Update on me CD12 - in FW waiting on ovulation. On Soy Iso this month and doing a (reduced) SMEP approach. 🥰

@VP91x I’m ok today thank you lovely. Just impatient now, as is the way in every stage of TTC. I’m still so sad, but it helps to know positive steps are being taken. I feel like now it’s waiting to see that I either miraculously ovulate and catch first cycle or get my tests on the move and both seem like a good thing to have at the end of this first cycle.
How are you? How are the OPK lines?

@chloedancer897 I think it sounds promising too. Excited for your test tomorrow.

@MichT4 I really hate the TWW and pretty much every part of TTC too, my impatience is bad at the best of times, and this whole process has given me so anxiety it's unreal. It got so bad last week I was struggling to concentrate at work.

@VP91x how are the bunnies doing? I bet they're a good distraction as well. Trying to convince my DH to let me get a kitten but he's having none of it

@MichT4 yeah you must be full of mixed emotions, I think you will probably ovulate - just a case of when, but hopefully your cycle won't be too delayed 🤞. At least there are next steps in both cases 🥰.

I'm okay! OPKs are dark but not peak, trying not to look too much into it as the CB must have detected something and as I was a bit crappy with the cheapies yesterday might have missed a proper surge. Anyway only time and temps will tell! Have felt really twingey and still had the nausea/headache this morning. I'm feeling hopeful, x

Thank you everyone. What a rollercoaster. I was going to test today but I knew I'd be in work all day and would rather test when I'm off. Sometimes I think symptoms aren't a good sign. I never had symptoms with my others 😐

@MrsK21 it’s awful at times isn’t it. I booked a night away for me and OH in a couple of weeks as I want to start doing things and not just focusing so hard on this. It’s always there of course, but I need it to be a part of life, not consume it - for my sanity!

@chloedancer897 I’m not too bad thank you. Funny you should say about testing at work. I’m wondering how I’m going to navigate OPKs when I’m in the office. Can’t walk in there with my pot 😂

@VP91x how cute! The one floppy ear has finished me off lol OH has never had a pet growing up or any of his family / friends! So I think it's a fear of the unknown. Hoping he will come round to the idea soon enough!

@MichT4 that's a lovely idea. Hopefully gives you both some time to just relax and switch off too.
I've been thinking about the OPK and pee pot situation too!!! the closest solution I got to was bringing it home in a sample pot!?!

@MichT4 could you get a small little pouch and get a bag of disposable shot glasses from poundland pop a couple in there, then you could pee, test and just throw it? Xx

You know if I do preg test and it’s negative does that mean I’m safe to have sex as in cervix will be closed? Had some blood this morn but it’s calmed right down now. No pains today at all. I’m really tempted to try if this means il ovulate soon? I have some cheap and I think some expensive ovulation tests left. I better order some more clear blues. I like the definite answer on those. I find the cheap ones the lines can confuse and mislead me. X

@chloedancer897 I thought the very same last week, no other symptoms on 2 previous pregnancies but I got my BFP last friday 8dpo. Best of luck to you, your symptoms were exactly like mine, still are!

We are just going to a fairly local pub that has rooms. They are doing an offer on stays in the next 6 weeks, so thought it would be nice to book a meal there on the Saturday, we can both have a couple of drinks and not worry about driving. Then a stay and breakfast. Hopefully I miraculously am fertile and we have a romantic setting for a change of scenery DTD.

@MrsK21 you won’t need the OPK/pee pot solution! 🤞🏼

@Northernsoul90 I feel so relieved. It’s taken some pressure off because as I said, much as I’d be delighted if we caught again before AF, it means that I’m not dreading it coming. It’ll mean the start of some tests and it’s nice to know they are waiting for me.

There are so many BFPs this month. I’ll be alone on this bus soon. Please, if you don’t mind, can you stay around until I’m back off the bus ladies xx

@Rebecca1992 have you had AF since your MC? I think you said this is your first cycle? Am I remembering correctly?

@MichT4 the pub stay sounds lovely! I'm sure your body and cycle will recover quickly if you'd ovulated and got cycles back quickly after the first mc. It's just crap you're having to deal with this again.
I hope I won't need it but I'm trying to mentally set up myself up for a BFN so I'm not disappointed.
You defo won't be alone! I fully intend to hang around if and when I get my BFP and I'm sure others will too (and have been!) You ladies have really made the process of grieving through a mc and trying again a lot easier for me personally. I never thought a group of strangers off the internet would help me as much as you all have and I feel like I've got to know some of you through the screen so well! Please don't lose that positive mental attitude you mentioned yesterday @micht4 xxx

MIL is still here and driving me nutty, I'm fearful she's going to end up staying another night and I just want a quiet evening in my pjs with no bra on 😩😩 xx

@MrsK21 after the first MC I got AF 4 weeks later - shortest ever cycle! But I may not have ovulated. But if that happens again then I get the tests sooner. Will just have to see how this pans out, but booking things certainly helps.
It is crap, it’s really really devastating. I fear I could get myself in a bad place if I let it so I’m just trying to be proactive instead.
I agree about this group, that’s why I stuck around too, although obviously I hoped I wouldn’t be back in for this situation. Such a lovely bunch and I hope we all stick around until this officially becomes a pregnancy group xx

@MichT4 I hope your keeping well stay positive!! I had Mc bleeding 19th June (I classed that of day 1 of new cycle) I bled for 4 days and started opks when I stopped bleeding. I got my peak on July 2cd and tested last friday 8dpo got a faint positive and have tested every day since, now there raging BFPs ....I cant really positive once bleeding stopped and DTD every day except 2days from June 23rd to last friday and it worked!!
