How is everyone?

I’m 6DPO CD31.. going to be a 40+ day cycle.. as if 30 doesn’t feel long enough!! Nothing to report aside from that.

Also if anyone new would like to join then this is a thread for anyone who wants support and testing for August! Let us know a little bit about you and your TTC journey so far.

I’m 30, cycle 4.. had a early miscarriage last month at 5+3 so my cycle is currently V messed up but now 6DPO and AF due 8th August.

I'm 32, ttc #1, cycle 5, cd6. Due to ovulate on 11th and AF on 23rd. Considering using smep this cycle.

I can't believe its pretty much August already!?! Fingers crossed for lots of August BFPs! 💛

Hi @Littlebee1990 @DoctorBambino I’m 34, TTC #3 DC are 8&7yrs cycle 1, 12DPO, AF due on Sunday 2nd but hoping to test tomorrow ahead of a potentially boozy birthday weekend! Good luck to you all for BFPs xx

I'm 33 TTC #1 and now on cycle 14. I've had some tests done at the doctors which were normal and being referred for a scan at the hospital and to the fertility clinic. I'm CD7 and started taking OPKs yesterday as I ovulate quite early.

Girls...I just got a strong peak OPK with SMU CD5!? WTF??
Anyone got any ideas? My RHR isn't implying pregnancy but I might do a FRER tonight after work just to put my mind at rest as I haven't tested since 11dpo on a cheapie strip (it was blanker than blank) before I had AF like bleeding on 12/13/14dpo...

@mrswilso Oooh that's strange!! What was your AF like? Was it red?

@Fran2020 had spotting evening of 11dpo then light pink to red flow 12/13dpo and some pink/brown tinged CM the morning of 14dpo with a little brown spotting through the day but not a lot...
I definitely thought it was AF and not an IB...

@mrswilso Very strange! Was it lighter/ shorter than your usual AF?

Thanks for new thread. I am 28 , ttc first child and on cycle 4 . I am cd3 of this cycle. My cycle is usually 30 days but ttc seems to have changed that as this month was 28 days.

I'm 25, DH 47, TTC for the first time, on cycle 2 and have a BFP but having to wait a week to confirm pregnancy has continued after some spotting.

@mrswilso that is strange, I'd do a frer asap then get to work DTD if nothing comes up.

@mrswilso Fingers crossed for your test. Hopefully it is BFP. From what I red , implantation can be any colour so long as there is no clots in it. 💕

I am 33 and this will be my 14th cycle trying to conceive #1.

Like @Fran2020 I am going through fertility testing too. I have had blood tests so far and all normal. I have my HSG test on Friday.

@mylittlebean2019 this is where a dye is put through your womb and Fallopian tubes and they can check they aren’t blocked.

Ladies I need some help! I’m in my TWW 6DPO.. I’m away this weekend for a friends birthday and it’ll involve alcohol (not loads but some!) and a hot tub.. worried that if I use the hot tub and drink I could harm the potential of things happening down there.

Am I being ridiculous? 🙈 WWYD?

Hmm...that's a tough one @Littlebee1990
I love a hot (like...so hot I might actually cook) bath and have been avoiding them just because I'd heard extreme heat can sometimes affect implantation but it seems like everything is something to overthink and worry about 🤣
Personally I'd probably avoid the tub and partake in a couple of drinks - but that's just me!

I really don't feel pregnant at all - no symptoms of note - so I doubt it but will let you all know how I get on 😘

@Littlebee1990 I think they advise keeping body temperature at normal levels for implantation so would try to avoid the hot tub or just have a quick dip if you do! A little drink should be fine as if there is an embryo it will be doing its own thing rather than getting nutrients from you that early on.

@littlebee1990 Oh that's a hard one . Why not say you have a uti and that will cover both issues. x

Thank you all so much! I want to enjoy a few V weak drinks as tbh it’s been a shit month! I think I’ll stick with dipping the feet in the tub only and then sulk if I come on my period next week.. bound to bloody happen isn’t it LOL

I'm doing good, found out I'm pregnant again, but not getting my hopes up after last month. However i feel a lot more pregnant this time.
Hopefully this will be a good cycle for you too?I would avoid getting in a hot tub, drinking a couple you will be fine. I got hammered 2dpo! Wouldn't recommend it though!xx
