. I had so many unusual symptoms that I was convinced I was pregnant.

This month no symptoms whatsoever except for insomnia but that started at 1dpo so probably just progesterone rather than a pregnancy symptom.

@LuckyFlash of course you can join. It’s so disappointing getting a bfn. I usually wait but I haven’t had symptoms in so long, now I’ve actually gotten the tests I’m starting to think it’s all in my head. I think I’ll test tomorrow but af not due till Wednesday so probably too early but can’t help it this month.

@LuckyFlash Hey how you doing? Oh no well we can wait together! Do you plan waiting until your AF is due then? Hopefully it’s a positive for you. It’s so hard seeing the BFN. Last month I convinced myself I was pregnant LOL I really wasn’t.

Definitely going to wait until AF is due. I’m off on holiday on Saturday so actually feeling positive whatever the outcome. If it’s BFP then brilliant but if it’s BFN at least I can have a drink and enjoy time with my family to take my mind off it 😀 I’m going to pack 1 FRER and my mooncup so I’m prepared for anything haha

Hi can I join? I had a MC in April, it took 9 weeks for me to get AF back had 2 weeks and AF came again, so I'm a bit all over apparently but DH and I are trying still for our rainbow baby. I haven't been doing tests to see when I ovulate purely as my cycles seem a bit wonky going by the last few months but roughly working it out I should have done so 21-25th and AF due 11th August, fingers crossed for a nice BFP hopefully anyway! Wishing all BFP's for everyone! Xx

@Rundle90 Hey I’m so sorry to hear about your MC. I’ve noticed a lot of people saying AF is all over the place after MC. At least you think you may no when you ovulated that’s good - fingers crossed for you! Here’s hope to your BFP!!

@LuckyFlash good idea! Wish I had that much self control 🙈 stell neg with cheapies at 9dpo today so slowly losing hope - it is still early though! I'll maybe try a FRER 10dpo tomorrow...af is due Tuesday for me, but I have a feeling it will be late because I didn't ovulate until CD17 which is unusual for me!

@DancingGiraffe so I don’t even have any tests at home so ordered some on amazon today! But going to hold out until Sunday. I’ve had some spots which are similar to my period spots on my face so might be out :(

I guessing I’m about 9dpo but could be more, but woken up with awful nausea and an awful taste in my mouth.
Not going to test until Monday though. Feel so crappy

Fingers crossed! I'm hoping I have ovulated and fingers crossed we got the timing right too! Just going to wait and see but it's difficult, I know exactly what you lovely ladies mean about wanting to just grab a test and go for it, but I don't want to do it too early incase I get a false negative and get myself down if that makes sense?

Especially after DH and I got our hopes up that we some how got lucky after my MC and conceived then considering it took so long for AF to actually return. I was 100% symptom spotting then, sore boobs, heartburn, tired, feeling sicky and bloating but I now put that down to everything after the miscarriage sadly.

AF is 100% all over after a miscarriage, everything you get told or read from the hospitals didn't match up to me atall, so I was worried something bad had happened. But thankfully she returned! (Only time in my life I was wishing for AF if I am honest)

Just to update you all, done frer was negative af due Wednesday so either tested too early or I’m out this month. Fingers crossed for you all
