We’re nearly full so made us another thread!

How is everyone?

I’m 6DPO CD31.. going to be a 40+ day cycle.. as if 30 doesn’t feel long enough!! Nothing to report aside from that.

@1992EM I still can't believe you haven't tested yet! I've just had my FRERs arrive and I have no idea how I'm going to hold off testing 🙈

I have everything crossed for you!

My heart rate is currently at 64bpm and I reckon based on my last dip on 16th Nov down to 56bpm that was when i ovulated. Hopefully it increases again tonight but who knows

@Smushty14 I know i am surprised by myself 🤣 if I wasn't having to go into work I would but the thought of getting either result then having to work all day puts me off . I also don't no if I could cope with another BFN. I normally am champing at the bit to test but this month I haven't had the same urge. Also haven't really got any symptoms except feeling a bit queasy and light headed and at the same time have no AF symptoms either so no idea what is going on 🙈 i have everything crossed you get your BFP soon . That looks good with your heart rate ♥

Smushty14 · 25/11/2020 22:47

@1992EM I'm looking forward to Saturday where hopefully AF won't have arrived by then for you 🤞🏻 Plus it's my birthday so hopefully that is your good luck charm!

Ah I'm working from home for the foreseeable future so that makes it a bit easier than having to go out to work. Is Saturday your next day off? You've got this 💜

1992EM · 25/11/2020 22:49

@smushty14 thank you so much . Hopefully it is a lucky charm for us both. Yeah I am working until Friday so if AF hasn't shown I will test first thing on Saturday. When I was working from home I spend a fortune on tests 🤣

1992EM · 26/11/2020 06:38

Spoke to soon . AF appeared this morning. Hate how your body tricks you like that. I am going to have a break from here for a bit until I feel a bit more positive about ttc again 💕 good luck @smushty14 hopefully when I come back you will have your BFP xxxx

Smushty14 · 26/11/2020 07:13

@1992EM Oh no! I'm so sorry lovely 😔 it really sucks how our bodies trick us like that.

I completely get having a break from here as it does get quite intense.

Hopefully we will hear from you soon 😘

Littlebee1990 · 26/11/2020 08:28

So sorry @1992EM, hopefully see you back here soon with a BFP ❤️❤️

@smusty14 and @littlebee1990 thank you . Feeling a lot better now. Kept myself busy getting the house cleaned and we have just got a summerhouse so been painting it all weekend. Feeling a lot more positive and ready to focus on ttc again. Cycle 8 . My oh is off when I will likely ovulate and it is also his birthday so who knows what this month will bring . Have ordered some preseed to use this month x

Littlebee1990 · 05/12/2020 09:31

Hi Everyone,

How are you all?

Just wanted to update you that we found out earlier this week we’re expecting a baby boy ☺️ 17 weeks now and so far I still don’t feel pregnant apart from an expanding belly!

Wishing for lots of Christmas BFPs for you all

xxxx

@littlebee1990 aww what lovely news. Congratulations 💙 that will make it seem real now . I am glad you are having a good pregnancy so far. We are trying SMEP this month or roughly . Trying to dtd every 2 days then every day around my peak. I haven't done an opk yet . Will start next week as that is my predicted fertile week. Have preseed at the ready . Will find out on Christmas day either way so it could be an amazing Christmas or one where I drown my sorrows. AF is due boxing day and going to test either Christmas eve or Christmas day so I can drink if I am not . x

Dinosaurus86 · 05/12/2020 12:50

Glad everything is going smoothly @Littlebee1990!

We’ve been having more investigations this month. DP has SA which is normal. Morphology bottom end of normal but count fine, so it seems nothing to worry about there. They have suggested DNA fragmentation test for further analysis.

I had scan and AMH test. AMH ok, and scan fine but possible small polyp. Apparently that shouldn’t really affect fertility but from what I’m reading there’s some disagreement. Next step will be HyCoSy to check tubes and establish whether or not it is a polyp, but not sure if I’ll be able to do it this month as the best time would be right over the Christmas period... Then looking at potential polyp removal but that is £££

Kalecat · 18/12/2020 18:34

How is everyone? Anymore BFPs? I had my 12 week scan yesterday. I was 12+3 and baby was measuring 13+0! Everything looked perfect and the genetic results came back all clear. 😊

Littlebee1990 · 18/12/2020 18:49

Good to hear @Kalecat, so pleased for you. I’m 19 weeks on Sunday, have my 20 week scan on Tuesday.

Been thinking of everyone, would love to see some BFPs ❤️

@kalecat and @littlebee1990 glad you are both keeping well and babies are progressing as they should 💕 I am 8 dpo and tried smep this month . I ovulated earlier than I expected or have done since I started tracking. No symptoms really except cramps if I sneeze since 5dpo . Very random I know 🤣also got the usual swollen boobs but that happens everytime I ovulate. I am due AF on the 23rd which I am grateful for as had I ovulated when I should have , it would have shown on Christmas day. Finished work now and bought some frer to test either the 22nd or 23rd.

Smushty14 · 19/12/2020 19:50

Ahhh congratulations @Littlebee1990 💙

@Kalecat wow! I can't wait to have my scan! So glad the tests came back clear for you.

I'm currently 6+4 and time seems to be dragging!!

Littlebee1990 · 19/12/2020 20:26

@Smushty14 I either totally missed your BFP or I’m congratulating you again.. so sorry and huge congrats!!

@Littlebee1990 ahaha thanks lovely! How are you getting on?

I'm struggling with the nausea especially with wearing a mask too 😔

dogmam · 21/12/2020 10:57

Hi girls

Ahh a little boy @littlebee1990 that's lovely, congrats!

@smushty14 huge congrats! Finally got your bfp and just in time for Christmas, how perfect. Have you told your family yet?

@1992EM how are you? You'll be due to test are you? Keep us updated! How did you find SMEP?

@dinosaurus86 did you decide if you were going for the further tests this month or are you going to wait until the new year?

I'm CD5 and going to order some different opks, I've always used the one step ones but the last batch they were really light, even the control line. Does anyone use anything other than clear blue?

Dinosaurus86 · 21/12/2020 11:47

Glad to hear all the BFPs are doing well!

Thanks @dogmam, how are you getting one? Yes, I’m booked in for the hycosy just after Christmas, assuming it’s not cancelled with all the new restrictions...! Bit nervous! Currently cd2 for me, so a bit down in the dumps - especially as I was a day late this month, so got my hopes up! At least I can have some mulled wine, I suppose!

I’ve only used the clear blue opks so afraid I can’t help there!

1992EM · 21/12/2020 14:16

@dogman I am 11 dpo today and due to test tomorrow or Wednesday. Had some spotting or orange discharge earlier (just once) so not feeling too hopeful 😕. Just waiting to see what happens the rest of the day and if nothing will test in the morning. No symptoms of anything AF or otherwise. Good luck in your cycle. I found the same thing with one step. If I am put I am going to order some more clear blue ones. I know they are expensive but I tend to use one step and then confirm with clear blue.

Smushty14 · 21/12/2020 20:16

Thanks @dogmam 😘 we haven't told anyone yet, I have a scan on Wednesday and then we are hoping to share with our mums on Christmas Day

How are you getting on lovely?

1992EM · 21/12/2020 22:00

Think I am out . Spotting has started. Will test tomorrow so I don't spend tomorrow convincing myself it could be implantation. Then I may just drown my sorrows 🙈 cycle 9 here we come x

Flittingaboutagain · 21/12/2020 22:25

Glad to hear all is well @Littlebee1990

To everyone rolling on towards Christmas and testing soon best of luck. Sorry it hasn't happened yet. I know some of you have been trying for a long time too.

My update is I'm now two days off 11 weeks. My missed miscarriage at the end of August after nearly 2 years TTC was just at 12 weeks so I'm almost passed the awful milestone and holding my breath mode. I'll found out the week after Christmas.

Whatever stage you are at it in trying to become a mum can be hard going hey...so have a lovely peaceful Christmas everyone. Best wishes for 2021.

1992EM · 21/12/2020 22:42

@flirtingaboutagain good luck with your 12 week scan and congratulations. I will have everything crossed that all is well 💕. Nobody tells you the struggles of ttc and carrying a baby. Hope you have a lovely Christmas. I have had a cry, had a candle lit bath, take away and chocolate. Pulled myself together and now just waiting for AF to show and make the most of Christmas. 2020 was clearly not my year but hopefully 2021 will be 💕 .

Dinosaurus86 · 21/12/2020 23:18

Very best of luck for your scan @Flittingaboutagain

I’m sorry about the spotting @1992EM. I would say that doesn’t necessarily mean you’re out (which it doesn’t) but I know it doesn’t always help to get your hopes up. I really thought we might have done it this month - was a day late and had back ache and mild cramping around the time you’d expect implantation. But obviously it didn’t work. I’m also onto cycle 9. 2020 has been an awful year on all accounts so let’s hope for some good news early in 2021!

I am debating whether to try low dose aspirin, which is supposed (perhaps...) to assist implantation, but am not sure whether to do it without dr supervision.
